En fecha 14 de octubre de 2024 la Comisión Permanente del Consorcio Sociosanitario de Menorca aprueba las bases y la convocatoria para proveer los puestos de trabajo de dirección, coordinación asistencial y coordinación de servicios generales en el Centro Sociosanitario Santa Rita (BOIB núm. 6, de 11 de enero de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Las mencionadas bases habían sido previamente negociadas con los representantes del personal y aprobadas en la Mesa de negociación de 23 de agosto de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Por Resolución de la Presidencia del Consorcio Sociosanitario de Menorca se aprueba la corrección de errores bases y convocatoria para proveer los puestos de trabajos de dirección, coordinación asistencial y coordinación de servicios generales del Centro Sociosanitario Santa Rita así como ampliación del plazo de presentación de solicitudes para la cobertura del puesto de trabajo de coordinador de servicios generales (BOIB núm. 27).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Mediante Resolución de la presidenta del Consorcio Sociosanitario de Menorca decreto núm. 2025/32, de fecha 12 de mayo, se declaró desierta la provisión de los puestos de trabajo de coordinación asistencial y coordinación de servicios generales en el Centro Sociosanitario Santa Rita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. El puesto de trabajo de coordinación asistencial en el Centro Sociosanitario Santa Rita debe cubrirse de forma inaplazable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Vista la regulación contenida en los artículos 82 y siguientes de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, sobre la cobertura de puestos de trabajo mediante comisión de servicios ordinaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dada la propuesta de la presidenta del Consorcio Sociosanitario de Menorca,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión Permanente, por unanimidad de los cinco miembros asistentes y en votación ordinaria , adopta los siguientes &lt;strong&gt;acuerdos :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero &lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar las bases para la provisión mediante comisión de servicios del puesto de coordinación asistencial del Centro Sociosanitario Santa Rita, del Consorcio Sociosanitario de Menorca que se adjunta como anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;Convocar la provisión del puesto de coordinación asistencial mediante comisión de servicios del artículo 82 y siguientes de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. &lt;/strong&gt;Ordenar la publicación de las mencionadas bases y de la convocatoria de los puestos en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. &lt;/strong&gt;Iniciar el plazo de 15 días hábiles para la presentación de solicitudes, desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Duración&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 88 ter de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, la comisión de servicios ordinaria voluntaria tiene carácter temporal y finaliza por el transcurso del tiempo por el que se concedió, que no podrá ser superior a dos años. Excepcionalmente, cuando las necesidades del servicio lo requieran, podrá prorrogarse este plazo por acuerdo específico de la Junta de Gobierno o aquel órgano de gobierno que actúe por delegación de aquella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sin embargo, antes de que transcurra el tiempo de la concesión, ésta puede finalizar para la resolución de la convocatoria con carácter definitivo por libre designación del puesto, así como por el resto de supuestos del artículo 88ter de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Publicidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta convocatoria se publicará en el tablón de anuncios del Consejo Insular de Menorca, en la página web &lt;em&gt;http://oposicions.cime.es &lt;/em&gt;y en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares &lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Requisitos de los aspirantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se podrán presentar todos los &lt;strong&gt;funcionarios de carrera y personal laboral fijo &lt;/strong&gt;en servicio activo de cualquier Administración pública que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en la relación de puestos de trabajo, excepto aquellos a quienes en el plazo del último año se haya autorizado una comisión&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;servicios y hayan cesado por renuncia voluntaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 24 de los estatutos del Consorcio Sociosanitario de Menorca, preferentemente se proveerá el puesto de trabajo con personal proveniente de las administraciones consorciadas. Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, los aspirantes provenientes de otras administraciones que no formen parte del Consorcio podrán presentar sus solicitudes teniendo en cuenta en cualquiera la preferencia a la que se ha hecho referencia anteriormente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Solicitudes, documentación y plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes para tomar parte en esta convocatoria deben presentarse electrónicamente a través de la página web del CIM &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;http://oposicions.cime.es &lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes es de &lt;strong&gt;15 días hábiles &lt;/strong&gt;contados desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes &lt;strong&gt;sólo pueden presentarse telemáticamente &lt;/strong&gt;, según el artículo 14.2 &lt;em&gt;e &lt;/em&gt;de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, mediante DNI electrónico, un certificado digital válido, PIN ciudadano o Clave. La solicitud quedará registrada directamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes deben presentarse acompañadas de los documentos que acrediten el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos en esta convocatoria, así como un currículum profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El requisito de conocimiento de la lengua catalana correspondiente al nivel exigido para el puesto de trabajo establecido debe acreditarse mediante la presentación del certificado oficial de conocimientos de catalán que prevea el Catálogo o Relación de puestos de trabajo (BOIB de 1 de marzo de 2025 sobre el acuerdo de la junta de gobierno del consorcio sociosanitario de Menorca , en reunión extraordinaria y urgente de día 2 de modificación parcial del catálogo de puestos de trabajo del consorcio) y de acuerdo con el Reglamento de usos lingüísticos del Consejo Insular de Menorca, aprobado definitivamente por el Pleno en sesión de carácter ordinario de 15 de febrero de 2021 y publicada en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares &lt;/em&gt;núm. 39 de 20 de marzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los estudios de lengua catalana de la ESO y el bachillerato se pueden homologar con los certificados oficiales de conocimientos de lengua catalana A2, B1, B2 y C1 de la Dirección General de Política Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se aceptará la homologación del certificado de catalán siempre que la solicitud de ésta se haya realizado antes de finalizar el plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los certificados obtenidos en Cataluña y en la Comunidad Valenciana y los estudios de ESO o bachillerato realizados en estas comunidades no son directamente válidos para estas convocatorias si no es mediante la homologación por parte de la Dirección General de Política Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Puede encontrar toda la información en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se publicará en la página web del CIM &lt;em&gt;http://oposicions.cime.es &lt;/em&gt;la lista de admitidos y excluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Resolución y publicación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, la presidenta del Consorcio Sociosanitario de Menorca dictará resolución por la que aprobará la lista de los aspirantes y la asignación del aspirante seleccionado al puesto de trabajo que ha sido convocado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Esta resolución se publicará en el tablón de anuncios del Consejo Insular de Menorca y en la página web del CIM &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;http://oposicions.cime.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Incorporación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La incorporación al puesto de trabajo asignado será inmediata, salvo razones debidamente justificadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra este acuerdo, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, podrá interponer los siguientes recursos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En el plazo de un mes a partir del día siguiente al de su publicación, recurso potestativo de reposición ante la Junta de Gobierno. Este recurso se entenderá desestimado si no se ha notificado la resolución cuando haya transcurrido un mes desde que se hubiera interpuesto. Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En el plazo de dos meses a partir del día siguiente al día en que reciba esta publicación, recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma siempre que no haya interpuesto recurso potestativo de reposición, dado que en este caso se deberá esperar a que se dicte resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todo lo anterior se ajusta a la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, que regula de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa y, a la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por último, procede indicar que la interposición de los recursos pertinentes no suspende la eficacia de la resolución impugnada ni interrumpe los plazos que se puedan derivar, salvo que la autoridad competente lo acuerde expresamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
