Con fecha de 6 de abril de 2023 se publica en el BOIB núm. 43, la Orden de la consellera de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en el marco de las intervenciones para el Desarrollo Rural de las Islas Baleares 2023-2027. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. Con fecha 15 de abril de 2023, se publica en el BOIB núm. 48, la Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 12 de abril por la que se aprueba la convocatoria de las ayudas destinadas para el fomento de razas autóctonas en peligro de extinción para el año 2023 y sus posteriores modificaciones. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">3. Entre el 11 de abril de 2024 y el 23 de noviembre de 2024 se publicaron en el BOIB las diversas resoluciones de concesión de ayudas destinadas al fomento de razas autóctonas en peligro de extinción para el año 2023 resultando un total de 263 concesiones por esta línea de ayuda. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">4. Con fecha 15 de junio de 2024, se han recibido 259 solicitudes de pago de la ayuda destinada al fomento de razas autóctonas en peligro de extinción, convocatoria 2023. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">5. Con fecha 27 de febrero de 2025 se notifica mediante la publicación en el BOIB núm. 26 la Resolución de subrogaciones de compromisos agroambientales para las anualidades 2024-2027. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">6. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han realizado los controles administrativos de las solicitudes de pagos y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">7. Los interesados señalados en el anexo II adjunto han presentado, en tiempo y forma, toda la documentación necesaria prevista en la convocatoria, pero se comprobó que a fecha 9 de junio de 2025 no cumplían con alguno de los compromisos de la convocatoria, y por todo ello se notificó el 11 de junio de 2025, mediante publicación en la página web del FOGAIBA, la propuesta provisional de resolución de revocación con la concesión de un plazo de 10 días hábiles para presentar alegaciones. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han llevado a cabo el estudio de los expedientes que han presentado alegaciones que aparecen en el anexo I de esta resolución, donde se indica el resultado del estudio de las mismas. </span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">9. Con fecha 6 de abril de 2023, se publica en el BOIB núm. 43, la Orden de la consejera de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en el marco de las intervenciones para el Desarrollo Rural de las Islas Baleares 2023-2027. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">3. Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 12 de abril de 2023 por la que se aprueba la convocatoria para el período 2023-2027 de las ayudas destinadas para el Fomento de razas autóctonas en peligro de extinción, publicada en el BOIB núm. 48, de 15 de abril de 2023. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">4. Apartado tercer punto 1 letra d) de la convocatoria de la ayuda referente a la constitución de un mínimo de UMB por raza que solicita ayuda y por solicitud. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">5.
