&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Vista la resolución de aprobación de la Lista Definitiva publicada por la Resolución del Consejero de Hacienda y Función Pública de día 10/04//2025 de las personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema excepcional de concurso de méritos para el ingreso como personal laboral fijo del subgrupo C2, categoría/especialidad Terminalista, del Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca, del nombramiento como&amp;nbsp; laboral fijo y de la adjudicación del puesto de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vista la resolución adicional del Consejero Ejecutivo de Hacienda y Función Pública de fecha 10 de junio de 2025, por la que se excluyen las personas aspirantes del proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema excepcional de concurso de méritos para cubrir las plazas de personal laboral fijo Subgrupo C2, categoría Terminalista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vista la resolución del Consejero de Hacienda y Función Pública de fecha 12 de junio de 2025, publicada en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, núm. 77 de 16/06/2025, que modifica la lista definitiva de personal aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo por el sistema excepcional de concurso de méritos para el ingreso como personal laboral fijo del subgrupo C2 i ofrecimiento de puestos de trabajo de la categoría de Terminalista del Instituto del Deportes Hípico de Mallorca i de asignación de puestos de trabajo por el turno de acceso para su contratación como personal laboral fijo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Por todo esto, esta Presidencia en uso de las atribuciones que le son conferidas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;RESUELVE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOMBRAR&lt;/strong&gt; personal laboral fijo categoría /especialidad de Terminalista, del subgrupo C2, del Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca, a las personas aspirantes que han superado el procedimiento selectivo de estabilización por el sistema de concurso excepcional para la convocatoria de estas plazas, de acuerdo con lo que se indica en el anexo 1 de este documento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ADJUDICAR &lt;/strong&gt;los puestos de Trabajo correspondientes, de acuerdo con lo que se indica en el anexo 1 de este documento, a las personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema de concurso excepcional para la categoría fijo categoría /especialidad de Terminalista de acuerdo con lo que se indica en el anexo 1 de este documento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. DECLARAR DESIERTA&lt;/strong&gt; una de las seis plazas de Terminalista, dado que no hay más candidatos en la lista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4. ORDENAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;la publicación de la presente Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, a los efectos oportunos. Las personas nombradas dispondrán de un plazo de 3 días hábiles, contados a partir de día siguiente a la publicación, para el juramento o promesa y la toma de posesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponer el recurso de alzada ante la comisión de Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, en el plazo de un mes, contados a partir del día siguiente de su publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de desestimación de dicho recurso de alzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Si han transcurrido tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no ha recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, sin limitación de tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, puede interponer, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuno Todo esto de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso- administrativa, y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
