Aprobación de la MF-986 relativa a la creación de puestos de trabajo en el tribunal económico administrativo ]] CAIB 704910 586579 es 2025-08-23 CAIB ![CDATA[<div class="WordSection1"> <p>Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 30/07/2025, se aprobó lo siguiente:</p> <p>“<strong>PRIMERO</strong>.- Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura en la propuesta adjunta MF-986 relativa a la creación de puestos de trabajo en el&nbsp;Tribunal Económico administrativo, del Área de Hacienda, Función Pública y Gobierno Interior, en el sentido que se concreta en la propuesta.</p> <p><strong>SEGUNDO</strong>.- Aprobar las funciones específicas del puesto de Jefe/a de departamento del Tribunal Económico administrativo que de acuerdo con la propuesta presentada por el Área son las siguientes:</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px">- Actuar como miembro y secretario/a del Tribunal Económico Administrativo.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px">- Recibir les escritos que inicien las reclamaciones económico-administrativas.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px">- Poner de manifiesto, cuando proceda, los expedientes a las personas reclamantes para que formulen los escritos de alegaciones, y aportación o proposición de pruebas.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px">- Preparar los expedientes cumplidos para proponer al Tribunal su inclusión en los órdenes del día.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px">- Notificar los acuerdos y resolución a las personas interesadas, y volver el expediente al Servicio correspondiente, incorporando una copia de la resolución adoptada.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px">- Asesorar, verbalmente o por escrito, a la presidencia del tribunal en los asuntos que éste someta a su consideración.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px">- Llevar los libros de registro y los de actas y archivar los testigos de las resoluciones dictadas.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px">- Proponer modificaciones y reformas del reglamento del Tribunal, así como de sus procedimientos.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px">- Las que determine el Reglamento Orgánico del Tribunal Económico Administrativo y la legislación aplicable.</p> <p><strong>TERCERO</strong>.-Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente a su aprobación.</p> <p><strong>CUARTO</strong>.- Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”</p> <p>Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.</p> <p>En caso de no interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición se podrá interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, según el artículo antes mencionado y 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, ante el Juzgado contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a partir del día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB.</p> <p> </p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Palma, a la fecha de firma electrónica&nbsp;</span><em>(30&nbsp;de julio&nbsp;de 2025)</em></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong>La jefa de sección del Registro de Personal<span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span></strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">p.d.
