&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo que prevén los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria el texto completo se puede consultar en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;(https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/&lt;em&gt;845452)&lt;/em&gt; y en la sede electrónica del Consorcio Sierra de Tramuntana Patrimonio Mundial (https://cst.sedipualba.es/).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La presente convocatoria tiene por objeto la concesión de 3 Premios Sierra de Tramuntana de Investigación 2025 en régimen de concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La finalidad de esta convocatoria es dar un reconocimiento a investigaciones de autores que se presenten a este premio mediante una aportación económica, por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; trabajos o estudios sobre el paisaje cultural de la Serra de Tramuntana inscrito en la lista de patrimonios mundiales para&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; la Unesco en el 2011, y de acuerdo con las bases de la convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estos premios pretenden convertirse en un estímulo a la investigación&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[investigación|búsqueda]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; en todo aquello que ha hecho la Sierra merecedora de esta distinción. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Personas beneficiarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Se pueden acoger a esta convocatoria todas las personas -individualmente o conjuntamente- mayores de edad, que cumplan los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Que presenten la solicitud de participación en el plazo establecido. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Que no se encuentren incursas en ninguna de las causas de prohibición previstas en el artículo 10 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, así como en el artículo 8 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La persona ganadora para poder obtener el premio tendrá que acreditar que está al corriente en el cumplimiento&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cumplimiento|cumplido]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado, y con las obligaciones tributarias del Consejo de Mallorca y del Consorcio Sierra de Tramuntana. La circunstancia de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con el Estado, con el Consejo de Mallorca, con el Consorcio Sierra de Tramuntana y con la Seguridad Social la comprobará el mismo Consorcio o el Consejo de Mallorca, ya que la presentación de la solicitud de subvención a esta convocatoria supone la autorización para su comprobación, excepto manifestación expresa contraria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Este requisito se tiene que acreditar tanto con anterioridad a dictarse la propuesta de resolución de concesión y de pago de los premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Que el trabajo presentado cumpla con todos los requisitos y condiciones de presentación establecidos en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Que los trabajos que se presenten no hayan sido subvencionados, premiados o becados en otro certamen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Que los trabajos no hayan sido publicados antes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se podrá presentar un trabajo por persona individual y otro formando parte de un conjunto de personas aspirantes. En este sentido una persona podrá presentar un trabajo de manera individual y otro de manera colectiva con otras personas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las bases reguladoras de esta convocatoria se encuentran recogidas en la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Mallorca y de sus organismos dependientes, publicada en el BOIB nº. 21, de 18 de febrero de 2017, modificada por acuerdo del Pleno de fecha 14 de junio de 2018, y aprobado definitivamente el día 1 de agosto de 2018 (BOIB nº. 96, de 4 de agosto de 2018), en aquello que no contradiga la normativa autonómica de subvenciones (Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones)&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Financiación e importe máximo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Para hacer frente a esta convocatoria se destina la cantidad total de quince mil euros (15.000,00 €), correspondiendo a la partida 00 33615 48100 y a los documentos contables RC nº. 220250000216 y A nº 920250000523 del presupuesto del Consorcio de la Serra de Tramuntana del año 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Los Premios Serra de Tramuntana de Investigación&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Investigación|Búsqueda]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; e Investigación 2025 premiarán con 5.000 euros cada uno de los 3 trabajos o estudios de investigación mejor valorados por el jurado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. Plazo de presentación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo para presentar las solicitudes finalizará el 29 de septiembre de 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto. Temática de los trabajos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Los Premios Serra de Tramuntana de Investigación 2025 premiarán trabajos cuya temática principal esté relacionada con el paisaje cultural de la Sierra de Tramuntana. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Las temáticas sugeridas, relacionadas con el paisaje cultural de la Serra de Tramuntana, serían: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;el patrimonio hidráulico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;los aprovechamientos agrarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;las construcciones de piedra en seco&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;las posesiones y elementos patrimoniales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;los caminos de montaña&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;la afluencia, el control y/o la naturaleza de las visitas al patrimonio mundial y las oportunidades generadas por estas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;medidas de protección para la preservación del patrimonio mundial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;También se aceptarán trabajos relacionados con:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;los recursos naturales del patrimonio mundial &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;cualquier otra temática que pueda tener relación con el paisaje cultural de la Sierra de Tramuntana. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Séptimo. Comisión de Selección&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La comisión de selección estará formada por los miembros del Comité de Expertos y Expertas de la Serra de Tramuntana, con la siguiente composición: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Presidencia: Lluís Vallcaneras Nebot, gerente del Consorcio Sierra de Tramuntana &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Suplente: Antoni Solivellas Estrany, director insular de la Serra de Tramuntana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Secretaría: Josep Bernales Sastre, jefa&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cabeza|cabo|jefe]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de servicio técnica del Servicio de Gestión de Parajes Culturales. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Suplente: Maria Moll Mas, jefa&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cabeza|cabo|jefe]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de sección de Dinamización del Consorcio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Maria Tugores Ques, profesora titular de Economía Aplicada UIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Olaya Álvarez García, doctora del área de Pedagogía Aplicada y Psicología de la Educación UIB. Licenciada en ciencias Ambientales UIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Miquel Grimalt Gelabert, catedrático Geografía Física UIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Rosa Júlia Roman Quetgles, profesora Departamento Ciencias Históricas y Teoría de las Artes UIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Gabriel Ordinas Marcé, técnico de Patrimonio CIMA&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[CIMA|CUMBRE]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
