&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;IMPUESTO SOBRE BIENES INMUEBLES DE NATURALEZA URBANA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;IMPUESTO SOBRE BIENES INMUEBLES DE NATURALEZA RÚSTICA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;IMPUESTO SOBRE VEHÍCULOS DE TRACCIÓN MECÁNICA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;IMPUESTO SOBRE ACTIVIDADES ECONÓMICAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;TASAS POR LA PRESTACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE RECOGIDA Y ELIMINACIÓN DE RESIDUOS, ALCANTARILLADO, ENTRADA DE VEHICULOS Y RESERVA DE APARCAMIENTO. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los contribuyentes afectados podrán realizar los pagos de sus deudas tributarias durante los días hábiles comprendidos entre &lt;strong&gt;el 1 de septiembre y el 3 de noviembre de 2025&lt;/strong&gt;, ambos incluidos, de lunes a viernes de 8,30 a 13,30 horas, en las dependencias municipales de Sant Josep (oficinas centrales del Ayuntamiento), Sant Jordi y Cala de Bou.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Asimismo, los contribuyentes pueden satisfacer sus deudas tributarias a través del portal del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, en la dirección http://www.santjosep.org.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El periodo ejecutivo se iniciará al día siguiente de haber finalizado el plazo de ingreso en periodo voluntario. Iniciado el periodo ejecutivo, la recaudación de las deudas se efectuará por el procedimiento de apremio sobre el patrimonio del obligado al pago, devengando a partir de este momento los recargos legales y los intereses de demora de acuerdo con los criterios establecidos en los artículos 26, 28 y 161 de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DOMICILIACIONES&lt;/strong&gt;: Los recibos de los impuestos y tasas antes mencionados que estén domiciliados en una entidad bancaria, se enviarán para su cobro el día 7 de octubre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
