&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Propuesta de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Bienestar Social, Familia e igualdad, en relación con la actualización y fijación de los precios de los servicios para personas con discapacidad, incluidos a la cartera insular de servicios sociales, que pueden ser objeto de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;concertación social.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Habiéndose presentado una propuesta, del tenor siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Como señala la Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, de servicios sociales de las Islas Baleares, en su Exposición de motivos, en las sociedades democráticas, la política social tiene por objeto reducir las desigualdades y mejorar las condiciones de vida del conjunto de la población con el fin de facilitar el ejercicio de los derechos de la ciudadanía y de fomentar la cohesión y el progreso social.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La construcción de una sociedad de progreso viene determinada en buena parte por el grado de cohesión social, que se basa en la igualdad de oportunidades y en la promoción social e individual. Los servicios sociales son un instrumento para favorecer la autonomía de las personas, para mejorar las condiciones de vida, para eliminar situaciones de injusticia social y para favorecer la inclusión social.y la adolescencia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Precisamente, el artículo 6 de este texto legal, determina que son destinatarias de los servicios sociales, con carácter prioritario, las personas que estén, entre otras, en situación de discapacidad física, psíquica y sensorial, y de vulnerabilidad, riesgo o desamparo para la gente mayor, la infancia&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por otro lado, el artículo 20 de la referida Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, establece que las prestaciones del sistema público de servicios sociales pueden ser técnicas, económicas o tecnológicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Y el artículo 21, de la referida norma establece que las prestaciones técnicas son los servicios y las intervenciones que llevan a cabo los equipos profesionales que se dirigen, entre otros a la promoción de la autonomía, la atención y la inserción de las personas en situación de necesidad social.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las personas con discapacidad requieren de una atención integral, de orientación y apoyo para promover su autonomía personal en cualquier ámbito de su vida así como las curas necesarias para garantizar su bienestar.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Estas actuaciones van destinadas a estabilizar la cronificación y ayudar a prevenir situaciones posibles de más deterioro o empeoramiento, así como el apoyo necesario de su entorno más próximo de atención, a sus familias.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El Consejo Insular de Ibiza ejerce competencias en materia de personas con discapacidades en el amparo de la Ley 12/1993, de 20 de diciembre, de atribución de competencias a los consejos insulares en materia de servicios sociales y asistencia social, y de la Ley 14/2001, de 29 de octubre, de atribución de competencias a los consejos insulares en materia de servicios sociales y seguridad social, que le transfirieron algunas funciones en materia de asistencia a personas con discapacidad, en los términos y con el alcance que se establecen en estas leyes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En el ejercicio de estas competencias gestiona, mediante la concertación, toda una serie de servicios en materia de personas con discapacidad que se encuentran incluidos a la Cartera de Servicios Sociales del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, aprobada por el Pleno de la Corporación el 15/03/2023 y publicada en el BOIB&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;n.º 40 de 30 de marzo de 2023, entre los que se encuentran:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Servicio de centro de día para personas con discapacidad intelectual de Ibiza 30 plazas y servicio de transporte adaptado centro de día persones con discapacidad intelectual de Ibiza 40 plazas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Servicio de centro de día para personas con discapacidad física de Ibiza, 15 plazas y servicio de transporte adaptado centro de día persones con discapacidad física de Ibiza 20 plazas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- &lt;/strong&gt;Servicio de Vivienda Supervisada, 27 plazas, con 27 apoyos complementarios de alta intensidad vivienda supervisada, y 5 complementos por necesidades de apoyo por motivos médicos o conductuales en vivienda supervisada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- &lt;/strong&gt;Servicio de centro ocupacional, 40 plazas, con 45 plazas del servicio transporte adaptado centro ocupacional, 2 complementos de apoyo por necesidades de apoyo por motivos médicos o conductuales, y 1 complemento de apoyo de necesidades excepcionales.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El 11 de junio de 2024 se publicó en el BOIB&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;n.º 78, resolución del consejero de Empresa, Ocupación y Energía del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, por la cual se dispone la inscripción y depósito en el Registro de Convenios Colectivos de las Islas Baleares del acta de acuerdo sectorial en materia salarial para los centros especiales de ocupación y los centros de atención especializada de Ibiza. Este acuerdo afecta a las empresas ubicadas en la isla de Ibiza, incluidas en el ámbito de aplicación del Convenio Colectivo estatal de centros y servicios de atención a personas con discapacidad.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Posteriormente, el 9 de abril de 2025 se publica al BOE n.º 86 la resolución de 26 de marzo de 2025, de la Dirección General de trabajo, por la cual se registra y publica el XVI convenio colectivo general de centros y servicios de atención a personas con discapacidad, aplicable en todo el territorio del Estado español de obligatorio cumplimiento a todos los empresarios/rías y personas trabajadoras incluidos dentro de su ámbito de aplicación y durante todo su vigencia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tanto a nivel Balear como nivel Estatal se ha apostado por una mejora de las condiciones laborales de los y de las profesionales del sector mediante el establecimiento de mejoras salariales, que sobre todo dará estabilidad y seguridad a las personas con discapacidad de nuestra isla. Los profesionales de los servicios asistenciales en la isla de Ibiza desarrollan una tarea esencial para el bienestar de las personas atendidas, especialmente las más vulnerables. Sin embargo, en los últimos años han tenido que hacer frente a una realidad económica y social que dificulta gravemente su estabilidad laboral y personal, y determina los principales factores que justifican una revisión al alza de las condiciones salariales, considerando que este ajuste salarial contribuiría no solo a dignificar el trabajo de los profesionales del sector, sino también a estabilizar y mejorar la prestación de los servicios al colectivo de personas con discapacidad de toda la isla.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El 19/06/2025, la Consejera Ejecutiva del Departamento de Bienestar Social, Familia e Igualdad dicta providencia de impulso de expediente administrativo para que se lleven a cabo todos los trámites necesarios para la actualización y fijación de los precios de los servicios para personas con discapacidad, incluidos la cartera insular de servicios sociales, que puedan ser objeto de concertación social, para aplicar los acuerdos en materia salarial que se han adoptado por las empresas aplicables en las Islas Baleares incluidas al ámbito de aplicación de los convenios colectivos estatales de centros y servicios de atención a personas con discapacidad.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El 20/06/2025 se emite informe técnico para la actualización y fijación de los precios, para los años 2025 a 2027, de los servicios para personas con discapacidad, incluidos en la cartera insular de servicios sociales, que pueden ser objeto de concertación social, donde se determinan las características con las que tienen que contar el personal técnico, cuidador y de servicios generales de los diferentes servicios en materia de atención a personas con discapacidad que el Consejo Insular de Ibiza tiene concertados.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En la misma fecha, 20/06/2025 se emite informe económico, con CSV: 15704506604016611715, justificativo en relación a la aprobación de la actualización de precios/plaza/de los servicios de centro de día, centro ocupacional y vivienda supervisada concertados con diferentes entidades sociales y el Consejo Insular de Ibiza, estableciendo los nuevos importes por los servicios, por el transporte y por los complementos de apoyo por los años 2025, 2026 y 2027&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Así mismo, acompañan al referido informe toda una serie de anexos donde se desglosa el coste por año, por servicio y por apoyo complementario vinculado al servicio, de tal manera que:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Anexo I: coste del servicio de centro de día con CSV&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;15706054546114206551.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Anexo II: coste del servicio de centro ocupacional con CSV: 15706054023327656124.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Anexo III: coste del servicio de vivienda supervisada con CSV:15706054037410700676.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;Anexo IV: coste del servicio de transporte adaptado con CSV: 5706054015003750322.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El día 24/06/2025 se otorgó trámite de audiencia para formular propuestas y alegaciones en relación a los nuevos precios, a todas las entidades que se consideran interesadas en este procedimiento, sea por ser adjudicatarias de conciertos en vigor, como para ser prestatarias de los servicios de los cuales el concierto ha finalizado y que se continúan prestando para garantizar los derechos de las personas usuarias, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 32 del Decreto 48/2017 de 27 de octubre, por el cual se establecen los principios generales a los cuales se tienen que someter los conciertos sociales.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Como resultado del referido trámite de audiencia, las entidades han aceptado expresamente y por unanimidad la actualización y revisión propuesta.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Obran en el expediente los correspondientes RC para hacer frente a la referida revisión y modificación de precios de la partida presupuestaria 2315 2279901, del presente ejercicio presupuestario año 2025: RC 2/2025000004430 por importe de 46.607,49 € para el concierto social del Servicio de Centro Ocupacional, RC 2/2025000004431 por importe de 116.510,40 € para el concierto social del Servicio de Centro de Día, y RC 2/2025000004432 por importe de 81.674,46 € para el concierto social de Vivienda Supervisada. Y de la misma partida presupuestaria para el ejercicio 2026 RC 2/2025000004434 por importe de 42.633,15 € para el concierto del Servicio de Centro Ocupacional.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;De conformidad con la distribución económica que obra en el documento de retención de crédito con CSV&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;n.º 15704507063256674566, estas cuantías corresponden a la diferencia de la revisión del precio/ plaza/ día de los servicios afectados por esta revisión&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;a partir del 1/08/2025.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Así mismo, consta en el expediente informe de fecha 15/07/2026 de no alteración de la estabilidad presupuestaria y sostenibilidad financiera.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En fecha 16/06/2025 el Comité Técnico de Asesoramiento ha emitido informe favorable la revisión y modificación de las condiciones de los precios de los servicios para personas con discapacidad, actualmente concertados y de aquellos que se siguen presentado, para garantizar los derechos de las personas usuarias de conformidad con el previsto en el artículo 32 del Decreto 48//2017, de 27 de octubre, por el cual se establecen los principios generales por los cuales se tienen que someter los conciertos sociales, mediante la tramitación de los correspondientes expedientes administrativos, para los años 2025, 2026 y 2027, según precios que obren en el informe económico de fecha 20/06/2025, con CSV&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;n.º 15704506604016611715, que obra al expediente de referencia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En la misma fecha, 16/07/2025, se ha emitido informe jurídico favorable para la actualización, fijación, revisión y modificación de los precios de los servicios para personas con discapacidad, incluidos en la cartera de servicios sociales.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Así pues, los referidos servicios actualmente se encuentran o bien concertados con el Consejo Insular de Ibiza o bien se están prestando los servicios los conciertos de los cuales ha finalizado y que se continúan prestando para garantizar los derechos de las personas usuarias, de conformidad con el previsto en el artículo 32 del Decreto 48/2017 de 27 de octubre, por el cual se establecen los principios generales a los cuales se tienen que someter los conciertos sociales.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La Ley 12/2018, de 15 de noviembre, de servicios a las personas en el ámbito social en la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;n.º 146 de 22 de noviembre de 2018), regula en el Capítulo I el “Régimen de colaboración privada en la gestión de servicios sociales para las personas mediante la acción concertada”.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El artículo 7 de la referida Ley 12/2018, de 15 de noviembre, establece la posibilidad de revisar y, si procede, modificar, los acuerdos de acción concertada, para adecuar las condiciones económicas y las prestaciones asistenciales a las nuevas necesidades.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por otro lado, el artículo 3.2 de la Ley 2/2015, de 30 de marzo, de desindexación de la economía española, excluye la aplicación de la referida norma en el supuesto en el que nos encontramos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 28 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, corresponde la aprobación del presente expediente al Consejo Ejecutivo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El artículo 214 del Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, y atendido el acuerdo de fiscalización limitada previa en régimen de requisitos básicos del Consejo Insular de Ibiza del Pleno de la Corporación de fecha 28 de noviembre de 2018, el expediente tendrá que ser sometido a la Intervención para la emisión del preceptivo informe de fiscalización previa, en el momento de la revisión y modificación de los referidos precios.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Visto el informe propuesta de fecha 1 de agosto de 2025, emitido por la técnica de administración general del Departamento con atribuciones de funciones de jefa de Servicio de Servicios Sociales.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar el acuerdo que se adopte al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
