&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;APROBACIÓN INICIAL DE LA ORDENANZA REGULADORA DEL SERVICIO DE CELEBRACIÓN DE MATRIMONIOS CIVILES EN EL AYUNTAMIENTO DE IBIZA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprobado inicialmente el proyecto de ordenanza municipal que regula el servicio de celebración de matrimonios civiles en el Ayuntamiento de Ibiza, por Acuerdo del Pleno de fecha 26 de junio 2025, de conformidad con los artículos 49 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local y 102 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las&amp;nbsp; Islas Baleares., se somete a información pública por el plazo de treinta días, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio en este Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Durante este plazo, el expediente podrá ser examinado por cualquier interesado en las dependencias de Secretaría General ubicadas en la Plaza de España núm. 1, de 10 a 14 horas y el texto íntegro de la ordenanza municipal que regula el servicio de celebración de matrimonios civiles en el Ayuntamiento de Ibiza, aprobada inicialmente, se podrá consultar en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Eivissa, de conformidad y a los efectos previstos en el artículo 102 de la Ley 20/2006m de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el supuesto de no presentarse ninguna reclamación, se entenderá definitivamente aprobada la ordenanza municipal que regula el servicio de celebración de matrimonios civiles en el Ayuntamiento de Ibiza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
