&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Mediante Decreto dictado por la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Mallorca de día 12 de julio de 2023 (BOIB núm.97, de 13 de julio de 2023), modificado por el Decreto de día 21 de agosto de 2023 (BOIB núm.117 de 24 de agosto de 2023)2 núm.145 de día 26 de octubre de 2023), el Decreto de 27 de octubre de 2023 (BOIB núm.148, de 31 de octubre de 2023), el Decreto de 24 abril de 2024 (BOIB núm. 56 de 27 de abril de 2024) y 33, de 15 de marzo de 2025) se crearon las direcciones insulares y las secretarías técnicas en las que se estructuran los departamentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El consejero ejecutivo de Presidencia ha propuesto modificar la estructura del Departamento de Presidencia y del Departamento de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública en el siguiente sentido: pasar la Dirección Insular de Comunicación, la Dirección Insular de Proyectos Estratégicos y Relaciones Institucionales y la Dirección Insular de Modernización, Transparencia e Innovación que actualmente se encuentran dentro del Departamento de Presidencia al Departamento de Hacienda, Innovación i Función Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La modificación de las direcciones insulares propuesta no afecta a los nombramientos de sus titulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Fundamentos jurídicos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;De acuerdo con los artículos 21.1.g) y 31 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, corresponde a la Presidencia del Consejo dictar los decretos de creación y extinción de los departamentos insulares en los que se organiza para el ejercicio de competencias que corresponden a los distintos sectores funcionales homogéneos de la actividad administrativa de la institución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;DECRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Pasar la Dirección Insular de Comunicación, la Dirección Insular de Proyectos Estratégicos y Relaciones Institucionales y la Dirección Insular de Modernización, Transparencia e Innovación que actualmente pertenecen al Departamento de Presidencia al Departamento de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. De esta forma los dos Departamentos afectados quedan estructurados de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Departamento de Presidencia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Dirección Insular de Modernización, Transparencia e Innovación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Publicar este Decreto en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, que entra en vigor el mismo día en que se publique.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. Publicar este Decreto en la Sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5. Derogar todas las disposiciones de rango igual o inferior que se opongan a lo que se establece en este Decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;6. Dar cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
