es text/html CAIB 517662 ![CDATA[<p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">La base décima de la Resolución del director general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados de 10 de marzo de 2025, por la que se convocan pruebas selectivas de acceso al cuerpo de inspectores de educación en las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 32, de 13 de marzo), establece que los aspirantes que han superado el procedimiento selectivo y que cumplen los requisitos y las condiciones requeridas deben nombrarse funcionarios en prácticas y deben realizar las prácticas en los destinos provisionales que les adjudicará la Dirección General de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Por todo ello, una vez comprobado que los aspirantes seleccionados cumplen los requisitos y condiciones requeridas para el acceso al cuerpo de inspectores de educación, dicto la siguiente</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"><strong>Resolución</strong></p> <p><strong>Primera</strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">. - Nombrar funcionarios en prácticas a los aspirantes seleccionados que figuran en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución, y adjudicarles un destino provisional para realizar las prácticas.</span></p> <p><strong>Segunda</strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">. - La fase de prácticas se desarrollará durante el período comprendido entre el 1 de septiembre de 2025 y el 30 de junio de 2026. La duración de la fase de prácticas será de cinco meses.</span></p> <p><strong>Tercera</strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">. - Declarar exentos de la evaluación de la fase de prácticas a los aspirantes seleccionados que figuran en el anexo 2 de esta Resolución de acuerdo con el punto 10.5 de la Resolución de 10 de marzo de 2025.</span></p> <p><strong>Cuarta</strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">. - Notificar que el nombramiento como funcionarios en prácticas tendrá efectos económicos y administrativos desde el 1 de septiembre de 2025.</span></p> <p><strong>Quinta</strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">. - Informar que, de acuerdo con el punto 10.2 de la Resolución de 10 de marzo de 2025 mencionada, los aspirantes que han participado y han superado el procedimiento selectivo para ingresar en el mismo cuerpo en convocatorias correspondientes a diferentes administraciones educativas, deben optar por una de ellas, de modo que deben renunciar a todos los derechos que les pueda corresponder por haber participado en el resto de convocatorias. En caso de no renunciar a la misma, la aceptación del primer nombramiento se entiende como renuncia tácita a las demás convocatorias.</span></p> <p><strong>Sexta</strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">. - Publicar esta Resolución y sus anexos en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.</span></p> <p><strong>Interposición de recursos</strong></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, las personas interesadas pueden interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la directora general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y los artículos 25.5 y 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px;
