    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La gerente del Patronat Municipal d'Escoles d'Infants por decreto 68 de fecha 18 de julio de 2025 ha resuelto lo siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria del proceso de provisión para cubrir la dirección de la Escuela Infantil del Molinar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Aprobar las bases específicas que regirán esta convocatoria, que se adjuntan a esta resolución como anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;Aprobar el modelo de solicitud que figura como anexo 2 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Aprobar el modelo de declaración responsable de no haber sido separado de la administración pública que consta al anexo 3 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Autorizar el gasto, de acuerdo con los artículos 172 y 176 de TRLRHL, con cargo a las aplicaciones presupuestarias siguientes, del vigente presupuesto de gastos del Patronato Municipal de Escuelas Infantiles de Palma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nivel:&lt;/strong&gt; 6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En aplicación del Convenio Colectivo del Personal del PMEI se procede a la provisión del puesto de la dirección por el procedimiento de concurso de méritos y entrevista por competencias entre el personal perteneciente al perfil profesional de maestro/en educación infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;REQUISITOS DE LAS PERSONAS ASPIRANTES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para poder tomar parte a esta convocatoria las personas interesadas tendrán que reunir los siguientes requisitos en la fecha de expiración del plazo de admisión de instancias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ser personal laboral fijo del Grupo A2 Docente, Nivel 6 o Grupo C1, Nivel 7 de la plantilla de personal laboral del Patronato Municipal de Escuelas de Niños.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tener la titulación de diplomatura o grado en educación infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acreditar el conocimiento de la lengua catalana de nivel C1 intermediando un certificado oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar en posesión del certificado de capacitación en lengua catalana para la enseñanza al primer ciclo de la educación infantil (CCIP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FORMA Y PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE INSTANCIAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes se tienen que presentar al Registro del PMEI o en cualquier de las formas previstas al arte. 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes será de &lt;strong&gt;3 días hábiles,&lt;/strong&gt; contados a partir del día siguiente de la aprobación de las bases de la convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Agotado el plazo de presentación de instancias, la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos, se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de este Patronato y de las escuelas de Santa Catalina, Son Roca y el Molinar con indicación de las causas de exclusión, así como el plazo de enmienda de defectos y presentación de reclamaciones que se concede a los aspirantes excluidos, que será de &lt;strong&gt;3 días hábiles&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Transcurrido este plazo se aprobará la lista definitiva de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos, que se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de este Patronato y de las escuelas de Santa Catalina, Son Roca y el Molinar y se anunciará el día previsto para la fase de entrevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez acabada el proceso de valoración de méritos y se haya realizado y valorado la entrevista, se expondrá la lista de los candidatos con la puntuación al tablero del PMEI y de las escuelas de Santa Catalina, Son Roca y el Molinar. Todas las persones aspirantes dispondrán de un plazo de tres días hábiles, desde la publicación, para efectuar las reclamaciones oportunas o solicitar la revisión de sus méritos ante el tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tribunal contará con un plazo máximo de 7 días para resolver las reclamaciones y, a continuación, hará pública la lista definitiva y la propuesta de la persona seleccionada para ocupar la dirección de la escuela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VALORACIÓN DE LOS MÉRITOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La puntuación máxima que se puede obtener en esta fase es de 75 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los méritos vendrán referidos a la fecha de plazo de presentación de instancias, se tendrán que acreditar mediante la presentación de originales o fotocopias cotejadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Únicamente se valorarán aquellos que estén adecuadamente y claramente acreditados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los documentos acreditativos del méritos presentados se incorporarán a los expedientes personales una vez se haya resuelto el procedimiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por servicios prestados y reconocidos a este Patronato, en el Subgrupo A2, nivel 6: 0,17777 puntos por mes trabajado. No se tendrán en cuenta las fracciones inferiores en el mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La entrevista la realizará el tribunal evaluador y valorará las competencias de la persona candidata en liderazgo, comunicación, flexibilidad, organización, resolución de conflictos, toma de decisiones y trabajo en equipo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;IMPUGNACIÓN Y MODIFICACIÓN DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la convocatoria y las presentes bases, que agotan la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. En caso de no interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición se podrá interponer directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo, según el artículo antes mencionado y 45 y siguientes de la Ley 26/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación al BOIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La convocatoria o las bases, una vez publicadas, solo podrán ser modificadas con sujeción estricta a las normas de la mencionada Ley 39/2015, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Criterios de conservación de los datos personales&lt;/strong&gt;: los plazos de conservación de los datos serán los necesarios para cumplir la finalidad del procedimiento y los que prevé la legislación de archivos para las administraciones públicas, de acuerdo con el artículo 26 de la Ley Orgánica 3/2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Existencia de decisiones automatizadas:&lt;/strong&gt; No se producirán decisiones automatizadas, incluida la elaboración de perfiles, con los datos personales de los aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Transferencias de datos en terceros países:&lt;/strong&gt; Los datos no se transferirán en terceros países.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ejercicio de derechos y reclamaciones: las personas afectadas por el tratamiento de datos personales tienen derecho a solicitar al Patronato Municipal de la&amp;nbsp; Vivienda y de Rehabilitación Integral de Barrios la confirmación que sus datos son objeto de tratamiento, el acceso a sus datos personales, la información, su rectificación o supresión, la limitación o la oposición al tratamiento y la no inclusión en tratamientos automatizados (e incluso, de retirar el consentimiento, si se tercia, en los términos que establece el RGPD). También tienen derecho a la portabilidad de los datos en los términos que el ejercicio de este derecho pueda afectar al proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El ejercicio de estos derechos se puede solicitar ante el responsable del tratamiento mencionado anteriormente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
