&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El 11 de septiembre de 2021, se publicó la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para &lt;/span&gt;la realización de instalaciones de autoconsumo con fuentes de energía renovable&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;mediante la Resolución del consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática de 6 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de septiembre de 2021&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Las entidades que figuran en el anexo de esta Resolución presentaron una solicitud de subvención en el marco de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. A los titulares de los expedientes que aparecen en el anexo se les propuso la concesión de una subvención en el marco de la convocatoria por los importes que también se indican, todo de acuerdo con las respectivas Propuestas de resolución estimatorias, con fecha y número de BOIB indicados en el anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. Los titulares de los expedientes que aparecen en el anexo han presentado un escrito en el que indican que renuncian a la subvención propuesta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. El consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía es el órgano competente para resolver el procedimiento dado el Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares, por la cual se establecen las competencias y estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (modificado por el Decreto 16/2023, de 20 de julio, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares), competencia delegada en el director general de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático por la Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía de 20 de julio de 2023 de delegación de competencias y de suplencia de los órganos directivos de la Consejería ( BOIB &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;º&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;103&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;22 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;julio &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de 202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. La Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. El Decreto Legislativo&amp;nbsp;2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones (BOIB nº.&amp;nbsp;196, de 31 de diciembre de 2005).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. El artículo 94, de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, prevé que la Administración, en el supuesto de renuncia de la persona interesada a sus derechos, aceptará la renuncia completamente y resolverá el procedimiento declarando esta circunstancia, con indicación de los hechos producidos y las normas aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. La Resolución del consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática de 6 de septiembre de 2021 por la cual se aprueba la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para la realización de instalaciones de autoconsumo con fuentes de energía renovable, con o sin almacenamiento, en el sector servicios y otros sectores productivos de la economía; y para la incorporación de almacenamiento instalaciones de autoconsumo, con fuentes de energía renovable, ya existentes en el sector servicios y otros sectores productivos, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia europeo (BOIB n.º 125, de 11 de septiembre de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Aceptar la renuncia a la subvención de los titulares de los expedientes que aparecen en el anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Declarar concluido el procedimiento y por tanto, archivar los expedientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el Consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso‑administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
