    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Con fecha 27 de febrero de 2025, el presidente del FOGAIBA dictó la Resolución por la que se convocan ayudas de apoyo a las cofradías de pescadores de las Illes Balears para el año 2025, publicada en el &lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;(BOIB) núm. 28, de 4 de marzo de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La convocatoria señalada destina un importe máximo de cuatrocientos cincuenta y seis mil setecientos cincuenta euros (456.750,00 €), con cargo a los presupuestos del FOGAIBA, con la posibilidad de ampliar la dotación de la partida presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En vista de ello, dado que esta línea de ayudas está en proceso de tramitación, y dado el número de expedientes que han solicitado la ayuda, una vez revisada la disponibilidad presupuestaria, se considera conveniente incrementar el importe destinado a esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello, en virtud de las competencias que tengo atribuidas y a propuesta del director gerente del FOGAIBA, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Incrementar en mil euros (1.000,00 €) el crédito previsto en la Resolución del presidente del FOGAIBA, de 27 de febrero de 2025, por la que se convocan ayudas de apoyo a las cofradías de pescadores de las Illes Balears para el año 2025, publicada en el BOIB núm. 28, de 4 de marzo de 2025, por lo que queda destinado un crédito final para esta línea de ayudas de cuatrocientos cincuenta y siete mil setecientos cincuenta euros (457.750,00 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Modificar el apartado segundo de la Resolución del presidente del FOGAIBA, de 27 de febrero de 2025, por la que se convocan ayudas de apoyo a las cofradías de pescadores de las Illes Balears para el año 2025 (BOIB núm. 28, de 4 de marzo de 2025), que queda redactado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;«Para esta convocatoria se destina un importe máximo de cuatrocientos cincuenta y siete mil setecientos cincuenta euros (457.750,00 €), con la posibilidad de ampliar la dotación de la partida presupuestaria con cargo a los presupuestos del FOGAIBA del año 2025».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Esta Resolución debe comunicarse a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y debe publicarse en el &lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
