    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Regidora de Hacienda, Función Pública y Gobierno Interior, por resolución núm. 16400, de 15 de julio de 2025&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;, ha dictado lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar la sustitución de la vocal titular 1 del Tribunal calificador que debe dirigir el desarrollo del proceso selectivo por el sistema de oposición por el turno libre para cubrir 8 plazas de Subalterno/a, vacantes en la plantilla de personal funcionario de este Ayuntamiento, pertenecientes a la Escala de Administración General, subescala subalterna, grupo AP, dotadas presupuestariamente y correspondientes a la OPE 2025, según publicación en el BOIB núm. 23 de 20 de febrero de 2025, en el sentido que donde dice “ &lt;em&gt;Vocal Titular 1 Maria Magdalena Guardiola Mir ” &lt;/em&gt;ha de decir &lt;em&gt;“ &lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vocal Titular 1 Irene Villalonga Fanals”.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar la sustitución de la vocal titular 4 del Tribunal calificador que debe dirigir el desarrollo del proceso selectivo por el sistema de oposición por el turno libre para cubrir 8 plazas de Subalterno/a, vacantes en la plantilla de personal funcionario de este Ayuntamiento, pertenecientes a la Escala de Administración General, subescala subalterna, grupo AP, dotadas presupuestariamente y correspondientes a la OPE 2025, según publicación en el BOIB núm. 23 de 20 de febrero de 2025, en el sentido que donde dice “ &lt;em&gt;Vocal Titular 4 Susana Sendra Ordinas ” &lt;/em&gt;ha de decir &lt;em&gt;“ &lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vocal Titular 4 Catalina Bosch Avellà ”.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El tribunal calificador queda así conformado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
