&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Decreto de delegación de las funciones del secretario por vacaciones del titular&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En fecha 17-07-2025 el alcalde ha dictado el decreto BATLIA 2025/759, que se transcribe a continuación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta que el Secretario de la Corporación estará de vacaciones desde el día 18 de julio al 4 de agosto de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta el art. 9 y 12 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen del Sector Público, así como el art. 52.4 del RD 128/2018, de 16 de marzo, por el que se regula el régimen jurídico de los funcionarios de Administración Local con habilitación de carácter nacional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Motivo por el cual, en uso de las atribuciones que me han sido legalmente conferidas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resuelvo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt;- Delegar desde el día 18 de julio al 4 de agosto de 2025 las funciones de fe pública del Secretario municipal en el Sr. Juan Burguera Vicens, funcionario coordinador del Ayuntamiento, habilitado para actuar como secretario accidental. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt;- Notificar la presente resolución a los interesados. Ses Salines, a la fecha de la firma electrónica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ses Salines a 17 de julio de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Lo que se hace público para su conocimiento y a los efectos expresados en la resolución transcrita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
