&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; APROBAR la convocatoria de ayudas a los ayuntamientos para el fomento del comercio y artesanía local, y el emprendimiento empresarial en la isla de Ibiza en las actividades realizadas en el período comprendido entre el día 1 de agosto de 2024 y 30 de junio de 2025, sus bases (CSV: 15704451121622750614) y su extracto (CSV: 15704506064173207412), que constan en el expediente núm. 2025/00000041-A.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; APROBAR la dotación económica de la convocatoria por un importe total máximo de TRESCIENTOS CINCUENTA MIL EUROS (350.000 €), que irán a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 4220.46204 del vigente presupuesto (2/20250000000010, de 14 de enero de 2025, de 14 de enero de 2025. 2/2025000000010, de fecha 24 de marzo de 2025, por importe de 50.000 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; DESIGNAR como miembros de la comisión evaluadora prevista en la base undécima de la convocatoria, las siguientes personas: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CUARTO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; PUBLICAR las bases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- En el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB), y, posteriormente, remitir la convocatoria y el extracto de la convocatoria a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones que dará traslado al Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears del extracto para su publicación, tal y como establece la normativa vigente de subvenciones. La eficacia de la convocatoria queda supeditada a la publicación del extracto en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objeto y finalidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es fijar el procedimiento de concesión de las ayudas económicas dirigidas a los ayuntamientos de la isla de Ibiza que realicen acciones públicas de dinamización del comercio y artesanía local y emprendimiento empresarial en la isla de Ibiza, en el período comprendido entre los días 1 de agosto de 2024 y 30 de junio de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estas ayudas están previstas en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Ibiza para el año 2023-2025, publicado en el BOIB núm. 12, de 26 de enero de 2023, modificado por decreto de presidencia núm. 2025000208, de 12 de marzo de 2025 (BOIB núm. 77 de 19-6-2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Régimen jurídico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta convocatoria se regirá por las disposiciones contenidas en las presentes bases, y por la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (en adelante, LPAC), por la Ley estatal 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (LGS), y su Reglamento, aprobado por el Real2 (RS), y por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la ley de subvenciones (TRLGS), y demás normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Respecto de la protección y el tratamiento de datos de carácter personal en la realización de las actividades objeto de esta convocatoria, deben observarse las prescripciones contenidas en la Ley orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales; en el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en lo que se refiere al tratamiento de datos personales ya la libre circulación de estos datos y por el que se deroga la Directiva 95/46/CE (Reglamento general de protección de datos), publica. 119, de 4/5/2016; y al resto de legislación vigente en materia de protección de datos personales, que sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Dotación económica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El presupuesto para esta convocatoria es de TRESCIENTOS CINCUENTA MIL EUROS (350.000,00 €), del presupuesto del año 2025 del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 4220.46204.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1 Requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podrán obtener la condición de beneficiarios de las presentes ayudas todos los ayuntamientos de la isla de Ibiza que hayan realizado acciones públicas de dinamización comercial y artesanal, y emprendimiento empresarial y que reúnan los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones económicas con el Consejo Insular de Ibiza y de las demás obligaciones tributarias con Hacienda del Estado y Comunidad autónoma y con la Seguridad Social, impuestas por la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No incurrir en ninguna de las prohibiciones para ser beneficiario establecidas en el artículo 13 de la LGS, y en el artículo 10 del TRLGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. Obligaciones de los beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Justificar la realización de la actividad y también acreditar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y condiciones que determinen la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación, seguimiento e inspección que pueda efectuar el Consejo Insular de Ibiza y aportar toda la información y la documentación que le sea requerida en el ejercicio de estas actuaciones. En este sentido, el Consejo Insular de Ibiza podrá inspeccionar las actividades subvencionadas, sin perjuicio de las competencias que puedan corresponder a otros organismos e instituciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Comunicar al Consejo Insular de Ibiza la solicitud o la obtención de otras subvenciones para la misma finalidad procedentes de cualquier administración o entidad pública o privada, nacional o internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta comunicación debe realizarse en el plazo máximo de quince días hábiles a contar a partir de la solicitud o la notificación de la obtención de la subvención concurrente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos percibidos, con inclusión de los documentos electrónicos, en tanto puedan ser objeto de actuaciones de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Reintegrar los fondos percibidos en los supuestos legalmente previstos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Adoptar medidas de difusión de la ayuda concedida, mediante la inclusión del escudo oficial del Consejo Insular de Ibiza en la cartelería anunciadora de la actividad o en el material editado o realizado, y en el caso de actividades artesanales, también, el logotipo de Artesanía d'Eivissa (Anexo 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cualquier alteración de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para conceder la ayuda y, en cualquier caso, la obtención de subvenciones incompatibles puede dar lugar a la modificación de la resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo, también quedan sometidas a todas aquellas otras obligaciones que se deriven de la LGS, el RLGS y el TRLS, en todo lo que les sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Actividades subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serán objeto de subvención las actividades públicas para dinamizar el comercio local, mejorar la imagen y actualización del comercio, la formación del sector comercial, el fomento y la formación de la artesanía local y el fomento del emprendimiento empresarial realizadas entre los días 1 de agosto de 2024 y 30 de junio de 2025, ambos inclusive.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De la cuantía de la convocatoria se financiará el 65 % de los siguientes gastos realizados: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gastos de realización de estudios y programas orientados a la formulación de propuestas concretas de actuación comercial, que tengan una incidencia directa en la dinamización del comercio local o en la catalogación del comercio emblemático, realizados por personas físicas o jurídicas consultoras especializadas en el sector comercial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gastos de realización de actividades de formación de interés comercial, presencial o digital, de cara a la renovación, mejora de imagen, modernización, o similar, de los comercios, realizados por personas o empresas especializadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Gastos en la realización de acciones de comunicación y publicidad, promoción de ventas, animación comercial, visibilidad del comercio emblemático, escaparatismo. Estas acciones también se podrán realizar a través de las distintas plataformas y medios online y offline.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Implantación y desarrollo de plataformas de comercialización y páginas web para la dinamización de zonas comerciales o sectores comerciales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gastos relativos al desarrollo de mercados o ferias específicas para comercios para la incentivación del consumo, actividades de animación para el fomento de una zona comercial y eventos similares que tengan una incidencia directa en el sector. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gastos derivados de la adquisición de material y artículos promocionales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gastos derivados del cumplimiento de la normativa de residuos, en lo que respecta a la eliminación de plásticos en el desarrollo de la actividad comercial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gastos relativos al desarrollo de mercados o ferias artesanales, para la incentivación del consumo de productos artesanales, y eventos similares que tengan una incidencia directa en el sector. Estos mercados, ferias, etc, tendrán que contar con una participación como mínimo del 60% de personas con carta de artesano o maestro artesano, o en estado de tramitación, en el Consejo Insular de Ibiza, de la carta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gastos relativos a la divulgación de la artesanía tradicional de Ibiza, mediante cursos de formación y eventos específicos de artesanía tradicional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gastos de realización de eventos para el fomento del emprendimiento empresarial y el incremento de la ocupación laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de actividades que hayan recibido financiación por parte de otros Departamentos del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, éstas no podrán ser objeto de la presente subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En ningún caso serán considerados gastos subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gastos correspondientes a obra o adquisición de bienes y equipamientos inventariables, o alquiler de locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los gastos que no cumplan el objeto de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gastos derivados del pago de tributos e impuestos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los intereses deudores de las cuentas bancarias, intereses, recargos y sanciones administrativas y penales, y gastos de procedimientos judiciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los impuestos indirectos cuando sean susceptibles de recuperación o compensación, como es el caso del IVA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gastos de realización de cócteles, comidas y similares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gastos relativos a decoraciones y similares que no formen parte de un evento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gastos del personal propio de la entidad solicitante, y aquellos que no estén relacionados directamente con la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gastos relativos a la incentivación del consumo de productos de segunda mano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Procedimiento de concesión, distribución y compatibilidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Procedimiento de concesión y distribución de las ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con los artículos 14.2 y 17.2 del TRLGS, el procedimiento de concesión de estas ayudas se tramitará en régimen de concurrencia para los ayuntamientos, sin concurso, y se establecerá una prelación de las solicitudes para cada actuación presentada por cada ayuntamiento que cumpla los requisitos de esta convocatoria, según el orden de entrada y hasta agotar de objetividad, de transparencia y de igualdad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para la concesión de las ayudas, se realizará una distribución proporcional directa de la cuantía máxima de 350.000 € de la convocatoria, en función del porcentaje comercial y el porcentaje de habitantes que tiene cada municipio según resulta del estudio del Censo Comercial de junio de 2018 encargado por el Consejo Insular de Ibiza (aplicando un 60 %) - el número 2 (4).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El porcentaje y el crédito resultante de cada ayuntamiento es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supuesto de que no se agote el crédito designado a uno o varios ayuntamientos, la cuantía sobrante se repartirá de manera proporcional, según el criterio anterior, entre el resto de ayuntamientos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Compatibilidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las subvenciones que se otorguen de acuerdo con esta convocatoria son compatibles con las que puedan otorgar otras entidades públicas o privadas, pero no son compatibles con otras ayudas que haya otorgado el Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El beneficiario tiene que comunicar al Consejo Insular de Ibiza la de obtención otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos para la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El importe de las subvenciones en ningún caso puede ser de una cuantía tal que, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos, supere el coste de la actividad subvencionada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Solicitudes y documentación a presentar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes de subvención se formalizarán mediante instancia, según el modelo normalizado que figura como Anexo 1 de esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes se presentarán con la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Memoria descriptiva de la actividad para la cual se solicita la subvención que incluya el detalle de los datos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;□ Denominación del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;□ Localización de la actuación y días de celebración (si procede).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;□ Descripción de las actividades llevadas a cabo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;□ Motivación de la actuación: incidencia en el fomento de la actividad comercial y la justificación de su interés comercial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;□ Difusión de la colaboración del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;□ Identificación de las empresas beneficiarias de la actuación, indicando el sector comercial en el que operan, o en el caso de actuaciones artesanales, las personas o empresas participantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;□ Descripción de los gastos de cada actuación para los cuales se solicita la ayuda, indicando cada concepto, y su coste, así como el gasto total de la actuación referida .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;□ Financiación de las actuaciones. Indicar la parte de cofinanciación propia y, si hubiera, otras ayudas o subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Documentación justificativa, que incluye la documentación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;□ Informe de Intervención, certificado por la Secretaría del Ayuntamiento en el cual se acredite el conjunto de los gastos realizados y pagados, relativos al objeto de la subvención solicitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;□ Certificación emitida por la secretaría de la corporación comprensiva de la relación detallada de los gastos con la indicación del importe, objeto y acreedor del gasto, así como de los ingresos percibidos para cada una de las actividades solicitadas. Esta relación tendrá que incluir otros ingresos o subvenciones que los ayuntamientos hayan podido percibir, con indicación del importe y su procedencia. Se tendrá que indicar en el supuesto de que se solicite el gasto correspondiente al IVA u otros impuestos, que no es susceptible de recuperación o compensación por parte del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;□ Certificación emitida por la secretaría o del órgano competente en qué se especifique que las actuaciones objeto de la ayuda se han llevado a cabo de acuerdo con la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de contratos del sector público&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se considerará gasto realizado aquel que haya sido debidamente pagado dentro del periodo subvencionable comprendido entre el 1 de agosto de 2024 y el 30 de junio de 2025, ambos incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sin embargo, también se podrán admitir como gasto aquellas facturas emitidas y conformadas dentro del periodo de ejecución de la actividad subvencionada, aunque el correspondiente justificante de pago se haya efectuado con posterioridad a la finalización de este periodo, siempre que el pago se haya realizado dentro del plazo establecido para la presentación de la documentación justificativa, de acuerdo con lo que dispone la cláusula 8. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes incorporan una declaración responsable que el ayuntamiento solicitante no se encuentra sometido en ninguna de las circunstancias que determinan la imposibilidad de obtener la condición de beneficiario de las subvenciones públicas recogidas en el artículo 13 de la LGS y en el artículo 18 del TRLGS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Así mismo, en la solicitud pueden autorizar al órgano instructor para comprobar los datos que acreditan que se encuentran al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado y de la Comunidad Autónoma, y de estar al corriente de las obligaciones económicas ante el Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Lugar y plazo de presentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes y la documentación requerida se dirigirán al Servicio de Industria del Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos del Consejo Insular de Ibiza y se registrarán en la sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, de conformidad con aquello previsto en el artículo 14 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (LPAC).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El hecho de presentar la solicitud para las ayudas implica la aceptación de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo para la presentación empezará el día siguiente al de la publicación del extracto de la convocatoria al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y finalizará a los 15 días hábiles de la publicación del extracto mencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La solicitud se realizará una vez se pueda acreditar la realización de la actividad y aportar los documentos justificativos de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.Órganos competentes para la ordenación, la instrucción y la resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cuanto a los órganos competentes para la ordenación, la instrucción y la resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos del Consejo Insular de Ibiza es el competente para instruir el procedimiento de estas bases, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo tercero, punto 3, del Decreto de Presidencia número 2023000467, del 28 de junio de 2023, de estructura del Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Ibiza y creación de Departamentos (publicado en el BOIB n.º 88, 29 de junio de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Dentro de este Departamento, corresponde a la consejera ejecutiva la ordenación del procedimiento, en virtud del Decreto de Presidencia n.º 2023000472, de fecha 28 de junio de 2023, de nombramiento de las personas miembros del Consejo Ejecutivo y de las vicepresidencias del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (BOIB n.º 88, de 29 de junio de 2023), y de acuerdo con el artículo 33 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, y con el artículo 72 del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (BOIB 136, de 18-09-2010; corrección en BOIB n.º 148, de 14-10-2010; modificación al BOIB n.º 48, de 16-04-2016), donde se recogen las atribuciones y competencias de los/las consejeros/as ejecutivos/as.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Corresponde al Consejo Ejecutivo la aprobación de estas bases, de conformidad con las atribuciones establecidas en el artículo 28.1. m de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares (BOIB n.º 88, de 7-07-2022): Aprobar las convocatorias de ayudas y subvenciones, en relación con el artículo 65 del Reglamento orgánico de esta Corporación (BOIB n.º 136, de 18/09/2010, corrección en el BOIB n.º 148, de 14-10-2010, modificado por el BOIB n.º 48, de 16-04-2016).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El pago de estas ayudas y su revocación, en el supuesto de que corresponda, se hará mediante resolución de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos, de conformidad con el artículo 33.2.l de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Instrucción, enmienda y mejora de la solicitud &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos del Consejo Insular de Ibiza es el competente para instruir el procedimiento de tramitación de las solicitudes, que valorará este Departamento una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación, para comprobar que reúnen los requisitos y el objeto de estas ayudas, o el departamento que tenga atribuidas las funciones en materia de artesanía y comercio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Después de valorar las solicitudes, se requerirá a los ayuntamientos interesados, si la solicitud no reúne los requisitos establecidos en estas bases, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 68.1 de la LPAC, para subsanar su solicitud en el plazo de diez días hábiles, contados desde el día después de haber recibido la notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si en el plazo de diez días hábiles el ayuntamiento no hace la rectificación reclamada o no presenta la cumplimentación requerida, el Consejo Insular de Ibiza, después de haber adoptado la resolución pertinente, considerará que el ayuntamiento desiste de su petición. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano instructor podrá requerir, en cualquier momento de la tramitación del expediente, los documentos complementarios que se consideren necesarios, a efectos de garantizar la inversión correcta de los recursos presupuestarios destinados a las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Toda mención al Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos, y a la consejera del Departamento referido, se tiene que entender asignada a la misma figura del Consejo Insular de Ibiza que tenga atribuidas las funciones en materia de artesanía y comercio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Comisión evaluadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La comisión evaluadora es el órgano colegiado al cual corresponde la función de emitir el informe, que servirá de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución de las solicitudes de ayudas, examinando y valorando los proyectos presentados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La comisión de evaluación estará integrada por uno/a presidente/a, uno/a secretario/a y un número de vocales no inferior a tres, designados en la resolución de la convocatoria de estas ayudas, de acuerdo con criterios de competencia profesional y de experiencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Propuesta de resolución provisional, resolución y notificación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes de subvención se resolverán de acuerdo con la distribución de los fondos prevista en el punto 6 de estas bases, hasta que se agoten los créditos disponibles para cada ayuntamiento, por orden de entrada de las solicitudes y actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con fundamento en el informe de la comisión de evaluación, de conformidad con el artículo 24.4 de la LGS dicha, el Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos (o el órgano competente en materia de artesanía), como órgano instructor, formulará la propuesta de resolución provisional, que se podrá realizar conjunta o de manera individual para cada ayuntamiento, debidamente motivada, con la propuesta de la cuantía que corresponda a las solicitudes estimadas; igualmente, en su caso, en las solicitudes excluidas y denegadas o desestimadas, se indicará la causa de exclusión y de denegación o desestimación, y esta se comunicará a cada uno de los ayuntamiento interesados, que tendrán un plazo de 10 días hábiles para presentar alegaciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Examinadas las alegaciones aducidas, en su caso, se formulará la resolución definitiva que expresará la propuesta de la concesión de la ayuda, la cual se podrá realizar conjunta o individualmente para cada ayuntamiento, debidamente motivada, y se elevará a la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos (o la persona consejera con las atribuciones en materia de artesanía). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolución se notificará individualmente en el plazo máximo de diez días contadores a partir del día siguiente de la resolución. Una vez recibida la notificación, los ayuntamientos beneficiarios tendrán que comunicar su aceptación, sin embargo, pasados 5 días hábiles desde la recepción de la notificación sin ninguna respuesta, se entenderá que el ayuntamiento acepta la propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 25.4 de la LGS, el plazo máximo para resolver y notificar el procedimiento no excederá los seis meses, contados a partir de la publicación del extracto de la convocatoria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Pago de las subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estas ayudas del Consejo Insular de Ibiza se harán efectivas mediante transferencia bancaria, una vez emitida la resolución definitiva de concesión, posteriormente a la propuesta provisional en la que ya constará la acreditación y valoración de la justificación y objeto subvencionable de las acciones, de conformidad con la documentación necesaria establecida en su punto 7 de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para efectuar el pago, los ayuntamientos tienen que encontrarse al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social, así como de las obligaciones económicas con el Consejo Insular de Ibiza con carácter previo a la propuesta de resolución de la concesión. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Toda alteración de las condiciones que se han tenido en cuenta para conceder la subvención y, en todo caso, la obtención concurrente de subvenciones o ayudas otorgadas por otras administraciones o entes públicos o privados, nacionales o internacionales, puede dar lugar a la modificación de la resolución de la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Criterios de graduación de posibles incumplimientos, revocación y reintegro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Criterios de graduación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los criterios de graduación de los posibles incumplimientos de las condiciones impuestas con motivo de la concesión de las subvenciones resultan de aplicación en el momento de determinar, en este caso, el importe a reintegrar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si en la realización de la comprobación o control por parte de la administración se pone de manifiesto la falta de pago de todos o parte de los gastos justificados, una vez cobrada la subvención, siendo éstos exigibles por los respectivos acreedores, se exigirá el reintegro aplicando el principio de proporcionalidad, a cuyo efecto se considerará reintegrable la subvención en proporción a los gastos impagados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En este sentido, de conformidad con el artículo 17.3.n de la LGS, en relación con el artículo 37.2 de la ley referida, y los artículos 13.n y 44 del TRLGS, se establecen los siguientes criterios de graduación del posible incumplimiento material de la actividad objeto de esta subvención, y siempre que los beneficiarios acrediten una actuación inequívoca tendente a la satisfacción de sus compromisos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo, el incumplimiento de la obligación de dar publicidad a la subvención concedida en los términos establecidos en el punto 4.2, dará lugar al reintegro del 20% de la subvención de la actividad a la que no se haya dado publicidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.2 Revocación y reintegro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Procede revocar la concesión de la ayuda cuando, posteriormente a la concesión válida y ajustada a derecho, la entidad beneficiaria incumple total o parcialmente las obligaciones o compromisos contraídos a los que está condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión de la subvención. En tal caso, quedará sin efecto el acto de concesión y, como consecuencia de la revocación, procederá reintegrar total o parcialmente la ayuda recibida por la entidad beneficiaria y, en su caso, la exigencia del interés de demora, en los casos previstos en el artículo 44 del TRLGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las causas de reintegro de la subvención son las establecidas en el artículo 37 de la LGS, en el artículo 44 TRLS y el resto de normativa que sea aplicable, y el reintegro se realizará por el procedimiento establecido en el título II, capítulo II, de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Régimen de infracciones y sanciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El régimen de infracciones y sanciones administrativas aplicables será el establecido en el título IV de la LGS y en el título V del TRLGS. Todo ello sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades penales o civiles en las que pueda incurrirse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Régimen de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.1. Contra el acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo que aprueba las bases reguladoras de estas ayudas, que no agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer ante el Pleno el recurso de alzada previsto en los artículos 112.1, 121 y 122 de la LPAC, en el plazo de un mes desde el día siguiente al de su notificación, todo ello en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 66.2 de la Ley 4/2022, de 8 de junio, de consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.2. Contra las resoluciones de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos, que no agotan la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer ante el Consejo Ejecutivo el recurso de alzada previsto en los artículos 112.1, 121 y 122.1 de la LPAC, en el plazo de un mes desde el día siguiente al de su notificación, todo ello en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 66.4 de la Ley 4/2022, de 8 de junio, de consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.3. El recurso deberá resolverse en el plazo de tres meses, transcurridos los cuales sin que se haya dictado resolución expresa se entenderá desestimado y quedará abierta la vía contencioso-administrativa (artículo 122.2 de la LPAC).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. Publicidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las bases de la presente convocatoria se enviarán a publicar en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y, una vez publicadas, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en los artículos 17.3, 18 y 20.8 de la LGS, se enviará la convocatoria y un extracto de ésta a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS), que dará.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La eficacia de la convocatoria queda supeditada a la publicación del extracto en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Esta relación deberá incluir otros ingresos o subvenciones que los ayuntamientos hayan podido percibir, con indicación de su importe y procedencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
