&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Asunto: &lt;/strong&gt;Constitución consistorio 2023-2027. Cambio de competencias de los regidores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decreto de alcaldía por cambio de competencias entre regidores&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes de hecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; En fecha 28 de mayo de 2023, tuvieron lugar las elecciones locales. El nuevo Ayuntamiento se constituyó en sesión pública el día 17 de junio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;En fecha 24 de octubre de 2023 se aprobó la resolución de alcaldía de delegación especial de las atribuciones a los regidores, de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 43.4 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, para gestionar los asuntos relacionados con las materias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. &lt;/strong&gt;En fecha 9 de noviembre de 2023 se aprobó la resolución de alcaldía del reparto de competencias entre regidores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. &lt;/strong&gt;Atendidas las nuevas circunstancias, se hizo necesario modificar las siguientes delegaciones: Archivo, CMC y Tercera Edad, la cual fue aprobada en fecha 14 de enero de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.&lt;/strong&gt; Visto que en fecha 13 de marzo de 2025 la Sra. Mireia Flaquer Llull renunció a su cargo como regidora del grupo político Més per Mallorca del Ayuntamiento de Capdepera. Visto que en fecha 10 de abril de 2025 la Sra. Maria Pilar Díaz Villafaina tomó posesión como nueva regidora del grupo político Més per Mallorca del Ayuntamiento de Capdepera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto. &lt;/strong&gt;Visto que en fecha 10/07/2025 se celebró un plenario donde se acordó la modificación de competencias entre regidores, en las áreas de Archivo y CMC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. De conformidad con los artículos 21.3 y 23.4 de la ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, y otra legislación concordante, es facultad&amp;nbsp;de esta Alcaldía la delegación del ejercicio de las atribuciones propias en la Junta de Gobierno Local. Todo esto, salvo de las materias indelegables previstas en los artículos 21.3 mencionado y 9 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. La delegación específica de atribuciones, de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 43.4 del Real decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo esto, en uso de las atribuciones que legalmente tengo conferidas, RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Efectuar a favor de la siguiente regidora una delegación de atribuciones, de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 43.4 del Real decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por gestionar los asuntos relacionados con las materias siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sra. Agripina Rocha Rodeiro: Sanidad, Juventud, Turismo, Limpieza de edificios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sr. Paulí Faba Sancho: Actividades, Urbanismo, TIC, Tercera Edad, Archivo y CMC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;Notificar esta resolución a los interesados, la eficacia de esta Resolución, cuanto a las delegaciones específicas, resta condicionada a la aceptación por el órgano delegado. Si, en el plazo de tres días hábiles contados desde la notificación del acuerdo, el órgano delegado no hace ninguna manifestación expresa delante del órgano delegado, la delegación se entenderá aceptada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;. Dar cuenta de esta Resolución al Pleno en la siguiente sesión que se efectúe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia, sin perjuicio que esta resolución sea efectiva a partir del día siguiente de la fecha de Resolución, de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 44.2 del Real decreto 2568/1986, de 28&amp;nbsp;de noviembre.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
