&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En fecha 24 de junio de 2025, la jefa de la Sección de Fomento del Deporte, con el visto bueno del director insular de Deportes, emitió una memoria justificativa sobre la necesidad de tramitar una convocatoria de subvenciones a favor de las Federaciones Deportivas de las Islas Baleares para la adquisición de material inventariable destinado a la práctica de la actividad deportiva en Mallorca 2025-2026, con el objetivo de fortalecer la estructura y la capacidad operativa de las federaciones dotándolas de material deportivo y tecnológico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En fecha 25 de junio de 2025, el vicepresidente segundo y consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Medio Ambiente, Medio Rural y Deportes dictó la resolución de inicio del expediente de la convocatoria de subvenciones a favor de las Federaciones Deportivas de las Islas Baleares para la adquisición de material inventariable destinado a la práctica de la actividad deportiva en Mallorca 2025-2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El 8 de julio de 2025, la directora insular de Hacienda y Presupuestos4 emitió informe favorable al gasto plurianual de la convocatoria con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 50.34101.78901, con un crédito de 652.000,00 € para el ejercicio 2025 (RC 220250016388) y un crédito de 163.000,00 € para el ejercicio 2026 (RC 220259000431).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Se redactó la convocatoria de subvenciones a favor de las Federaciones Deportivas de las Islas Baleares para la adquisición de material inventariable destinado a la práctica de la actividad deportiva en Mallorca 2025-2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. La jefa del Servicio Jurídico Administrativo de la Dirección Insular de Deportes emitió informe favorable a la propuesta de aprobación de la convocatoria de subvenciones a favor de las Federaciones Deportivas de las Islas Baleares para la adquisición de material inventariable destinado a la práctica de la actividad deportiva en Mallorca 2025-2026. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. La Intervención Delegada emitió informe de fiscalización previa el 18 de julio de 2025 (Ref. 2025/3780).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La Ley 6/1994, de 13 de diciembre, de atribución de competencias a los consejos insulares en materia de patrimonio histórico, de promoción sociocultural, de animación sociocultural, de depósito legal de libros y de deportes (BOCAIB núm. 159 de 29/12/1994), transfirió al Consejo de Mallorca, con transferencia al Consejo de Mallorca, Autónoma de las Islas Baleares en materia de deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, en su redacción dada por la Ley orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, de reforma del Estatuto de autonomía de las Illes Balears, atribuye como competencia propia de los consejos insulares la materia del deporte y, en concreto, el fomento y promoción de las actividades deportivas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El artículo 9 f) de la Ley 2/2023, de 7 de febrero, de la actividad física y del deporte de las Islas Baleares atribuye a los consejos insulares, entre otros, fomentar y ejecutar los programas de deporte en edad escolar y de actividad física para todas las personas; organizar, regular y patrocinar competiciones y manifestaciones deportivas y de actividad física en el ámbito de sus competencias insulares; y apoyar la ejecución de programas de seguimiento deportivo insulares impulsados por las delegaciones insulares de las federaciones deportivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;4. El Plan Insular de Deportes aprobado en sesión plenaria de día 14 de marzo de 2024 (BOIB Núm. 100 de 30-07-24), prevé dentro del Eje 2 Plan de apoyo al sistema deportivo de Mallorca, ayudas económicas a federaciones deportivas con el objetivo de fomentar las competiciones federadas, modernizar inversión de equipamientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El artículo 28.1 m) de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares dispone que el Consejo Ejecutivo es el órgano competente para aprobar las convocatorias de ayudas y subvenciones. Sin embargo, visto el Acuerdo de fecha 28 de mayo de 2025 (BOIB núm. 69 de 31-05-25), se ha delegado en los consejos ejecutivos y consejeras ejecutivas competentes por razón de la materia, la aprobación de las convocatorias de ayudas y subvenciones y aportaciones. En todo caso, requerirán autorización previa del Consejo Ejecutivo para la aprobación del gasto de las convocatorias de cuantía superior a quinientos mil euros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo, autorizó, en fecha 9 de julio de 2025, el vicepresidente segundo y consejero ejecutivo de Medio Ambiente, Medio Rural y Deportes para aprobar la convocatoria y el gasto que se deriva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El artículo 33.2 k) de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares atribuye a los consejeros ejecutivos como titulares de sus departamentos, resolver las convocatorias de ayudas y subvenciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. El Departamento de Medio Ambiente, Medio Rural y Deportes, de acuerdo con el Decreto de la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Mallorca por el que se establecen las competencias de los departamentos del Consejo Insular de Mallorca de fecha 28 de julio de 2023 (BOIB núm. 106 de 09-07-23), tiene atribuidas las competencias de orientación a las necesidades de desarrollo deportivas, entre otros. Por tanto, corresponde al vicepresidente segundo y consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Medio Ambiente, Medio Rural y Deportes la tramitación y resolución de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. La convocatoria se ajusta a la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Mallorca y específicamente, cumple el artículo 19 porque tiene el contenido mínimo que este precepto exige para las convocatorias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. En fecha 2 de julio de 2023 el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo de Mallorca autorizó el pago anticipado de hasta el 100% del importe de las concesiones efectuadas en las Federaciones deportivas de las Illes Balears. En el caso de esta convocatoria, el anticipo del importe de concesión es del 80% como financiación necesaria para llevar a cabo las actuaciones subvencionadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. El artículo 17.2 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de subvenciones establece que las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones de las corporaciones locales deben aprobarse en el marco de las bases de ejecución del presupuesto, a través de una ordenanza general de subvenciones o mediante una ordenanza específica para las diferentes modalidades de subvenciones. Las bases reguladoras de la presente convocatoria son las&amp;nbsp;establecidas en la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, aprobada por Acuerdo del Pleno de 23 de diciembre de 2016 (BOIB núm. 21, de 18.02.2017), modificada por Acuerdo del Pleno de 14 de junio de 2018 (BOIB núm. 04.08.2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Esta convocatoria se ha previsto en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones (PES) del Consejo de Mallorca para el año 2025, aprobado por Acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo de fecha 4 de diciembre de 2024 y modificado en fecha 2 de julio de 2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Esta convocatoria debe realizarse de acuerdo a principios de publicidad, transparencia, concurrencia no competitiva, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación, eficacia y eficiencia en la asignación y utilización de los recursos públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. La base 34.9 de las de ejecución del presupuesto del Consell de Mallorca para el ejercicio 2025 (gastos plurianuales y expedientes de tramitación anticipada de gasto) dispone, respecto a las subvenciones que la convocatoria y la concesión se pueden aprobar en un ejercicio presupuestario anterior a aquel en que deba tener lugar la ejecución del gasto, siempre que se cumpla alguna de las circunstancias siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Exista normalmente crédito adecuado y suficiente para la cobertura presupuestaria del gasto de que se trate en el presupuesto de la entidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Exista crédito adecuado y suficiente en el proyecto de presupuestos generales de la entidad que deba estar sometido a la aprobación del Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca correspondiente al ejercicio siguiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el expediente de gasto que se tramite con carácter previo a la convocatoria, el certificado de existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente debe ser sustituido por un certificado expedido por el director o directora insular que tenga atribuidas las funciones de Hacienda en las que se haga constar que concurre alguna de las circunstancias antes descritas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Se ha tenido en cuenta el Acuerdo del Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca, de fecha 12 de diciembre de 2019, modificado por Acuerdo de Pleno de fecha 13 de enero de 2022, de aprobación del régimen de fiscalización e intervención limitada previa de requisitos básicos y toma de razón en ingresos del Consejo Insular de Mallorca y de las entidades de su sector. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo lo expuesto, el vicepresidente segundo y consejero ejecutivo de Medio Ambiente, Medio Rural y Deportes, por delegación del Consejo Ejecutivo de fecha 28 de mayo de 2025 (BOIB núm. 69 de 31-05-25) dicta la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria de subvenciones a favor de las Federaciones Deportivas de las Islas Baleares para la adquisición de material inventariable destinado a la práctica de la actividad deportiva en Mallorca 2025-2026 y sus anexos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Autorizar el gasto por un importe de ochocientos quince mil euros (815.000,00 €) con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 50.34101.78901, distribuidos del siguiente modo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;652.000,00 € con cargo al ejercicio 2025 – RC 220250016388&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;163.000,00 € con cargo al ejercicio 2026 – RC 220259000431&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La aprobación del gasto de 2026 queda condicionada a la existencia de crédito adecuado en el presupuesto de dicho año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Publicar esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y trasladar la información a la base de datos nacional de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Convocatoria de subvenciones a favor de las Federaciones Deportivas de las Islas Baleares para&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la adquisición de material inventariable destinado a la práctica de la actividad deportiva en Mallorca 2025-2026. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Normativa aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Esta convocatoria se aprueba de acuerdo con la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca, aprobada en sesión plenaria de día 23 de diciembre de 2016 (BOIB nº. 21 de 18-02-2017), modificada por acuerdo plenario de día 14 de junio de 2018 (BOIB nº. 96 de 04-08-2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; También le resulta de aplicación la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley general de subvenciones y el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Además, la Ley 2/2023, de 7 de febrero, de la actividad física y el deporte de las Islas Baleares (LAFEIB) destaca como finalidad de las administraciones públicas, en el marco de sus competencias, el fomento de la actividad física y el deporte y de tutela del ejercicio, con la finalidad de conseguir la máxima calidad y excelencia, y la fidelización de las personas deportistas, practicantes y usuarias, así como la iniciación en la actividad para&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; las personas sedentarias mediante la práctica compatible con la salud y la seguridad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entre las competencias que la LAFEIB atribuye a los consejos insulares, se incluyen en el artículo 9:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Planificar, en colaboración con el resto de administraciones públicas, fomentar y ejecutar los programas de deporte en edad escolar y de actividad física para todas las personas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;n) Organizar, regular y patrocinar competiciones y manifestaciones deportivas de actividad física en el ámbito de las competencias insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;r) Dar apoyo a la ejecución de programas de seguimiento deportivo insulares impulsados por las delegaciones insulares de las federaciones deportivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Objeto y finalidad de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El objetivo de esta convocatoria es dar apoyo a las federaciones deportivas de las Islas Baleares mediante el fortalecimiento de la estructura y de la capacidad operativa de las Federaciones a través de la adquisición de material deportivo de carácter inventariable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las finalidades son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mejorar las condiciones materiales de las federaciones deportivas para el desarrollo de sus actividades en edad escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fomentar la práctica deportiva segura y de calidad, mediante equipamientos adecuados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Potenciar el apoyo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[apoyo|soporte]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; al tejido deportivo federado, contribuyendo a su sostenibilidad y modernización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reforzar la capacidad organizativa y técnica de las federaciones, facilitándoles recursos materiales básicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Garantizar la igualdad de acceso a los recursos para todas las federaciones, especialmente las de menor dimensión.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarios de estas subvenciones las federaciones deportivas de las Islas Baleares que tengan niños federados en edad escolar (de 6 a 16 años) o hasta 21 años en los casos de jóvenes con diversidad funcional y que cumplan los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Tener capacidad jurídica, de actuar y estar legalmente constituidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En este sentido, tienen que estar inscritas en el Registro de Entidades Deportivas de las Islas Baleares en el periodo subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Cumplir los requisitos previstos en el artículo 8 de la Ordenanza de Subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con la AEAT, la Seguridad Social y con el Consejo de Mallorca y sus organismos autónomos dependientes. La presentación de la solicitud de subvención, comporta la autorización del solicitante para que el órgano &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgan|orgue]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;que concede la subvención obtenga de oficio la acreditación de las circunstancias de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias, con la Seguridad Social y el Consejo de Mallorca a través de certificados telemáticos. En este caso el solicitante no tiene que aportar la certificación correspondiente. Si el solicitante deniega expresamente el consentimiento para que el órgano &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgan|orgue]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;instructor solicite los certificados mencionados, los tiene que aportar junto con la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; No ser deudora por resolución de procedencia de reintegro a que hace referencia el artículo 48.4 del OGS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; No haber sido sancionadas o no condenadas por ejercer o tolerar prácticas laborales consideradas discriminatorias por razón de sexo o de género mediante resolución administrativa o sentencia judicial firme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; No tener patrocinio de casas de apuestas o entidades vinculadas a la venta especializada de bebidas alcohólicas de graduación superior a veinte grados, tabaco o similares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Que desarrollen su actuación en el ámbito territorial de la isla de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Cumplir el resto de requisitos previstos en esta convocatoria y la normativa de subvenciones aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Gastos subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Son subvencionables los gastos de inversión que se hayan llevado a cabo entre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;el 1 de junio de 2025 y el 30 de junio de 2026&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Los gastos subvencionables, que tienen que ser asumidos por la federación beneficiaria (facturas a nombre de la entidad beneficiaria y abonadas per&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la misma), y son, a título de ejemplo, las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Material deportivo inventariable:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Equipamiento deportivo: Incluye todo el material necesario para la práctica deportiva como porterías fijas y móviles, canastas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[canastas|cestas]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; fijas y móviles, mostradores, bicicletas, motocicletas, velas, piraguas, tacos de salida, postes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[postas|apostaderos]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de voleibol, palos de rugby, tatamis, barras de equilibrio, arcos de competición, cascos de embarcaciones, equipos de buceo, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Material de seguridad homologado: Equipamiento necesario para garantizar la seguridad de los deportistas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Remolques específicos para embarcaciones, bicicletas u otros equipamientos deportivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quedan &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;excluidos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de esta convocatoria los gastos de transporte y montaje del material deportivo subvencionado en el momento de su adquisición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2.2 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Material tecnológico inventariable:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dispositivos electrónicos específicos para&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la actividad deportiva, sistemas de cronometraje, petos electrónicos cámaras de vídeo para&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el análisis de rendimiento, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Software deportivo especializado, así como otras soluciones informáticas que contribuyan a mejorar la gestión y la capacidad operativa de las Federaciones deportivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sistemas de comunicación: Equipamientos para&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la comunicación interna y externa de las federaciones durante la práctica de la actividad deportiva como walkie-talkies, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quedan &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;excluidos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de esta convocatoria los gastos de adquisición de ordenadores de escritorio o portátiles, televisiones, tabletas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[tabletas|mesillas]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, teléfonos móviles y otros dispositivos electrónicos genéricos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Se considera material inventariable, a los efectos de esta convocatoria, aquel que de manera unitaria tenga un coste igual o superior a 600,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Afectación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Los equipamientos subvencionados quedan afectados durante el plazo mínimo de 2 años, contadores desde su adquisición, a la finalidad prevista para la cual se conceda la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2 Junto con la solicitud, el presidente o presidenta de la Federación tendrá que presentar una declaración responsable sobre esta afección&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[afección|afición]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El incumplimiento de la obligación de destino durante el tiempo indicado, dará lugar al reintegro del importe de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Crédito presupuestario&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El crédito asignado a esta convocatoria es de un total de ochocientos quince mil euros (815.000,00 €) distribuidos de la manera siguiente: seiscientos cincuenta y dos mil euros (652.000,00 €) con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaría 50.34101.78901 del ejercicio presupuestario 2025, y ciento sesenta y tres mil euros (163.000,00€) con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaría 50.34101.78901 del ejercicio presupuestario del año 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El gasto correspondiente al ejercicio 2026 queda condicionado a la existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente por el ejercicio 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Naturaleza de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Estas subvenciones son de carácter voluntario, eventuales, anulables, revocables y reintegrables a todas horas por las causas previstas en la Ley o en estas bases. Además, no generan ningún derecho a obtener otras subvenciones en años posteriores y no se pueden alegar como precedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La concesión de las subvenciones de esta convocatoria se rige por los principios de publicidad, concurrencia no competitiva, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación, y se tienen que resolver según estos criterios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Asimismo, son compatibles con otras ayudas o subvenciones que pueda recibir el beneficiario por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la misma actividad subvencionada, siempre que el cómputo total de las ayudas o subvenciones recibidas no supere el coste total de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Régimen de concesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El procedimiento de concesión es mediante concurrencia no competitiva y por riguroso orden de entrada, de manera que serán subvencionables todas las solicitudes que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en la convocatoria, y, por lo tanto, no es necesaria la comparación entre las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Se seguirá el orden de entrada de las solicitudes en el registro electrónico del Consejo de Mallorca, siempre que el expediente sea correcto y se aporten los documentos preceptivos, hasta agotar el total del crédito asignado a la convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En este sentido, si se hace un requerimiento a la entidad solicitante, el orden de entrada que figurará en el registro será el del momento en que se presenta la documentación correcta y completa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Si se agota el crédito destinado a la convocatoria antes de acabar el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, se tiene que suspender la concesión de nuevas ayudas, mediante resolución que se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Importe de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se subvencionará el 80% del coste total del proyecto presentado con un máximo de 30.000 € por Federación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La cuantía de la subvención no puede ser superior, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras ayudas o subvenciones al coste del proyecto subvencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Plazo y lugar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[lugar|sitio]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El plazo para presentar la solicitud, toda la documentación y los anexos que lo acompañan establecidos en el punto 11 de estas bases, es de 20 días hábiles, a partir del día siguiente en el de la publicación de esta convocatoria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Si el último día es inhábil, se entiende prorrogado hasta el primer día hábil siguiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El lugar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[lugar|sitio]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; para presentar la solicitud es la sede electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(https://seu.conselldemallorca.net)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La solicitud, así como los requerimientos y la aportación de documentación se tiene que hacer por medios electrónicos. Por lo tanto, sólo serán válidas las aportaciones de documentación que se hagan a través de la sede electrónica, por lo tanto, es necesario el certificado digital de la entidad solicitante (certificado de representante de persona jurídica).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada Federación sólo puede presentar una solicitud para&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el proyecto objeto de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Si la solicitud no cumple los requisitos establecidos en esta convocatoria, el órgano &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgan|orgue]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;instructor tiene que requerir a la entidad interesada, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;una única vez y de manera telemática&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, para que aporte la documentación o enmiende la falta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[repari|solucioni]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; en el plazo máximo e improrrogable de 10 días hábiles, con la indicación que, si no lo hace, se considerará que ha desistido de la solicitud, con la resolución previa que tiene que ser dictada en los términos que prevé el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(SÓLO SE HARÁ UN ÚNICO REQUERIMIENTO POR SOLICITUD)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Formalización de solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes para obtener la subvención se tienen que presentar mediante las instancias y los anexos que facilita el Consejo de Mallorca y que se pueden encontrar en la sede electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; https://seu.conselldemallorca.net. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con la solicitud se tiene que adjuntar la documentación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Anexo 1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modelo de solicitud y declaraciones responsables. Único para todos los proyectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Descripción de las adquisiciones y presupuesto de ingresos y gastos. Se presentará un anexo 2 por cada proyecto de actuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se aceptarán solicitudes de subvención que no se ajusten a los modelos aprobados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Justificación de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El plazo para presentar la documentación justificativa empieza el día 15 de enero de 2026 finaliza el día 15 de julio de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La justificación se hará mediante la presentación de una cuenta justificativa única de todos los proyectos con aportación de justificantes, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 39 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca. La cuenta justificativa se tiene que presentar de acuerdo con los modelos adjuntos e incluye:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.2.1 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con la solicitud se tiene que adjuntar la documentación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Anexo 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Una memoria explicativa de la inversión realizada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; memoria explicativa del cumplimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cumplimiento|cumplido]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la inversión y de las actuaciones/compras/adquisiciones realizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se tiene que justificar el importe total del proyecto solicitado. No se entenderá del todo justificada la aplicación de los fondos percibidos hasta que no se acredite, como mínimo, el importe del proyecto de actuación que ha servido de base a la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no se justifica debidamente el total de la actividad o inversión subvencionada, siempre que se haya alcanzado el objetivo o finalidad establecidos, se tiene que reducir el importe de la subvención concedida aplicando el porcentaje de financiación sobre la cuantía correspondiente a los justificantes presentados o aceptados del presupuesto, si procede&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, ajustados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo, si se han realizado otras actuaciones/compras/adquisiciones no previstas en el proyecto de solicitud, siempre que sean susceptibles de ser subvencionadas en esta convocatoria, se tiene que exponer el proyecto realizado efectivamente y su necesidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La memoria tiene que justificar las inversiones realizadas con descripción esmerada de la inversión o equipamiento adquirido (detallando el destino de la inversión, los objetivos conseguidos...) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Anexo 4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una memoria económica&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;que da cuenta de los gastos de ejecución del proyecto de inversión realizado, que incluye:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Una relación clasificada de los gastos de la actuación firmada por el representante de la persona beneficiaria con identificación del acreedor y del documento, el importe, la fecha de emisión y la fecha de pago (pago efectuado en los términos que se señalan en el art. 48.2 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Facturas giradas por terceros a la persona beneficiaria de la subvención o los documentos de valor probatorio equivalentes en el tránsito&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[trànsit|tràfic]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa incorporados en la relación a que se hace referencia en el párrafo anterior, y la documentación acreditativa del pago. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La documentación acreditativa de la realización de los pagos se hará de acuerdo con el punto 14 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Declaración responsable del representante de la persona beneficiaria de la subvención mediante la cual acredita que los gastos relacionados en la memoria económica (tiene que constar una relación con todas las facturas y/o documentos justificativos a que se refiere) corresponden, sin duda, a la actividad subvencionada y se incluyen gastos financieros, de asesoría jurídica o financiera, notariales, registrales, periciales, de administración específicos, o excepcionalmente de garantía bancaria; que están directamente relacionadas con la actividad subvencionada, y que son indispensables para la preparación adecuada o la ejecución de esta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Relación detallada, firmada por el representante de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la persona beneficiaria, de los fondos propios y de otros ingresos o subvenciones que han financiado la actividad subvencionada, con indicación del importe y la procedencia. Si no hay, se tiene que acreditar mediante una declaración responsable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Si procede&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, los tres presupuestos que, de acuerdo con el arte. 44.5 de esta Ordenanza, tiene que haber solicitado a la persona beneficiaria. (Cuando&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Cuando|Cuándo]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el gasto sea igual o superior a 15.000 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En este caso, la persona beneficiaria tiene que solicitar, como mínimo, tres ofertas de proveedores diferentes, con carácter previo a la contracción del compromiso para entregar el bien, a menos que, por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; las características especiales de las dependidas subvencionables, no haya en el mercado un número suficiente de entidades que lo suministren y lo presten, o a menos que el gasto se haya efectuado antes de solicitar la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La elección entre las ofertas presentadas, que se tienen que aportar en la justificación o si procede&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, en la solicitud de subvención, se tiene que hacer de acuerdo con los criterios de eficiencia y economía y se tiene que justificar expresamente en una memoria cuando no recaiga en la elección económica más ventajosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Declaración responsable de la persona beneficiaria o documentación acreditativa que el coste de adquisición justificado no supera el valor de mercado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Si procede&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, declaración responsable del representante de la persona beneficiaria o documentación acreditativa que la persona beneficiaria no recupera ni compensa el IVA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Si procede&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, contrato suscrito por escrito y acuerdo de autorización de la subcontratación, si la actividad subvencionada se ha subcontratado y la subcontratación excede el 20% del importe de la subvención y es superior a 60.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Si procede&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, declaración responsable del representante de la persona beneficiaria que las personas que ha subcontratado no se encuentran sometidas a ninguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en las letras a), b) y c) del art. 34 de esta Ordenanza, cuando&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cuando|cuándo]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; se ha autorizado previamente la subcontratación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) Fotografías del material adquirido con la inserción del logotipo institucional del Consejo de Mallorca, a los efectos de dar cumplimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cumplimiento|cumplido]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; a la obligación de difusión de la publicidad del Consejo de Mallorca en la financiación de las actuaciones subvencionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Toda la documentación que se presente, tiene que tener el formato PDF. No se admitirán capturas de pantalla, ni archivos comprimidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Pago&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El pago de la subvención se anticipará al 80% del importe de concesión como financiación necesaria por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la ejecución de las actuaciones subvencionadas y se abonará en el ejercicio 2025, una vez dictada la Resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El 20% del importe restante se abonará una vez se haya justificado la totalidad de la subvención y queda condicionada a la existencia de crédito real y efectivo dentro del ejercicio 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Si no se justifica debidamente el total de la actividad o inversión subvencionada, siempre que se haya alcanzado el objetivo o finalidad establecidos, se tiene que reducir el importe de la subvención concedida aplicando el porcentaje de financiación sobre la cuantía correspondiente a los justificantes presentados o aceptados del presupuesto, si procede&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, ajustados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de que el importe de la justificación total de las actuaciones subvencionadas y abonadas sea inferior al importe anticipado, la entidad beneficiaria tendrá que hacer un reintegro al Consejo de Mallorca por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la diferencia, más los intereses de demora desde el momento del pago del adelanto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[adelanto|anticipo]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Para dar de alta o realizar modificaciones en una cuenta corriente registrada, para que el Consejo Insular de Mallorca o los entes que dependan hagan los pagos que correspondan, tienen que seguir los trámites establecidos en la sede electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca https://seu.conselldemallorca.net/fitxa?key=72772&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Documentación acreditativa del pago de los gastos justificados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La documentación acreditativa de los pagos presentados para justificar la subvención, en función de la forma en que se ha realizado el pago, tiene que ser la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.1.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pago mediante transferencia bancaria o ingresos en una cuenta bancaria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Copia del justificante del orden de transferencia bancaria o del documento bancario acreditativo del pago en el cual figuren el concepto de la transferencia o el ingreso, la fecha del documento, el importe, la identificación del concepto, a fin de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[final|finalitat]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que quede identificado el pago de la factura, y los datos del ordenante y del destinatario, que tienen que coincidir con la persona beneficiaria y con la emisora de la factura, respectivamente, y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Extracte de la cuenta bancaria de la persona beneficiaria de la ayuda en la cual figure el cargo de esta transferencia, cuando no queden acreditados los requisitos señalados en el párrafo anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.1.2 Pago mediante cheque nominativo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Copia del cheque nominativo o pagaré nominativo emitido a nombre del proveedor que expide la factura o documento equivalente, siempre que esté vencido y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Extracte de la cuenta corriente del beneficiario de la ayuda en el cual figure el cargo de este cheque o pagaré, o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificado de la entidad bancaria en que conste el número de cheque, el importe y la identificación de quien lo cobra y la fecha de cobro (no es necesario presentar el extracto de la cuenta corriente si el certificado de la entidad bancaria incluye también la identificación del número&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[número|nombre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de cuenta en qué se ha cargado el cheque y el titular de la cuenta, que tiene que coincidir con la persona beneficiaria de la ayuda).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.1.3 Pago mediante pagarés, letras de cambio o similares:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documento acreditativo del cargo en cuenta del efecto mercantil y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Extracte de la cuenta en que figure el cargo del efecto mercantil. Esta documentación se puede sustituir por un certificado o documento similar emitido por la entidad bancaria que contenga: el titular y el número&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[número|nombre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de cuenta en la que se ha cargado el efecto mercantil, el librador y el librado de la letra de cambio, la persona beneficiaria, el concepto por el cual se da la impresión mercantil, el importe de la letra de cambio y la fecha de emisión de la letra y del abono&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[abonament|adob]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; por parte del librado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.1.4 Pago mediante tarjeta de crédito: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tiquet&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Ticket|Tique]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de compra en el que figure el pago con tarjeta en caso de que no se indique en la factura y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Extracte de la cuenta en el que figure el cargo del pago con tarjeta. El extracto de la cuenta puede sustituirse por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; un certificado o título similar de la entidad bancaria, en qué, como mínimo, conste el titular y el número&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[número|nombre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la cuenta corriente en que se carga el pago de la tarjeta, la persona beneficiaria, el concepto por el cual se hace la transferencia y el importe y fecha de la operación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.1.5 Pago mediante domiciliación bancaria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Notificación bancaria del cargo y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Extracto bancario en el que figure el cargo de la domiciliación. Esta documentación se puede sustituir por un certificado o título similar de la entidad bancaria, en el que conste el titular y número&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[número|nombre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la cuenta corriente en la que se ha hecho el cargo y el&amp;nbsp;ordenante del cargo, la persona beneficiaria, el concepto por el cual se hace el cargo y el importe y fecha de la operación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.1.6 Pago en efectivo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Recibo, firmado y sellado por el proveedor, en el cual se tiene que especificar el gasto a que corresponde el pago, la fecha y la expresión «recibido en metálico». Bajo la firma tiene que figurar el nombre, los apellidos y el número de DNI de la persona que firma. Sólo se pueden justificar en efectivo los pagos de facturas por un importe no superior a 250 €, incluyendo el IVA, con un máximo de 1.000 € por subvención concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Todas las operaciones de pago tienen que estar realizadas a nombre y por cuenta de la entidad beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Reintegro de la subvención &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En caso de que el importe de la justificación total de las actuaciones subvencionadas y abonadas sea inferior al importe anticipado, la entidad beneficiaria tendrá que hacer un reintegro al Consejo de Mallorca por el importe no justificado, más los intereses de demora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La declaración judicial o administrativa de nulidad o anulación comporta la obligación de devolver las cantidades percibidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; También corresponde&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pegan|ocurren]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el reintegro de las cantidades percibidas y la exigencia del interés de demora correspondiente desde el momento del pago de la subvención hasta la fecha en que se acuerda la procedencia del reintegro, en los supuestos determinados en el artículo 56 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Si, después de haber cobrado la subvención, una comprobación o un control financiero por parte de los servicios de la Administración pone de manifiesto la falta de pago, total o parcial, de los gastos justificados por parte del beneficiario, se tiene que exigir el reintegro, respecto del cual se tiene que aplicar el principio de proporcionalidad. A este efecto, se considera reintegrable la subvención en proporción con los gastos impagados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El incumplimiento de la obligación de destino a la finalidad concreta para&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la cual se otorgó la subvención durante el plazo de 2 años será causa de reintegro de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El órgano&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgan|orgue]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que concede la subvención es competente para exigir de la entidad beneficiaria el reintegro de subvenciones mediante la resolución del procedimiento regulado en el artículo 57 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Órganos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Òrgans|Orgues]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; competente para instruir y resolver el procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El órgano &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgan|orgue]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;competente para aprobar la convocatoria es vicepresidente segundo y consejero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejero|conseller]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; ejecutivo de Medio Ambiente, Medio Rural y Deportes por delegación del Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo de Mallorca de fecha 28 de mayo de 2025 (BOIB nº. 69 de 31-05-25). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El órgano competente para resolver la convocatoria es el vicepresidente segundo y consejero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejero|conseller]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; ejecutivo de Medio Ambiente, Medio Rural y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La instrucción corresponde a la Secretaría Técnica de Medio Ambiente, Medio Rural y Deportes, que tiene que llevar a cabo todas las actuaciones o los actos de trámite necesarios y velar por el cumplimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cumplimiento|cumplido]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de los requisitos de la convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los requerimientos de documentación o de enmienda de la subvención presentada se efectuarán por el Servicio Jurídico de la Dirección Insular de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgan|orgue]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; instructor formulará la propuesta de concesión definitiva donde detallará el beneficiario y el importe de la subvención concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La concesión de estas ayudas se tiene que someter a la fiscalización previa de la Intervención del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. Supuestos de denegación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se denegarán las solicitudes en los supuestos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Cuando&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Cuando|Cuándo]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el importe de la subvención o ayuda concedida sea de cuantía que, aislada o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones y ayudas económicas de otras administraciones públicas o entidades privadas, supere el coste de la actuación o proyecto desarrollados por la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Cuándo el objeto por el cual se pide la subvención no se adecua a la finalidad de la convocatoria o no cumpla los requisitos previstos para ser entidad beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Cuando no se haya enmendado la documentación requerida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18. Obligaciones de las entidades beneficiarias &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las entidades beneficiarias tienen que cumplir las obligaciones establecidas en las disposiciones normativas que le son de aplicación y, en concreto, con el artículo 9 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Son obligaciones de las entidades beneficiarias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Cumplir el objetivo, ejecutar el proyecto, ejercer la actividad o adoptar el comportamiento que fundamenta la concesión de las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Justificar, delante del órgano&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgan|orgue]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que concede la subvención el cumplimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cumplimiento|cumplido]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cumplimiento|cumplido]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e los requisitos y las condiciones, y también la realización de la actividad y el cumplimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cumplimiento|cumplido]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la finalidad que determinan la concesión o el disfrute de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación, que tiene que efectuar el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgan|orgue]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; órgano que concede la subvención y cualquier otra de comprobación y control financiero que pueden llevar a cabo los órganos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgans|orgues]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de control competentes, tanto nacionales como comunitarios, y aportar toda la información que lo requieran al ejercicio de las actuaciones anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Comunicar al órgano &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgan|orgue]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que concede la subvención la obtención de otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos que financian las actividades subvencionadas. Esta comunicación se tiene que efectuar tan pronto como se conozca y, en todo caso, antes de la justificación de la aplicación dada en los fondos percibidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Acreditar, antes de dictarse la propuesta de resolución de concesión, que está al&amp;nbsp;corriente del cumplimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cumplimiento|cumplido]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de las obligaciones tributarias con el Estado y con el Consejo Insular de Mallorca y los organismos autónomos que dependen, y de las obligaciones con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Disponer de los libros contables, los registros tramitados y otros documentos debidamente auditados en los términos que se exige en la legislación mercantil y sectorial aplicable a la persona beneficiaria en cada caso, así como todos los estados contables y los registros específicos exigidos en la convocatoria de las subvenciones, con la finalidad de garantizar el ejercicio adecuado de las facultades de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos recibidos, incluyendo los documentos electrónicos, mientras puedan ser objeto de las actuaciones de comprobación y control, durante un plazo de 4 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h. Adoptar las medidas de difusión establecidas en el artículo 15 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i. Dar publicidad de las subvenciones y ayudas percibidas en los términos y condiciones establecidos en la ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre de transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno. En caso de que se haga uso de la previsión contenida en el artículo 5.4 de la mencionada ley, la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones, servirá de medi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[medi|mitjà]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o electrónico para el cumplimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cumplimiento|cumplido]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de las obligaciones de publicidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j. Colaborar con la Dirección Insular de Deportes en el desarrollo de su Plan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Plan|Plano]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de Comunicación en relación a esta subvención. Asistir y firmar en el acta de comprobación material de la inversión. Se tendrá que comunicar a la Dirección Insular de Deportes el día de la recepción del material adquirido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k. Reintegrar los fondos percibidos en los casos que prevé el artículo 56 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l. La obligación de destino del material adquirido durante el plazo mínimo de 2 años, contadores desde su adquisición, a la finalidad prevista para la cual se conceda la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;m. Todo el material adquirido con cargo a esta convocatoria se tienen que utilizar para&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el deporte en edad escolar, tanto en entrenamientos como en competiciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19. Notificación de la concesión y plazo para resolver &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La concesión de la subvención se notificará mediante publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, de conformidad con el artículo 45.1.b) de la Ley 39/2015. de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas y a través de la sede electrónica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Todos los requerimientos y comunicaciones se realizarán telemáticamente en la dirección electrónica que figure en la sede electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El plazo máximo para resolver el procedimiento y notificarlo es de cinco meses desde la fecha de presentación de la solicitud por parte de la entidad interesada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El vencimiento del plazo máximo sin haberse notificado la resolución legitima las entidades interesadas para entender desestimada por silencio administrativo la solicitud de concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20. Comunicación de datos en la base de datos nacional de subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consejo de Mallorca, en cumplimiento de lo previsto en el artículo 19.2 de la Ordenanza de Subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca, remitirá a la base de datos nacional de subvenciones información sobre esta convocatoria y de las resoluciones de concesión que se deriven y se publicará en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21. Régimen de recursos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra el Acuerdo que aprueba esta convocatoria, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer el recurso de alzada en el plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de este acuerdo. El recurso se puede interponer formalmente ante el Consejo Ejecutivo o ante la Comisión de Gobierno que es el órgano&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgan|orgue]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; competente para resolverlo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[resoldre|decidir]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la Resolución de concesión de esta convocatoria, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer el recurso de alzada en el plazo de un mes, contador a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de esta resolución. El recurso se puede interponer formalmente ante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[ante|delante de]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el consejero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejero|conseller]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; ejecutivo o consejera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejera|consellera]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; ejecutiva que tenga atribuidas las competencias de Deportes o ante el Consejo Ejecutivo, que es el órgano competente para resolverlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada, podéis interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación del mencionado recurso de alzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si han transcurrido tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no se ha recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio administrativo y se puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, sin limitación de tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A pesar de todo el anterior, se puede interponer cualquier otro recurso que se considere oportuno. Todo esto de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, que regula la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22. Publicidad de las actuaciones subvencionadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las entidades beneficiarias de estas subvenciones tienen que hacer constar la publicidad del Consejo de Mallorca en la financiación de las actuaciones subvencionadas. En este sentido, todo el equipamiento y material adquirido con cargo a esta convocatoria tendrá que incorporar de manera visible la imagen institucional del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Esta imagen tendrá que seguir las directrices siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Incluir el logotipo oficial del Consejo de Mallorca en un lugar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[lugar|sitio]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; visible del material.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de material tecnológico o deportivo, el logotipo tendrá que estar integrado, de&amp;nbsp;forma permanente, en el material.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se permite la sustitución del logotipo oficial del Consejo de Mallorca por otros símbolos o marcas. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;22.3&lt;/strong&gt; El cumplimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cumplimiento|cumplido]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la publicidad de las actuaciones subvencionadas será objeto de comprobación en la justificación de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
