&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En fecha 31 de octubre de 2019 el Pleno de la CMAIB acordó el otorgamiento de la Autorización Ambiental Integrada a la instalación de gestión de residuos peligrosos y no peligrosos en el P. I. de Ses Veles, promovida por ADALMO SL, (BOIB núm.: 167 de 12 de diciembre de 2019)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los apartados 1, 2 y 3 del artículo 26 del RDL 1/2016, de 16 de diciembre por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de prevención y control integrados de la contaminación, el artículo 12 de la Ley 9/2022, de 23 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico y de procedimiento de las actividades sujetas a autorización ambiental integrada, y el artículo 16 del RD 815/2013, de 18 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de emisiones industriales y de desarrollo de la Ley 16/2002, de 1 de julio, de prevención y control integrados de la contaminación, deben revisarse las AAI una vez se publiquen las conclusiones relativas a las MTD.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En fecha 10 de agosto de 2018 se publica la Decisión de ejecución 2018/1147 de la Comisión por la que se establecen las conclusiones sobre las mejores técnicas disponibles (MTD) de acuerdo con la Directiva 2010/75/UE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, en el tratamiento de residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La instalación de gestión de residuos peligrosos y no peligrosos de Adalmo SL está clasificada en el punto 5.6, por tanto, dentro del ámbito de aplicación de la Decisión (UE) 2018/1147.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. En fecha 11 de marzo de 2025 (GOIBS245122/2025 de 14 de febrero de 2025) se da audiencia al promotor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Por todo lo anterior, y CONSIDERANDO&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Que de acuerdo con los artículos 4.1 y 22.4 del RDL1/2016, al otorgar la Autorización Ambiental Integrada, el órgano competente debe tener en cuenta que en el funcionamiento de las instalaciones se adopten las medidas adecuadas para prevenir la contaminación mediante la aplicación de las mejores técnicas disponibles, siendo referencia obligada para el establecimiento de sus condiciones las Decisiones de la Comisión Europea en las que se recogen las conclusiones relativas a las mejores técnicas disponibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Que con fecha 10 de agosto de 2018 se publica la Decisión de ejecución 2018/1147 de la Comisión por la que se establecen las conclusiones sobre las mejores técnicas disponibles (MTD) de acuerdo con la Directiva 2010/75/UE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, en el tratamiento de residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Que los informes emitidos por los distintos órganos consultados son favorables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Que se ha dado audiencia al promotor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto el informe técnico con propuesta de resolución de día 9 de abril de 2025, y de acuerdo con el apartado 1 del artículo único del Decreto 5/2024, de 29 de mayo, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se modifica el Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dicto la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.- Otorgar &lt;/strong&gt;la revisión de la Autorización Ambiental Integrada de la instalación de gestión de residuos peligrosos y no peligrosos en el P. I. de Ses Veles promovida por Adalmo SL, vista la Decisión de ejecución de la Comisión de 10 de agosto de 2018, por la que se establecen las conclusiones sobre las mejores técnicas disponibles (MTD) en el tratamiento de residuos, con las condiciones de explotación, capacidad y procesos indicados en el documento: «Informe de evaluación. Conclusiones MTD. Tratamiento de residuos» de junio de 2023, con sujeción a las siguientes modificaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;En el punto 3. Desarrollo de la actividad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«3. Desarrollo de la actividad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La actividad se desarrollará de acuerdo a los documentos que obran en el expediente, a lo establecido en la AAI y a la legislación vigente.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;debe decir:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«3. Desarrollo de la actividad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.1. La actividad se desarrollará de acuerdo con los documentos que obran en el expediente, a lo establecido en la AAI y a la legislación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.2. Le es de aplicación la Decisión de ejecución 2018/1147 de la Comisión, de 10 de agosto de 2018, por la que se establecen las conclusiones sobre las mejores técnicas disponibles (MTD) en el tratamiento de residuos de acuerdo con la Directiva 2010/75/UE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cuanto a las consideraciones generales del comportamiento ambiental global, la instalación tiene implantado un Sistema de Gestión Ambiental (MTD1) que sigue las directrices de la norma UNE-EN ISO 14001, así como la UNE-EN ISO 9001 de calidad y la UNE-EN ISO 45001 de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Se modifica el punto 7. Condicionantes Hídricos que queda redactado de la siguiente forma:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Condicionantes Hídricos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.1. Agua potable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El agua potable de los servicios y sanitarios (incluida la limpieza de las instalaciones), en el autoclave y en la máquina de lavado de bidones y envases contaminados proviene de la red de agua potable. El consumo de agua anual se estima en 2.623,35 m&lt;sup&gt;3 &lt;/sup&gt;/año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.2. Aguas pluviales limpias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se dispone de un aljibe para la recogida de las aguas pluviales limpias provenientes del tejado de la instalación. Esta agua es utilizada para la limpieza de las instalaciones y para el sistema contraincendios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.3. Aguas residuales sanitarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las aguas residuales sanitarias de los aseos y vestuarios se destinan a la red de alcantarillado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.4. Aguas residuales industriales y pluviales sucias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Se prevé la generación de un máximo de 2.190 m&lt;sup&gt;3 / &lt;/sup&gt;año de agua residual industrial procedente del tratamiento de los minerales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Se dispone de tres separadores de hidrocarburos de Clase I (filtro coalescente) con desarenador y bypass de tormentas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Se dispone de una red interna de aguas pluviales contaminadas y de proceso que recoge las aguas de los aseos de las instalaciones, las pluviales de las zonas exteriores en contacto con residuos y las aguas generadas en el tratamiento de aceites usados y mezclas agua-aceite/hidrocarburos. Estas aguas se dirigen a los separadores de hidrocarburos y una vez tratadas en estos se destinan a la red de alcantarillado. Se estima un vertido de los separadores de hidrocarburos a alcantarillado de unos 6 m&lt;sup&gt;3&lt;/sup&gt;/día, es decir, 2.190 m&lt;sup&gt;3&lt;/sup&gt;/año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Se realizan y conservan un mínimo de tres analíticas anuales del agua procedente de los separadores de hidrocarburos que recogen las aguas pluviales de los patios exteriores y las procedentes del tratamiento de los aceites industriales usados y aguas oleosas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.5. Aguas residuales de los separadores de hidrocarburos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) La instalación cuenta con tres separadores de hidrocarburos para el tratamiento de las aguas procedentes del proceso de tratamiento de aceites minerales no clorados, sentinas y aguas oleosas y las aguas pluviales de los patios exteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) La generación de aguas residuales de proceso y pluviales tratadas en los separadores de hidrocarburos se estima en 7500 m&lt;sup&gt;3&lt;/sup&gt;/año de aguas pluviales tratadas aproximadamente y 2190 m&lt;sup&gt;3&lt;/sup&gt;/año de aguas procedentes del tratamiento de aceites minerales no clorados, sentinas y aguas oleosas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Durante los episodios de lluvia no se podrán realizar vertidos de las aguas procedentes de la arqueta de decantación de sólidos en el separador de hidrocarburos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.6. Efluente de la estación depuradora de aguas residuales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Se dispone de una depuradora que trata por separado a los efluentes del autoclave y las soluciones acuosas contaminadas (ácidas o básicas) procedentes de los residuos sanitarios. La capacidad máxima de la depuradora es de 42 m&lt;sup&gt;3&lt;/sup&gt;/semana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Se prevé tratar un volumen de aguas contaminadas de 15 m&lt;sup&gt;3&lt;/sup&gt;/semana y un volumen de efluentes sanitarios de 4 m&lt;sup&gt;3&lt;/sup&gt;/semana, quedando una capacidad remanente para futuras necesidades de 23 m&lt;sup&gt;3&lt;/sup&gt;/semana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Los fangos se entregan a gestor autorizado, conservando los comprobantes de la entrega y las aguas depuradas se destinarán a alcantarillado. Se estima un vertido de la depuradora a alcantarillado de unos 2.184 m&lt;sup&gt;3&lt;/sup&gt;/semana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Cada cuatro meses se realizará un control interno de volumen y composición de las aguas tratadas que se vierten a alcantarillado, con el fin de controlar que no se superen los límites de los contaminantes establecidos en la Decisión de Ejecución de la Comisión (UE) 2018/1147, de 10 de agosto de 2018, relativa a las conclusiones sobre las mejoras técnicas disponibles (MTD) en el tratamiento de residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Anualmente se notificarán en el registro estatal de emisiones y fuentes contaminantes (Registro PRTR) las siguientes emisiones a la red de alcantarillado: As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Hg, Ni, Pb, Zn, hidrocarburos aromáticos policíclicos (HAP), DQO y COT (la DQO o el COT se podrán estimar).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.7. Lixiviados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La parcela destinada a la gestión de residuos peligrosos y no peligrosos cuenta con zonas cubiertas y dispone de pavimento impermeable consistente en una solera de hormigón con pendiente para la recogida de los lixiviados hacia las alcantarillas que irán a parar a los separadores de grasas e hidrocarburos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.8. Otros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Se cuenta con material absorbente (sepiolita) en las diferentes zonas de la instalación para la intervención en caso de fugas o derrames. Posteriormente a su uso se entregará a gestor autorizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Se realiza un control diario del estado del pavimento para reparar daños y evitar cualquier infiltración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Los residuos peligrosos y los residuos susceptibles de causar un posible derrame accidental se almacenan en el interior de la nave.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Los aceites y aguas oleosas se almacenan en tanques verticales situados dentro de una cubeta de retención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.9. Reglamento municipal de vertido a alcantarillado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Deberá darse cumplimiento a la prohibición de vertido indirecto a la Red de alcantarillado público las sustancias y materiales enumerados en el anexo del Reglamento Municipal de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Se modifica el punto 8. Condicionantes de Atmósfera que queda redactado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La instalación deberá cumplir con lo establecido en la Ley 34/2007, de 15 de noviembre, de calidad del aire y protección de la atmósfera; el Real decreto 100/2011, de 28 de enero, por el que se actualiza el catálogo de actividades potencialmente contaminadoras de la atmósfera (APCA) y se establecen las disposiciones básicas para su aplicación; la Directiva 2010/75/UE, de 24 de noviembre, sobre las emisiones industriales; el Real Decreto 815/2013, de 18 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de emisiones industriales y de desarrollo de la Ley 16/2002; el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2016, de 16 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de prevención y control integrados de la contaminación; el Real decreto 102/2011, de 28 de enero, relativo a la mejora de la calidad del aire; el Real decreto 1042/2017, de 22 de diciembre, sobre limitación de las emisiones a la atmósfera de determinados agentes contaminantes procedentes de las instalaciones de combustión medianas y se actualiza el anexo IV de la Ley 34/2007, de 15 de noviembre, de calidad del aire y protección de la atmósfera; la Decisión de Ejecución de la Comisión (UE) 2018/1147, de 10 de agosto de 2018, por la que se establecen las conclusiones sobre las mejores técnicas disponibles (MTD) en el tratamiento de residuos, de conformidad con la Directiva 2010/75/UE; así como con toda la normativa de desarrollo que le sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.2. Deben ser accesibles en cualquier momento para poder realizar las medidas e inspecciones pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los accesos y plataformas de trabajo a los puntos de muestreo tendrán que cumplir la normativa en materia de seguridad y salud en los puestos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se utilizarán los métodos oficiales o métodos de referencia para las medidas de las diferentes magnitudes, bien sean contaminantes u otro tipo de parámetros, tanto en los controles internos o autocontroles como en los controles externos de las emisiones Los métodos de medida serán preferentemente UNE-EN, en su defecto y por el siguiente orden: EN, UNE-ISO, UNE, y otros métodos internacionales. Siempre que se publiquen nuevas normas que sustituyan las indicadas, se aplicarán las más recientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

También se medirá temperatura y oxígeno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El foco FC-2, grupo electrógeno de emergencia, no debe realizar controles de emisiones, mientras se mantenga el régimen de foco no sistemático, con funcionamiento 3 h/año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.5. Medidas correctoras para la reducción de las emisiones difusas provenientes de los equipamientos de la instalación y de la trituradora (FNC-1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El titular de la instalación deberá establecer y aplicar un plan de mantenimiento y mejora de sus instalaciones y procesos en vistas a minimizar sus emisiones difusas de polvo. La MTD 14 aplica a la instalación que debe seguir cumpliendo todas las medidas indicadas. El titular debe evaluar periódicamente la mejora de las medidas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Mantener actualizado el documento de identificación de procesos que pueden dar lugar a emisiones difusas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Planta y viales pavimentados: accesos, zona de maquinaria, zona de acopios y zona de circulación de camiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Velocidad de vehículos en el interior de las instalaciones limitada a 20 km/h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Limpieza periódica de viales por riego.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Altura mínima durante las operaciones de carga y descarga.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Acopios separados por muros de contención para evitar la contaminación cruzada y la dispersión de materiales por la acción del viento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Mínima altura de los acopios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Camiones cubiertos con lona para evitar la emisión de partículas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Sistemas de apantallamiento en la periferia de la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Uso de materiales adecuados y realización de operaciones de mantenimiento de instalaciones y equipos para prevenir la corrosión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Selección y uso de equipos con marcado CE, con manual de instrucciones y declaración de conformidad según normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Limpieza periódica de las instalaciones. Mantener actualizado el Protocolo de orden y limpieza de instalaciones, maquinaria y vehículos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Mantener actualizado el programa de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la maquinaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Respecto a la trituradora de cables, se aplica la MTD 25 para reducir emisiones de partículas y metales. La trituradora dispone de filtro de mangas pero las emisiones no están canalizadas. Por tanto, debe aplicarse la MTD 14d (contener y recoger las emisiones difusas) y una de las técnicas de la MTD 25. El titular indica la MTD 25b, filtración por filtro de mangas. El titular debe llevar un control de los cambios de filtros y revisión del estado de funcionamiento del filtro de mangas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;También debe cumplirse la MTD 27 sobre prevención de deflagraciones y reducción de emisiones. En esta instalación el equipo dispone de un pretriturador de baja velocidad antes de la trituradora principal, que corresponde a la MTD 27c.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El control periódico por parte de OCA debe comprobar el cumplimiento de cada una de las medidas de este apartado, así como los cambios de filtros de la trituradora y el buen estado de funcionamiento de la trituradora y del pretriturador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.6. Medidas correctoras para la reducción de las emisiones difusas provenientes de la depuradora de aguas residuales (FNC-2)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El titular de la instalación deberá establecer y aplicar un plan de mantenimiento y mejora de sus instalaciones y procesos en vistas a minimizar sus emisiones procedentes de la depuradora de aguas residuales. La MTD 14 se aplica a la instalación que debe continuar cumpliendo todas las medidas indicadas. El titular debe evaluar periódicamente la mejora de las medidas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Control y ajuste de los parámetros de funcionamiento del proceso de depuración para garantizar un correcto funcionamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Control y ajuste de los parámetros de funcionamiento del proceso de deshidratación de los fangos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Reducir al mínimo el período de retención de los fangos dentro de las instalaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El control periódico por parte de OCA debe comprobar el cumplimiento de cada una de las medidas de este apartado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.7. Controles externos por parte de organismo de control autorizado (OCA) de las emisiones difusas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los controles externos de las emisiones difusas se realizarán con una periodicidad de tres años, por parte de un organismo de control autorizado para la atmósfera (OCA) y consistirán en la comprobación del mantenimiento y eficacia de las medidas correctoras y preventivas implantadas para todos los focos existentes y detalladas en los puntos anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El primer control por parte de OCA deberá efectuarse en un plazo de tres meses a contar desde la notificación de la autorización. Posteriores controles se tendrán que efectuar cada tres años. Los controles se efectuarán entre mayo y octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En caso de denuncia, y si el órgano competente en materia de contaminación atmosférica lo considera oportuno, podrá requerirse al titular de la instalación a presentar un proyecto de medidas correctoras adicionales para minimizar las emisiones difusas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Siempre que el órgano competente en materia de contaminación atmosférica lo considere necesario, podrá requerirse al titular de la instalación la realización de campañas de control de olores en los límites de la parcela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.8. Notificaciones inmediatas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si existe alguna anomalía de funcionamiento que pueda dar lugar a una emisión anormal de contaminantes a la atmósfera o alguna superación de valores límite de emisión, se notificará, inmediatamente después de su conocimiento, al órgano competente en materia de contaminación atmosférica. Asimismo, se informará de las medidas correctoras adoptadas y del momento en que la instalación pasa a funcionar correctamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.9. Registro de emisiones y controles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El titular de la instalación deberá mantener actualizado un registro, que estará a disposición del órgano competente en materia de contaminación atmosférica, con datos relativos al funcionamiento, emisiones, tareas de mantenimiento, incidencias (revisión periódica de la instalación, paros, averías, operaciones de mantenimiento de los lavaderos de gases) e inspecciones, controles e informes resultantes, etc., para cada foco emisor de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 8 del Real decreto 100/2011 y la normativa de desarrollo. La información documental (informes, medidas, mantenimiento...) debe conservarse durante un período mínimo de 10 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;En el punto 10.2:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“10.2. Inventario de emisiones en el Registro PRTR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De acuerdo con lo establecido en el arte. 8.3 de la Ley 16/2002, así como el Reglamento (CE) núm. 166/2006, del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 18 de enero de 2006, relativa al establecimiento de un registro europeo de emisiones y transferencias de contaminantes (Registro E-PRTR), el titular de la instalación notificará al menos una vez al año los datos de las emisiones a la atmósfera correspondientes a la instalación. Estas emisiones serán enviadas, para su evaluación previa, al órgano competente en materia de contaminación atmosférica adjuntando una memoria explicativa de la metodología utilizada para la determinación de los datos notificados antes de su incorporación a la base de datos del Ministerio (www.prtr-es.es). Las cantidades de contaminantes serán medidas, calculadas o estimadas, por este orden de preferencia.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“10.2. Inventario de emisiones en el Registro PRTR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El titular deberá remitir los datos sobre cantidades de contaminantes emitidos anualmente, en aplicación de lo dispuesto en el Reglamento 166/2006 (PRTR), del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 18 de enero de 2006, relativo al establecimiento de un registro europeo de emisiones y transferencias de contaminantes (Registro E-PRTR), para las notificaciones correspondientes al año 2026, y a partir del 1 de enero de 2028 en aplicación de lo dispuesto en el Reglamento (UE) 2024/1244 del Parlamento y del consejo, de 24 de abril de 2024, sobre la notificación de datos medioambientales procedentes de instalaciones industriales, por el que se crea un portal de Emisiones Industriales, y en el Real decreto 508/2007, de 20 de abril, por el cual se regula el suministro de información sobre emisiones del Reglamento E-PRTR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las cantidades de contaminantes serán medidas, calculadas o estimadas, preferentemente por este orden. Estos datos de emisiones serán incorporados al registro informático PRTREspaña dentro del plazo establecido en la normativa.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Se añade al apartado Emisiones e inmisiones atmosféricas, del punto 10.3.2:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
