&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En fecha 13 de abril de 2024 se publicó, en el BOIB núm. 49, la resolución del consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación por la cual se aprueba la convocatoria para ayudas a proyectos y actuaciones de investigación en biodiversidad enmarcados en los planes complementarios del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. De acuerdo con lo que dispone el Decreto 6/2025, de 2 de junio, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares, por el cual se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, las competencias en materia de fomento de la investigación científica y técnica corresponden a la Dirección General de Universidades, Investigación y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores, la cual acontece el órgano instructor de la presente convocatoria. Del mismo modo, el consejero de Educación y Universidades acontece el órgano concedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El día 17 de septiembre de 2024 desde la consejería de Educación y Universidades se emitió la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades para la modificación de la Resolución de la secretaria general de Economía, Hacienda e innovación, por delegación del consejero de Economía, Hacienda e innovación, por la cual se aprueba la convocatoria por ayudas a proyectos y actuaciones de investigación en biodiversidad enmarcados en los planes complementarios del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia, para reajustar la distribución del presupuesto por anualidades del año 2025, así como las fechas de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El real decreto 1181/2024, de 28 de noviembre (BOE n.º 288, de 29 de noviembre de 2024), que modifica el Real Decreto 633/2022, de 26 de julio, por el cual se regula la concesión directa de subvenciones en las comunidades autónomas para financiar la incorporación a programas de los Planes Complementarios de I+D+i, que forman parte del componente 17 del PRTR, establece un nuevo plazo y permite ampliar el plazo de ejecución de los Planes Complementarios hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El día 20 de mayo de 2025, desde el departamento de Gestión Económica de la consejería de Educación y Universidades se emitió un informe favorable sobre la tramitación de expedientes modificación de concesión y modificación de convocatoria del ejercicio 2025 relativo a modificaciones de concesiones y convocatoria para ajustar anualidades e imputar el gasto al fondo MR de la convocatoria 2024_180, convocatoria para ayudas a proyectos y actuaciones de investigación en biodiversidad enmarcados en los planes complementarios del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. La convocatoria inicial establecía que el periodo de ejecución tenía que estar comprendido entre el 1 de enero de 2024 y el 29 de septiembre de 2025, ambos incluidos, excepto si una normativa posterior otorgaba un periodo diferente. Para facilitar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos de acuerdo con el nuevo plazo permitido por el real decreto 1181/20249, se considera necesario modificar el plazo de inversión y ejecución de la convocatoria para adaptarlo hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2025. Esto implica, así mismo, modificar la distribución de crédito de las anualidades (traspasando parte del crédito de 2025 a 2026) y ajustar las fechas máximas de certificación y pago de la segunda justificación para adecuarlas a la nueva distribución presupuestaria y plazo de ejecución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. El día 1 de julio de 2025, el director general de Universidades, Investigación y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores emitió una memoria justificativa sobre la conveniencia y la necesidad de aprobar la modificación de la Resolución de la secretaria general de Economía, Hacienda e innovación, por delegación del consejero de Economía, Hacienda e innovación, mediante la cual se aprobó la convocatoria de ayudas para proyectos y actuaciones de investigación en biodiversidad, enmarcados en los planes complementarios del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia. Esta modificación tiene como objetivo ajustar la distribución del presupuesto por anualidades, así como las fechas de justificación y de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. En fecha 1 de julio de 2025, la consejería de Educación y Universidades, emitió la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades, a propuesta del director general de Universidades, Investigación y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores, por la cual se acuerda la iniciación del expediente para la modificación de la Resolución de la secretaria general de Economía, Hacienda e innovación por delegación del consejero de Economía, Hacienda e innovación, por la cual se aprueba la convocatoria para ayudas a proyectos y actuaciones de investigación en biodiversidad enmarcados en los planes complementarios del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia (BOIB n.º 49, de 13 de abril de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Por todo lo expuesto, se considera necesario modificar la convocatoria para reajustar la distribución del crédito de las anualidades asignadas, trasladar el presupuesto a la anualidad de 2026 y modificar las fechas máximas de justificación y pago. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. La Orden de la consejera de Innovación, Interior y Justicia, de 26 de enero de 2010, por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en materia de investigación, desarrollo tecnológico e innovación (BOIB núm. 25, del 13 de febrero de 2010).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. La Ley 7/2022, de 5 de agosto, de la ciencia, la tecnología y la innovación de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. El Real decreto 36/2020, de 30 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueban medidas urgentes para la modernización de la Administración pública y para la ejecución del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. El Decreto ley 3/2021, de 12 de abril, de medidas extraordinarias y urgentes para ejecutar las actuaciones y los proyectos que se tienen que financiar con fondos europeos en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. La Orden HFP/1030/2021 de 29 de septiembre por la cual se configura el sistema de gestión del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. La Orden HFP/1031/2021 de 29 de septiembre por la cual se establece el procedimiento y formato de la información a proporcionar por las entidades del Sector Público Estatal, Autonómico y Local para el seguimiento del cumplimiento de hitos y objetivos y de ejecución presupuestaria y contable de las medidas de los componentes del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. La Ley 4/2021, de 17 de diciembre, de medidas extraordinarias y urgentes para ejecutar las actuaciones y los proyectos que se tienen que financiar con fondos europeos en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. El Decreto ley 9/2021, de 23 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes en determinados sectores de la actividad administrativa.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. El Real decreto 287/2022, de 19 de abril, por el cual se regula la concesión directa de subvenciones a las comunidades autónomas para financiar la realización de cuatro programas para la implementación de los Planes Complementarios de I+D+I con las comunidades autónomas que forman parte del componente 17 del PRTR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18. El Acuerdo de Consejo de Gobierno de 23 de mayo de 2022 por el cual se modifica la relación de proyectos declarados estratégicos por Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 4 de octubre de 2021 por el cual se aprueba el Plan Estratégico Autonómico - Estrategia de Inversiones Illes Balears 2030 y se declaran estratégicos los proyectos que se incluyen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19. El Real decreto 1181/2024, de 28 de noviembre, por el cual se modifica el Real Decreto 633/2022, de 26 de julio, por el cual se regula la concesión directa de subvenciones en las comunidades autónomas para financiar su incorporación a programas de los Planes Complementarios de I+D+i, que forman parte del componente 17 del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia, denominado Reforma institucional y fortalecimiento de las capacidades del Sistema Nacional de Ciencia, Tecnología e innovación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20. La Resolución de la secretaria general de Economía, Hacienda e innovación, por delegación del consejero de Economía, Hacienda e innovación, por la cual se aprueba la convocatoria para ayudas a proyectos y actuaciones de investigación en biodiversidad enmarcados en los planes complementarios del Plan de Recuperación Transformación y Resiliencia (BOIB n.º 49, de 13 de abril de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprobar la modificación de la Resolución de la secretaria general de Economía, Hacienda e innovación, por delegación del consejero de Economía, Hacienda e innovación, de 13 de abril de 2024, por la cual se aprueba la convocatoria para ayudas a proyectos y actuaciones de investigación en biodiversidad enmarcados en los planes complementarios del Plan de Recuperación Transformación y Resiliencia, en los términos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modificar el apartado segundo, el punto 3 del anexo 1, que corresponde a conceptos susceptibles de ayuda, en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Duración de los proyectos y actuaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El periodo de ejecución se establecerá a la resolución definitiva de la ayuda y tiene que estar comprendido entre día 1 de enero de 2024 y día 29 de septiembre de 2025, ambos incluidos, a excepción de que se apruebe una normativa europea o una norma de rango estatal o autonómico que otorgue un periodo de ejecución diferente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se establece un máximo de dos jornadas completas contratadas por proyecto o actuación y por un periodo máximo de 18 meses cada una.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modificar el apartado doceavo, los puntos 1 y 2 del anexo 1, que corresponde a instrucciones y órganos competente, en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La Dirección General de Investigación, Innovación y Transformación Digital es el órgano competente para instruir los procedimientos de concesión de las ayudas de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El órgano competente para resolver la concesión de las ayudas es el consejero de Economía, Hacienda e innovación o la persona delegada en virtud de la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tiene que decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La Dirección General de Universidades, Investigación y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores es el órgano competente para instruir los procedimientos de concesión de las ayudas de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El órgano competente para resolver la concesión de las ayudas es el consejero de Educación y Universidades o la persona delegada en virtud de la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modificar el apartado decimoctavo, puntos 1 y 2 del anexo 1, que corresponde al periodo de inversión, ejecución y justificación de las ayudas, en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Donde dice: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El periodo de inversión y ejecución está comprendido entre día 01/01/2024 y día 29/09/2025, ambos incluidos, o la fecha de inicio y fin que determine la resolución ambos incluidos, a excepción que se apruebe una normativa europea o una norma de rango estatal o autonómico que otorgue un periodo de ejecución diferentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La fecha de justificación tiene que constar en la propuesta de resolución y en la propuesta definitiva. La fecha de justificación final de la ayuda no podrá ser, en ningún caso, posterior al 30 de octubre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tiene que decir: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El periodo de inversión y ejecución está comprendido entre día 01/01/2024 y día 31/12/2025, ambos incluidos, o la fecha de inicio y fin que determine la resolución ambos incluidos, a excepción que se apruebe una normativa europea o una norma de rango estatal o autonómico que otorgue un periodo de ejecución diferentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Publicar esta Resolución en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Educación y Universidades en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 10 i 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
