&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El 25 de junio de 2025 por Acuerdo del Consejo ejecutivo del Consell de Mallorca se aprobó el Proyecto de Buenas Prácticas en los Servicios Sociales Comunitarios Básicos y sus anexos y la creación de la Comisión Técnica de Valoración y la aprobación de sus normas de funcionamiento. CSV: K7AAEHV72HNUXPLLKXZJJ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La Comisión Técnica de Valoración (en adelante CTV) es un órgano colegiado que tiene como finalidad valorar, seleccionar y reconocer las Buenas Prácticas que presenten los municipios, mediante el análisis de la documentación recibida atendiendo al cumplimiento de los requisitos necesarios para poder considerar la actividad o proyecto presentado como una BPSSCB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Asimismo, se delegó en la Presidencia del IMAS el nombramiento de los miembros que integran la Comisión Técnica de Valoración de las Buenas Prácticas en los Servicios Sociales Comunitarios Básicos (BPSSCB) a propuesta de la Dirección insular de Servicios Sociales, Infancia y Familia del IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. En fecha 11 de julio de 2025 ha tenido entrada la propuesta de la Dirección insular de Servicios Sociales, Infancia y Familia de nombramiento de los miembros titulares y suplentes de la CTV.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de Derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El Acuerdo del Consejo ejecutivo del Consell de Mallorca de 25 de junio de 2025 por el que se crea la Comisión Técnica de Valoración de las Buenas Prácticas Sociales en los Servicios Sociales Comunitarios Básicos y sus normas de funcionamiento, donde consta la composición de la Comisión Técnica de Valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El punto 3 del Acuerdo del Consejo ejecutivo del Consell de Mallorca que delega en la Presidencia del IMAS el nombramiento de los miembros que integran la Comisión Técnica de Valoración de las Buenas Prácticas Sociales en los Servicios Sociales Comunitarios Básicos (BPSSCB) a propuesta de la Dirección insular de Servicios Sociales, Infancia y Familia del IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Decreto de la Presidencia del Consell Insular de Mallorca nombra al Consejero Ejecutivo de Bienestar Social (BOIB núm. 95 de 11 de julio de 2023), el cual de acuerdo con el artículo 7.1 de los Estatutos del IMAS ejercerá también el cargo de Presidente del IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo, lo anterior, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resuelvo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Nombrar a los miembros, que integran la Comisión Técnica de Valoración de las Buenas Prácticas en los Servicios Sociales Comunitarios Básicos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidencia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
