    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Esta Alcaldía, en fecha 1 de julio de 2025 ha dictado un decreto del siguiente tenor literal: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Mediante decreto de Alcaldía n.º 142 de fecha 27 de junio de 2023 el alcalde nombró a los miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Mediante decreto de Alcaldía n.º 101 de fecha 3 de octubre de 2024 el alcalde nombró al regidor Sr. Esteve Gomila Candel como miembro de la Junta de Gobierno Local, en sustitución del regidor Sr. Josep Buades Pons quien dejaba de formar parte de la misma. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En virtud del que dispone la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril reguladora de las bases de régimen local, la Ley 20/2006 municipal de las Islas Baleares y el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, en uso de las atribuciones que legalmente tengo conferidas,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Nombrar al regidor Sr. Josep Pons Buades como miembro de la Junta de Gobierno Local, en sustitución de la regidora Sra. Catalina Alemany Buades quien deja de formar parte de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt;- Publicar el presente decreto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Dar cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión ordinaria que celebre»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
