&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. El Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana Patrimonio Mundial, de acuerdo con el artículo 4 de los estatutos que lo rigen, tiene, entre otras, las finalidades siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Imuplsar polítics de mejora y conservación de los elementos y valores tangibles o intantgibles, que contiene la Serra de Tramuntana y que han motivado la declaración como patrimonio mundial de conformidad con aquello que establece la Conveción para la Proteción del Patrimonio Mundial, Cultural y Natural de 1972.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Promover iniciativas y proyectos culturales orientados a la conservación y la mejora del paisaje y del patrimonio cultural de la sierra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Promover la implicación de la iniciativa particular en la conservación y la mejora del paisaje cultural y de los valores patrimoniales de la sierra, en especial con el impulso de acuerdos de custodia del territorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; El Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana Patrimonio Mundial para el ejercicio 2025, aprobado por el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo de Mallorca en sesión de 4 de diciembre de 2024 (BOIB nº. 167 de 21 de diciembre de 2024), prevé una convocatoria pública de subvenciones de premios Sierra de Tramuntana de investigación 2025. Con esta convocatoria se pretende dar un reconocimiento a investigaciones o trabajos de autores que incidan en temáticas relacionadas con el paisaje cultural de la Sierra de Tramuntana. Estas temáticas pueden ser, entre otros: patrimonio hidráulico, aprovechamientos agrarios, construcciones de piedra en seco, posesiones, caminos de montaña, afluencia, control y naturaleza de las visitas al Patrimonio Mundial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Por acuerdo de la Junta Rectora del Consorcio de 28 de octubre de 2024 se aprobó el proyecto de presupuestos del Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana Patrimonio Mundial para el ejercicio 2025, y en fecha 18 de diciembre de 2024 se aprobó definitivamente por Acuerdo del Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca. Este presupuesto, prevé la realización de la mencionada convocatoria pública de subvenciones con las finalidades definidas al Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del Consorcio para el 2025 y en los términos previstos en el Plan&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Plan|Plano]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de Gestión de la Serra de Tramuntana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El día 5 de mayo de 2025, el director insular de la Serra de Tramuntana, ha emitido Memoria justificativa sobre la necesidad y la idoneidad de que el Consorcio lleve a cabo la indicada convocatoria pública de subvenciones, dado que se ajusta plenamente a las finalidades y funciones del Consorcio y permitirá conseguir los objetivos y los efectos establecidos en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de este ente público para el ejercicio 2025, y al presupuesto de gastos para el 2025 y al&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Plan&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Plan|Plano]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de Gestión de la Sierra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. El día 5 de mayo de 2025, el vicepresidente del Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana dictó la resolución de inicio del expediente correspondiente para la aprobación de una convocatoria pública de subvenciones de premios Serra de Tramuntana de Investigación 2025 (SV 5/2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. El día 12 de mayo de 2025, la jefa de servicio jurídico del Servicio de Gestión de Parajes Culturales del Departamento de Presidencia ha emitido informe favorable sobre los aspectos jurídicos de la presente convocatoria pública de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7. En fecha 12 de junio de 2025 la Intervención Delegada ha fiscalizado de conformidad la propuesta de resolución de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Fundamentos|Cimientos]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Estatutos del Consorcio Sierra de Tramuntana Patrimonio Mundial, publicados en el BOIB nº. 72, de día 30 de mayo de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca, de 23 de diciembre de 2016 (BOIB nº. 21, de 18 de febrero de 2017), modificada en fecha 14 de junio de 2018 (BOIB nº. 96, de 04.08.2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (BOE nº. 236, de 2 de octubre de 2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, del régimen jurídico del sector público (BOE nº. 236, de 2 de octubre de 2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. Bases de ejecución del Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana para el año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 9.1 o) y p) de los Estatutos del Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana prevé la competencia de la presidencia del Consorcio para autorizar, disponer, reconocer y liquidar gastos del Consorcio, sin perjuicio de las delegaciones que se hayan hecho en las bases de ejecución del Presupuesto. Las bases tercera y cuarta de las bases de ejecución del presupuesto del Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana para el año 2025, establece que la vicepresidencia, por delegación de la presidencia, tiene la competencia para autorizar, disponer, reconocer y liquidar gastos del Consorcio. Por este motivo se entiende que el órgano competente para aprobar la convocatoria es la vicepresidencia del Consorcio, por delegación de la presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Por|Para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; todo lo que se ha expuesto, el vicepresidente del Consorcio Sierra de Tramuntana Patrimonio Mundial dicta la siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria pública de subvenciones de premios Serra de Tramuntana de Investigación 2025 (SV 5/2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Autorizar el gasto de que se deriva de la convocatoria pública de subvenciones de premios Sierra de Tramuntana de investigación 2025 (SV 5/2025), por un importe total de quince mil euros (15.000,00 euros) y con cargo la partida presupuestaria 00 33615 48100 y a los documentos contables RC nº. 220250000216 y A nº 920250000523.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Ordenar la publicación del extracto de la convocatoria en el BOIB por conducto de la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Palma, en fecha de la firma electrónica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;(18 de junio&amp;nbsp;de 2025)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. Objeto de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La presente convocatoria tiene por objeto la concesión de 3 Premios Serra de Tramuntana de Investigación 2025 en régimen de concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La finalidad de esta convocatoria es dar un reconocimiento a investigaciones de autores que se presenten a este premio mediante una aportación económica, por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; trabajos o estudios sobre el paisaje cultural de la Serra de Tramuntana inscrito en la lista de patrimonios mundiales para&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; la Unesco en el 2011, y de acuerdo en las presentes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Estos premios pretenden convertirse en un estímulo a la investigación&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[investigación|búsqueda]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; en todo aquello que ha hecho la Sierra merecedora de esta distinción. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. Aceptación e interpretación de las normas que rigen los Premios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El hecho de presentar un trabajo o estudio a los Premios Serra de Tramuntana de Investigación 2025 implica la aceptación de las normas de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El órgano instructor tiene la facultad de interpretar esta convocatoria, a propuesta de la Comisión de Selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3. Régimen jurídico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La concesión de los Premios Serra de Tramuntana de Investigación 2025 se otorgará mediante procedimiento de concurrencia competitiva entre las solicitudes presentadas dentro de plazo que cumplan los requisitos para acceder.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4. Temática&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Los Premios Serra de Tramuntana de Investigación 2025 premiarán trabajos cuya temática principal esté relacionada con el paisaje cultural de la Serra de Tramuntana. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Las temáticas sugeridas, relacionadas con el paisaje cultural de la Serra de Tramuntana, serían: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- el patrimonio hidráulico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- los aprovechamientos agrarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- las construcciones de piedra en seco&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- las posesiones y elementos patrimoniales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- los caminos de montaña&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- la afluencia, el control y/o la naturaleza de las visitas al patrimonio mundial y las oportunidades generadas por estas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- medidas de protección para la preservación del patrimonio mundial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;También se aceptarán trabajos relacionados con:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- los recursos naturales del patrimonio mundial &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- cualquier otra temática que pueda tener relación con el paisaje cultural de la Serra de Tramuntana. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En cualquier caso el contenido de los trabajos tienen que estar ubicados dentro del ámbito geográfico de la declaración de la Serra de Tramuntana como patrimonio Mundial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;5. Cuantía de los premios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los Premios Serra de Tramuntana de Investigación 2025 premiarán con 5.000 euros cada uno de los 3 trabajos de investigación mejor valorados por el jurado. Además estos trabajos serán objeto de una edición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;6. Requisitos de los aspirantes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Se podrán presentar a la presente convocatoria todas las personas -individualmente o conjuntamente- mayores de edad, que cumplan los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Que presenten la solicitud de participación en el plazo establecido. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Que no se encuentren incursos en ninguna de las causas de prohibición previstas en el artículo 10 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, así como en el artículo 8 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Mallorca.&amp;nbsp;La persona ganadora para poder obtener el premio tendrá que acreditar que está al corriente en el cumplimiento&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cumplimiento|cumplido]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado, y con las obligaciones tributarias del Consejo de Mallorca y del Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana. La circunstancia de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con el Estado, con el Consejo de Mallorca, con el Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana y con la Seguridad Social la comprobará el mismo Consorcio o el Consejo de Mallorca, ya que la presentación de la solicitud de subvención a esta convocatoria supone la autorización para su comprobación, excepto manifestación expresa contraria.&amp;nbsp;Este requisito se tiene que acreditar tanto con anterioridad a dictarse la propuesta de resolución de concesión y de pago de los premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Que el trabajo presentado cumpla con todos los requisitos y condiciones de presentación establecidos en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Que los trabajos que se presenten no hayan sido subvencionados, premiados o becados en otro certamen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Que los trabajos no hayan sido publicados antes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Se podrá presentar un trabajo por persona individual y otro formando parte de un conjunto de personas aspirantes. En este sentido una persona podrá presentar un trabajo de manera individual y otro de manera colectiva con otras personas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Contenido de los trabajos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El trabajo se tiene que presentar en formato archivo PDF y tiene que tener una extensión mínima de 3.000 palabras y máxima de 12.000. El trabajo tiene que constar de siguientes partes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Referencias bibliográficas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todas estas partes son obligatorias y computarán a los efectos del recuento de palabras. El hecho de no incluir a una o más de ellas supondrá la exclusión del trabajo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El trabajo puede constar, además, de material multimedia, fotografías, infografías y/o audiovisuales. En total se pueden presentar un máximo de 10 elementos de este tipo. Estos elementos y sus títulos y/o leyendas no computarán a los efectos de recuento de palabras de los trabajos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El trabajo tiene que ser inédito. El jurado se reserva el derecho de solicitar la comprobación de la autoría y la originalidad de los trabajos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los trabajos presentados que no se adapten a las condiciones antes establecidas serán directamente excluidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Plazo y presentación de los trabajos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo para la presentación de los trabajos de investigación y los documentos anexos será de un (1) mes contado desde el día siguiente de su publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Las personas interesadas en participar en los Premios Serra de Tramuntana de Investigación 2025 tienen que formalizar la solicitud en un único modelo de instancia previsto en el Anexo 1 de esta convocatoria, y descargable en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana https://cst.sedipualba.es/.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La instancia se tiene que presentar a través del registro electrónico que consta en la sede electrónica del Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana (https://cst.sedipualba.es/segex/tramite.aspx?idtramite=12085).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La comisión de selección decidirá a las personas ganadoras de los Premios después de hacer la reunión deliberativa prevista. Las decisiones de la comisión de selección serán inapelables. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Una vez entregados todos los trabajos, la comisión de selección se constituirá por primera vez y designará, de acuerdo en sus áreas de conocimiento y para cada uno de los trabajos presentados, un mínimo de 3 de sus vocales componentes para su valoración, a los cuales se les dará un plazo prudente por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; poder llevar a cabo la valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La comisión se reserva la posibilidad de hacer consultas con vistas a la toma de decisiones a la hora de valorar las propuestas presentadas por las personas solicitantes, y en cualquier momento del proceso les podrá requerir la documentación acreditativa que considere oportuna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Una vez vencido el plazo por la valoración de los trabajos, la Comisión de Selección se reunirá en segunda sesión para determinar las valoraciones obtenidas por cada trabajo. El resultado de puntuación que obtendrá cada trabajo será el resultado de obtener la media aritmética de las puntuaciones otorgadas por todos los vocales designados y que han valorado el trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Los trabajos ganadores, y que obtendrán los premios, serán aquellos tres primeros trabajos con mayor puntuación después de haberse procedido en su respectiva valoración y cálculo de la puntuación aritmética de cada trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cualquier cuestión no prevista en estas bases será resuelta por el instructor del expediente a propuesta del Comité de selección, que podrá asesorarse de cualquier técnico del Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana o del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Baremo de selección&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Los criterios de valoración o baremo que la Comisión de Selección tendrá que tener en cuenta son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Adecuación a la temática del paisaje cultural 0 a 15 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Aplicación práctica a la gestión del patrimonio mundial 0 a 13 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Interés científico 0 a 11 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Innovación 0 a 9 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La puntuación máxima a obtener es de 48 puntos y para poder optar a un Premio, los trabajos tienen que alcanzar una puntuación mínima igual o superior a 35 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En caso de empate, el Premio será&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[será|estará]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; para lo que haya alcanzado más puntuación en los siguientes apartados, por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; este orden:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. Adecuado a la temática del paisaje cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. Aplicación práctica para la gestión del patrimonio mundial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3. Interés científico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4. Innovación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En caso de persistir el empate, se resolverá a través de sorteo de la Comisión de Selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;12. Propiedades de los trabajos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas ganadoras de los premios cederán, sin ningún tipo de contraprestación económica, al Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana, los derechos de reproducción, exposición, edición y distribución de los trabajos premiados y el Consorcio los editará en el apoyo&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[apoyo|soporte]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;, formado o medio más adecuado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Concesión del premio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El premio se otorgará a los tres trabajos mejor valorados por la Comisión de Selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstante, si la Comisión cree, por unanimidad, que alguno de los trabajos o todos los trabajos no tienen la calidad mínima para ser galardonado, el número de trabajos premiados puede ser inferior a tres, o bien declararse desierto si ninguno de los trabajos llega a la calidad mínima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cuando la Comisión de Selección haya seleccionado los mejores trabajos ganadores, emitirá uno acta sobre la reunión y las valoraciones, que se remitirá al instructor del expediente para el cual proponga a la vicepresidencia del Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana la concesión de los premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El veredicto se hará público en un acto de entrega en una fecha, hora y lugar&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[lugar|sitio]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; a concertar por parte de la Comisión de Selección y que tendrá lugar dentro del año 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Normativa&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las bases reguladoras de esta convocatoria se encuentran recogidas en la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Mallorca y de sus organismos dependientes, publicada en el BOIB nº. 21, de 18 de febrero de 2017, modificada por acuerdo del Pleno de fecha 14 de junio de 2018, y aprobado definitivamente el día 1 de agosto de 2018 (BOIB nº. 96, de 4 de agosto de 2018), en aquello que no contradiga la normativa autonómica de subvenciones (Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Instrucción y resolución del procedimiento&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La instrucción corresponde a la jefa de servicio jurídico del Servicio de Gestión de Parajes Culturales del Departamento de Presidencia, Maria Antònia Beltran Celià, que tiene que llevar a cabo todas las actuaciones o los actos de trámite necesarios para velar por el cumplimiento&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cumplimiento|cumplido]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de los requisitos de la convocatoria y cursar los trámites adecuados ante la Comisión de Selección, además de ejercer las facultades previstas en el artículo 16 y concordantes del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, y las que se mencionan en la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca. El instructor del expediente podrá asesorarse para&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; cualquier técnico del Consejo de Mallorca que considere adecuado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Posteriormente, la Vicepresidencia, por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; delegación de la presidencia del Consorcio, órgano competente para aprobar y resolver esta convocatoria de conformidad con las bases tercera y cuarta de las bases de ejecución del presupuesto del Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana para el año 2024, y una vez determinada la valoración para&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; la Comisión de Selección y la propuesta del instructor del expediente, resuelve la convocatoria, con la indicación de los extremos contenidos en la propuesta de acuerdo definitiva mencionada, de lo cual se dará cuenta a la primera Junta Rectora que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El incumplimiento no enmendable de cualquier requisito establecido en esta convocatoria o el hecho de incurrir en uno de los supuestos aplicables en función de la naturaleza de estos premios, previstos, en el artículo 56 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones, provocará la revocación de la concesión (artículo 43 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005) y, consecuentemente, el reintegro total o parcial de las cuantías recibidas. En el mismo sentido, el acuerdo de concesión puede modificarse en los casos en que se alteren las condiciones o se obtengan ayudas concurrentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolución se notificará a las personas premiadas. Asimismo se dará publicidad a los autores y trabajos premiados a través de los canales habituales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez resueltos los Premios se requerirá a las personas ganadoras que aporten la información bancaria para tramitar el pago correspondiente en un único ingreso. En el caso de participar una colectividad de personas a un trabajo premiado el pago del premio se hará de forma proporcional al número de participantes del trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El plazo máximo para resolver y notificar la resolución de este procedimiento es de 3 meses, contados a partir del día que acaba el plazo de presentación de solicitudes. Transcurrido este plazo sin que se haya dictado resolución, se entienden por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; desestimadas todas las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. Recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la resolución que aprueba la convocatoria, así como la resolución de concesión que se derive, que ponen fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer, el recurso potestativo de reposición ante la presidencia del Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana Patrimonio Mundial dentro del plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso potestativo de reposición podrá interponerse el recurso contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación de la desestimación del mencionado recurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si han transcurrido tres meses desde la interposición del recurso potestativo de reposición y no se ha recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entenderá desestimado por silencio y puede interponerse el recurso contencioso administrativo que corresponda, sin limitación de tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, se puede ejercitar, si es el caso, cualesquiera otros recursos que se estime oportuno y pertinente. Todo ello de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
