&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Procedimiento&lt;/strong&gt;: Nombramiento personal eventual, personal de confianza &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Sr. Alcalde-Presidente de este Ayuntamiento, por Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 736/2025, de 5 de agosto, dictó el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO DE&amp;nbsp;ALCALDÍA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Corrección error material nombramiento personal eventual&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto que, por Decreto de Alcaldía núm.722/2025, de 30 de julio, se nombró &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sr. Alexandro Gaffar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, con NIE X17****5S, &lt;/span&gt;como &lt;strong&gt;personal eventual&lt;/strong&gt;, para ocupar el puesto de trabajo de &lt;strong&gt;personal de confianza&lt;/strong&gt;, para el asesoramiento a Alcaldía, estableciendo a los efectos de alta el &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1 de agosto de 2025. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(BOIB núm.102 de 02-08-2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto que, se han detectado algunos errores materiales, concretamente en la fecha de efectos de alta y otros que se omitieron, que resultan elementales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de les Administraciones Publiques, y en uso de las competencias que me atribuye la normativa vigente; por el presente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modificar parte del texto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt; del Decreto de Alcaldía núm.722/2025, de 30 de julio, concretamente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el &lt;strong&gt;punto primero&lt;/strong&gt; de la resolución, &lt;strong&gt;donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nombrar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; el &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sr. Alexandro Gaffar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;, con NIE X17****5S, &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;como &lt;strong&gt;personal eventual&lt;/strong&gt;, para ocupar el puesto de trabajo de &lt;strong&gt;personal de confianza&lt;/strong&gt;, ..., con efectos de alta a &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1 de agosto de 2025.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta que la relación laboral se inicia con la firma de la toma de posesión, debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nombrar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; el &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sr. Alexandro Gaffar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;, con NIE X17****5S, &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;como &lt;strong&gt;personal eventual&lt;/strong&gt;, para ocupar el puesto de trabajo de &lt;strong&gt;personal de confianza&lt;/strong&gt;, ..., con efectos de alta desde la &lt;strong&gt;fecha&lt;/strong&gt; de la &lt;strong&gt;firma&lt;/strong&gt; del acta de &lt;strong&gt;toma de posesión&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Estableciéndose el plazo máximo de &lt;strong&gt;tres días hábiles&lt;/strong&gt;, desde el siguiente a la notificación de la presente resolución, para el juramento o promesa y la toma de posesión.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Y, en el punto tercero de la resolución, primer párrafo, donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Al personal eventual le será aplicable, en aquello adecuado a la naturaleza de su condición, el régimen general de los funcionarios de carrera. También se le aplica el régimen de incompatibilidades del personal al servicio de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se añade el siguiente párrafo, entre el primero y el segundo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;em&gt;Antes de la toma de posesión, la persona nombrada tiene que hacer constar que no ocupa ningún puesto de trabajo ni realiza ninguna activad en el sector público de las enumeradas en el artículo 1 de la Ley 53/1984, de 26 de diciembre, de incompatibilidades del personal al servicio de las administraciones publiques. Si realiza alguna actividad, incluidas las de carácter profesional, tiene que declararlo en el plazo &lt;strong&gt;diez días hábiles&lt;/strong&gt; contados desde el siguiente a la toma de posesión, a los efectos de que el órgano competente acuerde la declaración de compatibilidad o incompatibilidad.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar la presente Resolución al interesado, al Departamento de Personal y a la asesoraría laboral, a los efectos oportunos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar la presente resolución en el &lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;, y en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Binissalem.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;.- Dar traslado al Pleno en la primera sesión que celebre.- Lo manda y firma el Sr. Alcalde, en la fecha de la firma electrónica, y lo firma la Secretaria al único efecto de que tome nota.- Binissalem, a la fecha de la firma electrónica.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Se hace público para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
