&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Lo que se publica pera general conocimiento y los efectos oportunos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra la presente resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, podrá interponerse recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del presente Anuncio, ante la Alcaldía de la Corporación municipal, de conformidad con lo que se dispone en los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, o recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma o, a elección de la persona interesada, el que corresponda a su domicilio, si este radica en Mallorca, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del presente Anuncio, de conformidad con lo que se dispone en el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En caso de que se opte por interponerse el recurso potestativo de reposición, no se podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que se resuelva el primero expresamente o se produzca su desestimación por silencio administrativo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
