Núm.: </strong>8767/2025</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Se hace público que el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Alaior, en sesión extraordinaria celebrada el día 24 de julio de 2025, acordó, entre otros, lo siguiente:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">"<strong>PRIMERO. </strong>Aprobar el expediente de modificación de créditos en la modalidad de suplemento de créditos y créditos extraordinarios, financiado con cargo al remanente líquido de Tesorería para gastos generales, tal como se detalla en la tabla anexa a la propuesta.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>SEGUNDO</strong>. Disponer la exposición al público del expediente relativo a esta modificación presupuestaria, por un plazo de 15 días hábiles contados a partir del día siguiente a la publicación del correspondiente anuncio en el <em>Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, </em>que también se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de la corporación, para que las personas interesadas puedan examinar el expediente y presentar las reclamaciones que consideren necesarias ante el Pleno.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">El expediente se considerará definitivamente aprobado si durante el plazo referido no se han presentado reclamaciones.
