Determinar que esta bolsa tendrá una vigencia limitada hasta la creación de una nueva bolsa derivada del resultado de un nuevo proceso selectivo del cuerpo, la escala, la subescala, la clase, la especialidad o la categoría auxiliar administrativo/a del subgrupo C2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;. Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;. Dar cuenta al Pleno en la sesión que corresponda. ”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer, alternativamente, o bien un recurso potestativo de reposición, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación de este edicto, ante la alcaldesa de este Ayuntamiento, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, o bien un recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación de este edicto, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contenciosa Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si se optara por interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición, no podrá interponerse recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que este haya sido resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Todo ello sin perjuicio de que se pueda ejercitar cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
