    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Junta Rectora del Consorcio Bolsa de Alojamientos Turísticos de la isla de Mallorca, en sesión celebrada el día 30 de julio de 2025, el Acuerdo que textualmente dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“Resolución sobre la modificación del Acuerdo de la Junta Rectora del CBAT de día 9 de junio de 2025 en cuanto a las bolsas temporales de adquisición de plazas turísticas para&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; estancias turísticas en viviendas y alojamientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vistos los Acuerdos de la Junta Rectora del CBAT de día 9 de junio de 2025, ambos publicados en el BOIB número 74, de 12 de junio, en cuanto a la comercialización de plazas turísticas para viviendas y alojamientos derivados de las bolsas temporales creadas a raíz de la Disposición Transitoria 2ª del Decreto Ley 4/2025, de 11 de abril, contra la oferta ilegal, de medidas transitorias para la oferta y para&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; la calidad turística de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto que con respecto a las estancias turísticas en viviendas se prevé la &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;apertura&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[apertura|abertura]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;de tres convocatorias anuales de plazas en las siguientes fechas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a.- Del 1 al 15 de septiembre de cada ejercicio. *&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b.- Del 1 al 15 de enero de cada ejercicio. *&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c.- Del 1 al 15 de mayo de cada ejercicio. *&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto que con respecto a los establecimientos turísticos se &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;prevé la apertura&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[apertura|abertura]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;tres convocatorias anuales de plazas en las siguientes fechas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a.- Del 16 al 30 de septiembre de cada ejercicio. *&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b.- Del 16 al 30 de enero de cada ejercicio. *&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c.- Del 16 al 30 de mayo de cada ejercicio. *&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Visto que se considera más apropiado iniciar la apertura&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[apertura|abertura]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; del &lt;/span&gt;trámite en&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; un horario de atención técnica&lt;/span&gt; a los efectos de poder enmendar rápidamente cualquier incidencia que se pueda suscitar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se propone a la Junta Rectora del Consorcio Bolsa de Alojamientos Turísticos que adopte el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primero.- Modificar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;los apartados de los Acuerdos de la Junta Rectora de día 9 de junio de 2025, relativo a las fechas en las cuales se abren los trámites telemáticos para la solicitud de compra de plazas turísticas en viviendas y alojamientos turísticos de manera que donde&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[donde|dónde]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; dicen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Por|Para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; estancias turísticas en viviendas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“a.- Del 1 al 15 de septiembre de cada ejercicio. *&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b.- Del 1 al 15 de enero de cada ejercicio. *&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c.- Del 1 al 15 de mayo de cada ejercicio. *”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;tiene que decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a.- Del 1 al 15 de septiembre de cada ejercicio a partir de las 9:00 horas del primer día.*&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b.- Del 1 al 15 de enero de cada ejercicio a partir de las 9:00 horas del primer día.*&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c.- Del 1 al 15 de mayo de cada ejercicio a partir de las 9:00 horas del primer día.*&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;y para establecimientos turísticos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“a.- Del 16 al 30 de septiembre de cada ejercicio. *&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b.- Del 16 al 30 de enero de cada ejercicio. *&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c.- Del 16 al 30 de mayo de cada ejercicio. *”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c.- Del 16 al 30 de mayo de cada ejercicio a partir las 9:00 horas&amp;nbsp;del primer día.*&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo.- Establecer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, de acuerdo al artículo 66.6 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común a las administraciones públicas, la obligatoriedad de utilizar el trámite telemático habilitado al efecto en la Sede Electrónica del Consorcio Bolsa de Alojamientos Turísticos para&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; aquellos interesados en adquirir estas plazas derivadas de las bolsas temporales de plazas turísticas, tanto para estancias turísticas en viviendas como para establecimientos turísticos.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
