&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nueva composición de la Junta de Gobierno&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En fecha 21 de junio de 2023 se dictó resolución de Alcaldía 2023/468 de nombramiento de los miembros y delegación de competencias de la Junta de Gobierno (BOIB núm. 88 de fecha 29 de junio de 2023) en virtud de la cual se nombraron miembros de la Junta de Gobierno a los concejales y concejalas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Emilia Díaz-Asensio Muñoz, primera teniente de alcalde (Gent Costa-El PI).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Juan Mestre Adrover, segundo teniente de alcalde (Partido Popular).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Joana Maria Cabrer Sureda, tercera teniente de alcalde (Partido Popular).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Miguel Font Rosselló, cuarto teniente de alcalde (UICA).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En fecha 25 de julio de 2025 se ha dictado resolución de Alcaldía 2025/591 de cese y nuevo nombramiento de la tercera teniente de alcalde en virtud de la cual, con motivo del cambio del régimen de dedicación de la concejala Joana Maria Cabrer Sureda, se ha dispuesto cesar dicha concejala como tercera teniente de alcalde y nombrar como tercera teniente de alcalde a la concejala Catalina Ferrer Nadal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por lo expuesto, en virtud de lo dispuesto en los artículos 23 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, 23 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares y 43, 52, 53 y 112 del Reglamento de organización,&amp;nbsp; funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Cesar a la concejala Joana Maria Cabrer Sureda como miembro de la Junta de Gobierno. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Nombrar a la tercera teniente de alcalde Catalina Ferrer Nadal como miembro de la Junta de Gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Indicar expresamente que la nueva composición de la Junta de Gobierno está integrada por los siguientes concejales y concejalas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Miguel Font Rosselló, cuarto teniente de alcalde (UICA).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Indicar expresamente que quedan inalteradas las atribuciones de la Junta de Gobierno indicadas en la resolución de Alcaldía 2023/468 (BOIB núm. 88 de fecha 29 de junio de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quinto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La presente resolución se notificará a los interesados, se publicará en el BOIB, en el Portal de Transparencia de la página web municipal y se dará cuenta al Pleno de la corporación en la primera sesión que éste celebre."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra este acto, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se pueden interponer alternativamente los recursos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;a) El recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano que ha dictado el acto en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la recepción de esta notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Directamente, el recurso contencioso administrativo ante los juzgados de lo contencioso administrativo de Palma en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la recepción de esta notificación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Si se opta por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo, no se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que se resuelva aquél expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio, que se producirá por el transcurso de un mes desde el día siguiente de la fecha de presentación sin que se haya resuelto expresamente ni se haya notificado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Todo ello, sin perjuicio de la interposición de otros recursos o acciones que considere procedentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
