&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Asunto:&lt;/strong&gt; Modificación &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;bases por error material en el procedimiento selectivo para cubrir 2 plazas de la categoría de Policía local, en ejecución de la OPO 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Emisora: RRHH/LPM &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se hace público que por Resolución de alcaldía número 2025-1558, de fecha 23 de julio de 2025, se ha resuelto en su parte bastante el que sigue: "[…]PRIMERO.- &lt;/span&gt;Rectificar el error material, de hecho o aritmético, de acuerdo con el que fija el artículo 109 dela Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, del expediente siguiente: &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;[…]"&lt;/span&gt;,&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; literalmente dice así: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;. Rectificar el error material, de hecho o aritmético, de acuerdo con el que fija el artículo 109 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, del expediente siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;De forma que, donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Reglamento municipal sobre el horario de los establecimientos públicos (BOIB número 14 de 31/01 /2012).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por aprovechamientos especiales y prestación de servicios especiales de la Policía Local (BOIB número 35 de 17/03/2016).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Ordenanza reguladora de la venta ambulante al término municipal de Alaior (BOIB número 9 de 21/01/2017). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tiene que decir:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Reglamento municipal sobre el horario de los establecimientos públicos (BOIB número 14 de 09/09 /2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por aprovechamientos especiales y prestación de servicios especiales de la Policía Local (BOIB número 142 de 29/10/2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Ordenanza reguladora de la venta ambulante al término municipal de Alaior (BOIB número 137 de 07/10/2021). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;. Mantener el plazos de inscripción establecidas inicialmente para los aspirantes al proceso selectivo de 2 plazas de policía local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;. Publicar esta resolución en el tablón de anuncios, en la sede electrónica y al BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;RECURSOS/ALEGACIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, podéis interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano administrativo que dicta la Resolución en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente a haber recibido la notificación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;También podéis interponer un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma de Mallorca en el plazo de dos meses contadores desde el día siguiente a haber recibido la notificación de la Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29 /1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si optáis para interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición, no podréis interponer el recurso contencioso-administrativo mientras no se dicte la resolución exprés del recurso de reposición o se produzca la desestimación por silencio. Todo esto, sin perjuicio de poder interponer cualquier otro recurso que consideráis más conveniente a vuestro derecho. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
