    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vista la Resolución de aprobación de la Lista Definitiva del Consejero de Hacienda y Función Pública de día 06/03/2025 y publicada en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, núm. 46 de día 15 de abril de 2025, de la persona aspirante que ha superado el proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema excepcional de concurso de méritos para el ingreso como personal laboral fijo del subgrupo AP/E, categoría/especialidad de Auxiliar de servicios conductor-a, Mozo de jardinería y Encargado de caminador, del Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca, del nombramiento como laboral fijo y de adjudicación del puesto de Trabajo, el contenido de la cual es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. APROBAR la lista definitiva complementaria con las siguientes persones aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema de concurso excepcional para el ingreso como personal laboral fijo del subgrupo AP/E, categorías/especialidades de Auxiliar de servicios conductor-a, Mozo de jardinería y Encargado de caminador, del Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca, de acuerdo con aquello que se indica en el Anexo I de este documento y de esta resolución con indicación de la asignación de los puestos de Trabajo correspondiente.. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. INFORMAR al Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca que la persona aspirante que se relaciona a continuación no ha acreditado estar en posesión de todos los requisitos para la acreditación al puesto de Trabajo, por esto, de acuerdo con lo establecido con el punto 9 de las boses específicas de la convocatoria, la contratación indefinida del puesto de Trabajo se hará en adscripción provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

INFORMAR al Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca que la adjudicación y adscripción definitiva de los puestos de Trabajo a las persones aspirantes queda condicionada a la acreditación de estar en posesión de todos los requisitos específicos para la adscripción al puesto de Trabajo, que tendrá que ser requerida, si procede, por el Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca. Además, de acurdo con lo establecido en el punto 8 de las bases específicas de la convocatoria, los puestos de jefaturas orgánicas y puestos singularizados se han de adjudicar en adscripción provisional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. ORDENAR la publicación de esta resolución y su anexo en el tablón de edictos y en la Sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, y en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto esto, esta Presidencia, en uso de las atribuciones que le son asignadas por los estatutos del Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. NOMBRAR&lt;/strong&gt; personal laboral fijo categoría /especialidad de Auxiliar de servicios conductor-a, Mozo de jardinería y Encargado de andador, del subgrupo E/AP, del Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca, a las personas aspirantes que han superado el procedimiento selectivo de estabilización por el sistema de concurso excepcional para la convocatoria de estas plazas, de acuerdo con lo que se indica en el anexo 1 de este documento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. ADJUDICAR&lt;/strong&gt; los puestos de trabajo correspondientes, de acuerdo con lo que se indica en el anexo 1 de este documento, a las personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema de concurso excepcional para la categoría fijo categoría /especialidad de Auxiliar de servicios conductor-a, Mozo de jardinería y Encargado de caminador de acuerdo con lo que se indica en el anexo 1 de este documento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. ORDENAR&lt;/strong&gt; la publicación de la presente Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, a los efectos oportunos. Las personas nombradas dispondrán de un plazo de 3 días hábiles, contado a partir del día siguiente de su publicación, para el juramento o promesa y la toma de posesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponer el recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente de su publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada se puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso de alzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si han transcurrido tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no ha recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, sin limitación de tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, puede interponer, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuno. Todo esto de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
