    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En la Intervención de esta entidad local y de conformidad con el que disponen los articulos 42 del Real Decreto 500/1990, y el artículo 179.2 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, se encuentra expuesto al público, para poder hacer reclamaciones, el expediente de modificación presupuestaria CE y SC 2/2025 aprobado inicialmente por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Manacor, en sesión oridinaria de 14 de julio de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las personas legítimamente interesadas, según el que dispone el articulo 170 del Real Decreto 2/2024 mencionado, y por los motivos enumerados en el número 2 del artículo 170, podrán presentar reclamaciones con sujección a los trámites siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Plazo de exposición y admisión de reclamaciones : quince (15 ) días hábiles a contar desde la fecha de publicación del presente anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Oficina de presentación: Registro General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) Órgano ante el cual se reclama : Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Manacor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el supuesto que no se presente ninguna reclamación, el expediente se considerará definitivamente aprobado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
