    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El artículo 36.2 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, aprobado por la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, establece que corresponde a la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears la competencia de desarrollo legislativo y de ejecución de la enseñanza en toda su extensión, niveles y grados, modalidades y especialidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El artículo 19 de la Ley 4/2006, de 30 de marzo, de Educación y Formación Permanentes de Personas Adultas de las Illes Balears, crea el Consejo de la Educación y la Formación Permanentes de Personas Adultas de las Illes Balears como órgano asesor, consultivo, de participación y de cooperación entre las diferentes administraciones públicas y los agentes económicos y sociales más representativos implicados en la educación y la formación permanentes de las personas adultas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La disposición adicional tercera de la Ley 4/2006 indica que la consejería competente en materia de educación debe establecer reglamentariamente la composición y las funciones de las comisiones insulares del Consejo de la Educación y la Formación de las Personas Adultas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El artículo 3 de la Orden del consejero de Educación, Universidad e Investigación de 18 de noviembre de 2019 regula la composición, estructura y funcionamiento del Consejo de la Educación y la Formación Permanentes de Personas Adultas de las Illes Balears y establece sus miembros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. En fecha 3 de julio de 2025, la directora general de Planificación y Gestión Educativas firmó una propuesta de resolución que incluye los nombres de las personas que han sido nombradas por las entidades, organismos e instituciones como titulares y suplentes en el Consejo de la Educación y la Formación Permanentes de Personas Adultas de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. De acuerdo a lo que dispone el artículo 4 de la Orden del consejero de Educación, Universidad e Investigación de 18 de noviembre de 2019, los miembros del Consejo que no sean miembros por razón del cargo que ocupan, se nombrarán y se cesarán mediante resolución del consejero de Educación, Universidad e Investigación, a propuesta de las entidades y las organizaciones que representan. El nombramiento del presidente, del vicepresidente y de los vocales del Consejo de la Educación y la Formación Permanentes de Personas Adultas tiene una duración de cuatro años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Nombrar como vocales del Consejo de la Educación y la Formación Permanentes de Personas Adultas de las Illes Balears a las personas que se indica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
