&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ASUNTO: NOMBRAMIENTO ALCALDESA ACCIDENTAL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que debo ausentarme del municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia desde el día 04 de julio hasta el 06 de julio de 2025, ambos inclusive, de conformidad con el artículo 47 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Que desde el día 04 de julio hasta el 06 de julio de 2025, me sustituya en todas mis funciones, la primera teniente de alcalde, Sra. Nieves Bonet Ribas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Así lo dispongo, que se notifique a la Sra. Nieves Bonet Ribas, que se dé cuenta en el próximo Pleno a celebrar i se publique en el BOIB, sin perjuicio de su efectividad a partir del período antes señalado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lo mando y firma el Sr. Alcalde.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
