    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera, mediante el Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2025-1025, de 14 de agosto de 2025, ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“El decreto de Alcaldía 2025-0999, de 4 de agosto de 2025, relativo a la delegación a favor del Primer Teniente de Alcalde, José Miguel Servera Leno, el ejercicio de las funciones y atribuciones propias de la Alcaldía a partir del 5 de agosto hasta el 16 de septiembre de 2025. BOIB número 107, de 12 de agosto de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La ausencia del primer teniente de alcalde los días 17, 18, 19 y 20 de agosto de 2025, ambos inclusive.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto que corresponde a los Tenientes de Alcalde sustituir al Alcalde, en la totalidad de sus funciones y por el orden de su nombramiento, en los casos de ausencia, enfermedad o impedimento que imposibilite al mismo para el ejercicio de sus atribuciones, así como ejercer las funciones del Alcalde en los supuestos de vacante en la Alcaldía hasta que tome posesión el nuevo Alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2023/0961 de 29 de junio de 2023, por el que se nombra como Segundo Teniente de Alcalde al concejal municipal Bernardo Grimalt Alfaro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Conforme a los artículos 23.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local y 44 y 47 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986 de 28 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vista la propuesta de resolución PR/2025/1091 de 14/agosto/2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con las atribuciones que me confiere la legislación vigente en materia del régimen local, y concretamente de acuerdo con el artículo 21), de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Delegar a favor del Segundo Teniente de Alcalde, Bernardo Grimalt Alfaro, el ejercicio de las funciones y atribuciones propias de la Alcaldía para los días 17, 18, 19 y 20 de agosto de 2025, ambos inclusive.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;Notificar esta resolución al Segundo Teniente de Alcalde, Bernardo Grimalt Alfaro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. &lt;/strong&gt;Dar cuenta de esta resolución al Pleno de la Alcaldía en la primera sesión que se celebre.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
