    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el marco de lo que establece el artículo 13.1.b) de la Ley 13/2018, de 28 de diciembre, de caminos públicos y rutas senderistas de Mallorca y Menorca, en la sesión celebrada el 14 de julio de 2025 el Pleno del Ajuntament de Felanitx adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar inicialmente el Catálogo municipal de caminos públicos del término de Felanitx, cuya versión refundida se distribuye en nueve tomos y ciento sesenta y siete fichas y ha sido redactada por los siguientes profesionales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El 30 de noviembre de 2022 por los servicios técnicos del Departamento de sostenibilidad y medio ambiente del Consell de Mallorca, con el apoyo jurídico de Josep Masot Tejedor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los días 13 y 19 de marzo de 2024 por el investigador Tomàs Vibot Railakari, el jurista Josep Masot Tejedor y los servicios técnicos municipales, bien como redactores o como colaboradores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los días 12 de diciembre de 2024 y 5 de junio de 2025 por los servicios técnicos y jurídicos municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Someter el Catálogo de caminos a exposición pública por un plazo de dos meses a contar desde la publicación del anuncio correspondiente en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, así como dar audiencia por el mismo plazo al Consell de Mallorca y a los ayuntamientos de Manacor, Santanyí, Campos, Porreres y Vilafranca de Bonany. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Durante el período de exposición pública y de audiencia se puede consultar la documentación aprobada inicialmente en el portal de transparencia de la sede electrónica municipal (http://ajfelanitx.eadministracio.cat/) y también presencialmente en el punto de información catastral del Ajuntament de lunes a viernes de las 9.00h hasta las 14.00h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar y notificar este acuerdo en la forma que legalmente corresponda.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Lo que se hace público a los efectos oportunos y a reserva de la aprobación del acta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
