A continuación, se transcribe el texto íntegro:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Hechos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;.-&amp;nbsp; En fecha 29 de agosto de 2022 se firmó el Convenio de colaboración entre el Consejo Insular de Mallorca y el Ayuntamiento de Algaida, para la convocatoria y gestión de los procesos de estabilización del empleo temporal. El objeto de este encargo era la aprobación de las bases, la convocatoria y la gestión del proceso selectivo que establece la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en el empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/strong&gt;El 6 de mayo de 2025, con número de registro 2025-E-RC-1048, se recibió el acuerdo del tribunal calificador de constitución de la lista íntegra de personas aspirantes para formar parte de la bolsa para nombrar personal funcionario interino procedente del proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema de concurso-oposición de la escala de administración especial, categoría Arquitecto/a A1 del Ayuntamiento de Algaida (EFOEA1/034).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello, y en virtud de las competencias conferidas en el artículo 21.1 de la Ley 7/1985, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, tengo a bien dictar la siguiente,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
