    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que el artículo 27 de la Ley 6/2006, de 12 de abril, balear de caza y pesca fluvial, modificada por la ley 3/2013, de 17 de julio, prevé que el consejero competente en materia de caza dictará anualmente una resolución de aplicación de la ordenación cinegética general mediante la cual se adaptarán los criterios generales a las particulares circunstancias y en el calendario anual;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que el artículo 70.17 de la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, de reforma del Estatuto de autonomía de las Islas Baleares, reconoce que los Consejos Insulares tienen competencias propias en materia de caza, regulación, vigilancia y aprovechamiento de los recursos cinegéticos;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto el Decreto 106/2010, de 24 de septiembre, sobre el traspaso a los Consejos insulares de las funciones y los servicios inherentes a las competencias propias de estas instituciones insulares que actualmente ejerce la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares en materia de caza y de regulación, vigilancia y aprovechamiento de los recursos cinegéticos, como también de pesca fluvial;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto lo establecido en el artículo 65 de la Ley 42/2007, de 13 de diciembre, de Patrimonio natural y de la Biodiversidad y lo establecido en el Decreto 71/2004, de 9 de julio, por el cual se declaran las especies objeto de caza y pesca fluvial en las Islas Baleares, y se establecen las normas de protección;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto lo establecido en el artículo 25 de la Ley 3/2023, de 17 de febrero, de Menorca Reserva de Biosfera, relativo a la caza y pesca fluvial;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cumplimiento de la Directiva 2009/147/CE relativa a la conservación de aves silvestres, se han revisado los periodos hábiles de caza para respetar los periodos de reproducción y migración prenupcial de las especies cinegéticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto lo establecido en el artículo 13 del Decreto Ley 7/2024, de 11 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes de simplificación y racionalización administrativas de las administraciones públicas de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para la temporada 2025-2026, y de acuerdo con el oficio emitido por parte del Ministerio de agricultura, pesca y alimentación, en la cual se describe una interpretación de la moratoria de la caza de la tórtola europea &lt;em&gt;(Streptopelia turtur&lt;/em&gt;), después del reparto de cuotas a nivel europeo, para España se presenta una distribución de la cuota, teniendo en cuenta el sistema de control de capturas aprobado por todas las comunidades autónomas. En las Islas Baleares, tenemos asignada una cuota total de 2240 tórtolas. Siguiendo el mismo método y aplicando un coeficiente de seguridad del 2%, tal como ha hecho el ministerio, a Menorca le corresponde una cuota total de 72 capturas de tórtolas salvajes (&lt;em&gt;Streptopelia turtur&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas por el artículo 33 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, en relación con el Decreto de presidencia n.º 227/2023 de 17 de noviembre, de extinción de un departamento y reestructuración del resto de departamentos (BOIB n.º 158 de 21 de noviembre de 2023), y habiendo escuchado el Consejo de Caza de Menorca, dicto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar las normas por las cuales se fijan los periodos hábiles de caza y las vedas especiales que se establecen para la temporada 2025-2026 en la isla de Menorca que se transcriben a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PERIODOS HÁBILES DE CAZA Y LAS VEDAS ESPECIALES QUE Se ESTABLECEN PARA LA TEMPORADA 2025-2026 En La ISLA DE MENORCA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 1. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Caza menor&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.1 Normas generales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Son especies cazables de caza menor en la isla de Menorca para la temporada de caza 2025-2026, de conformidad con el Anexo I del Decreto 71/2004, de 9 de julio, por el cual se declaran las especies objeto de caza y pesca fluvial en las Islas Baleares, y se establecen las normas de protección, las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) conejo (&lt;em&gt;Oryctolagus cuniculus&lt;/em&gt;), liebre (&lt;em&gt;Lepus granatensis&lt;/em&gt;), perdiz (&lt;em&gt;Alectoris rufa&lt;/em&gt;), codorniz (&lt;em&gt;Coturnix coturnix&lt;/em&gt;), paloma torcaz (&lt;em&gt;Columba palumbus&lt;/em&gt;), paloma salvaje (&lt;em&gt;Columba livia&lt;/em&gt;), becada (&lt;em&gt;Scolopax rusticola&lt;/em&gt;), estornino común (&lt;em&gt;Sturnus vulgaris&lt;/em&gt;), zorzal común (&lt;em&gt;Turdus philomelos&lt;/em&gt;), zorzal alirrojo (&lt;em&gt;Turdus iliacus&lt;/em&gt;), zorzal charlo (&lt;em&gt;Turdus viscivorus&lt;/em&gt;), zorzal real (&lt;em&gt;Turdus pilaris&lt;/em&gt;); y las siguientes aves acuáticas: ánade rel (&lt;em&gt;Anas platyrhynchos&lt;/em&gt;), silbón europeo (&lt;em&gt;Mareca penelope&lt;/em&gt;), ánade rabudo (&lt;em&gt;Anas acuta&lt;/em&gt;), cerceta común (&lt;em&gt;Anas crecca&lt;/em&gt;), cerceta carretona (&lt;em&gt;Spatula querquedula&lt;/em&gt;), pato cucharo (&lt;em&gt;Spatula clypeata&lt;/em&gt;), ánade friso (&lt;em&gt;Mareca strepera&lt;/em&gt;), porrón europeo (&lt;em&gt;Aythya ferina&lt;/em&gt;), porrón moñudo (&lt;em&gt;Aythya fuligula&lt;/em&gt;), agachadiza común (&lt;em&gt;Gallinago gallinago&lt;/em&gt;) y focha común (&lt;em&gt;Fulica atra&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Puede ser abatida en días hábiles de caza y arma de fuego, la gaviota vulgar (&lt;em&gt;Larus michahellis)&lt;/em&gt;. Durante todo el año se puede controlar con autorización excepcional expedida por el servicio de caza del Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Se limita a 72 capturas, para la isla de Menorca, el aprovechamiento cinegético de la tórtola europea (&lt;em&gt;Streptopelia turtur&lt;/em&gt;) durante la temporada 2025-2026, en aplicación del oficio emitido por parte del Ministerio y con autorización específica para dicho práctico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) La caza y captura de especies exóticas introducidas al medio natural o asilvestradas, que no estén amparadas por ninguna norma de rango superior, queda permitida en las épocas y días hábiles de caza, con los procedimientos legalmente autorizados y homologados, y puede ser autorizada, previa solicitud de la persona interesada, en otros días o con otros medios, por el consejero competente en materia de caza y pesca fluvial del Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Con carácter general, los días hábiles dentro del periodo de caza menor en general en Menorca, salvo de especificación en contra, son: los martes, jueves, sábados, domingos y los festivos de carácter nacional o autonómico. Se excluyen las fiestas de carácter local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Está permitido cazar a partir de media hora antes de la salida del sol, hasta después de media hora de la posta, de acuerdo con el horario local, salvo las limitaciones que establece expresamente esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) En todo tipo de terrenos cinegéticos, se prohíbe cualquier modalidad de caza con armas de fuego a menos de 100 metros de los edificios habitables aislados, cascos urbanos, rurales, edificios agrarios o ganaderos en uso, jardines, parques públicos, áreas recreativas, zonas de acampada y terrenos deportivos, y de 25 metros de vías y caminos de uso público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2 Capturas máximas diarias y otras limitaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En los cotos privados acogidos al Régimen General se establecen las capturas máximas por cazador y día siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) 20 zorzales, con independencia de la modalidad utilizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) 8 codornices.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) 4 ciegas. Queda prohibida la caza al acecho de la ciega en sus pasos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) 6 perdices.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) 6 conejos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) 6 anátidas, divididas en un máximo de 4 ánades reales y un máximo de 2 entre el resto de especies de anátidas cazables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) No hay número máximo de captura para el resto de especies cinegéticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h) En los cotos acogidos al Régimen Especial o Intensivo, las capturas máximas diarias son las establecidas en el correspondiente Plan Técnico aprobado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.3 Cotos de caza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Conejo y liebre. La caza del conejo y la liebre empieza el 12 de julio y acaba el 14 de diciembre. Para el caso de la modalidad de la caza del conejo con perros, la temporada empieza el 12 de julio y acaba el 14 de diciembre en los cotos de caza, y empieza el 10 de agosto y acaba el 14 de diciembre en los terrenos cinegéticos de aprovechamiento común. Durante el periodo comprendido entre la apertura de la caza del conejo hasta el inicio de la caza menor en general (12 de julio a 26 de septiembre), se puede cazar los sábados, los domingos y los festivos nacionales o autonómicos con escopeta y/o canes, los jueves solo con canes. Del 12 de julio a 26 de septiembre, incluida la media veda, en los cotos de caza se puede cazar los martes sin escopeta exclusivamente con perros de la raza autóctona "Ca de Conills de Menorca" que dispongan de esta certificación y se encuentren inscritos al registro genealógico oficial correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Media veda. El periodo de media veda empieza el 20 de agosto y acaba a 26 de septiembre con el inicio de la caza menor en general. Durante este periodo se pueden cazar la codorniz, la paloma torcaz, la liebre y el conejo. La paloma salvaje se podrá cazar a partir del 4 de septiembre hasta el día antes de la apertura de la caza menor en general. Los días de caza durante la media veda son los sábados, domingos y festivos nacionales o autonómicos con escopeta y/o canes, y los jueves solo con canes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Caza menor en general. Esta modalidad de caza, incluida la de las aves acuáticas empieza el 27 de septiembre hasta el 31 de enero, salvo la caza del conejo, de los zorzales. Por el caso del conejo, en base en su punto 1.3.a) la caza empieza el 12 de julio y acaba el 14 de diciembre menos la modalidad de la caza del conejo con perros en los terrenos cinegéticos de aprovechamiento común, que empieza el 10 de agosto y acaba el 14 de diciembre. Para el caso de los zorzales, empieza el 12 de octubre hasta el 31 de enero. Los días de caza del zorzal con escopeta son los martes, sábados domingos y festivos de carácter nacional y autonómico, y con “filats a coll” los lunes, miércoles, viernes, sábados, domingos y festivos de carácter nacional y autonómico. El 17 de enero, festividad de Sant Antoni, se considera hábil para la caza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Los titulares de los cotos pueden establecer las limitaciones que consideren, relativas a días, fechas u otros aspectos, y hacerlas constar en la autorización que expiden al cazador. El incumplimiento de estas condiciones supone cazar sin autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Modalidades especiales de caza&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1 Caza con reclamo macho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1.A. Limitaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Se permite la caza de la perdiz con reclamo macho &lt;em&gt;(perdigot)&lt;/em&gt; a los cotos de caza y a los terrenos de aprovechamiento común, si bien en estos últimos solo se podrá cazar con “bagues”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Número máximo de piezas por cazador y día en cotos de caza: 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Horario de caza: el que figura en su punto 1.1.f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Distancia mínima entre el lugar de caza y los cotos limítrofes excepto acuerdo entre cotos): 100 metros. En el caso de terrenos de aprovechamiento común también se tendrá que respetar la distancia de 100 metros de los cotos limítrofes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Se prohíbe cazar con reclamo de perdiz hembra o con artificio que lo sustituya, como también con magnetófonos y reclamos mecánicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) No se podrá sacar el reclamo en día no hábil, a terrenos cinegéticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Se permite un único reclamo por cada cazador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1.B. “Bagues”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) En Menorca se permite la caza por el sistema tradicional de “&lt;em&gt;perdigot amb bagues&lt;/em&gt;” en cotos y terrenos cinegéticos de aprovechamiento común, siempre que se tenga la autorización previa del titular del coto, expresa y por escrito, para esta práctica cinegética en este tipo de terrenos así como el permiso del propietario del terreno por el caso de los terrenos cinegéticos de aprovechamiento común o autorización de la entidad que los gestione, y permiso especial para practicar esta modalidad, expedida por el Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Se permite un único reclamo y tres &lt;em&gt;bagues&lt;/em&gt;, de hasta cuatro “&lt;em&gt;bagons&lt;/em&gt;” por baga, por cada cazador, que tienen que estar situados a una distancia máxima de dos metros del reclamo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) El cazador tiene que vigilar permanentemente el artificio, y no puede llevar escopeta ni tenerla al lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Las personas autorizadas en la modalidad de perdices con &lt;em&gt;bagues&lt;/em&gt;, tendrán que indicar en la hoja de control, las capturas totales que recogerán la suma de los ejemplares sacrificados, los ejemplares liberados y los retenidos vive hasta el 28 de febrero. La no presentación de esta documentación, su presentación fuera de plazo o incompleta en relación con el destino de los ejemplares capturados, podrá ser motivo de sanción y se puede denegar el permiso por esta modalidad durante la próxima temporada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1.C. Periodo y días hábiles de caza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Desde el 22 de diciembre al 1 de febrero (6 semanas). Los días hábiles por la modalidad de caza con “&lt;em&gt;perdigot”&lt;/em&gt; y escopeta son los señalados en el punto 1.1.e. Los días hábiles por la modalidad con “&lt;em&gt;perdigot”&lt;/em&gt; y &lt;em&gt;“bagues”&lt;/em&gt; del 22 de diciembre al 18 de enero (4 primeras semanas) se puede cazar todos los días de la semana excepto los miércoles y del 19 de enero al 1 de febrero (2 últimas semanas) se puede cazar todos los días de la semana con autorización exprés del titular del coto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.2 Caza del zorzal con &lt;em&gt;“filats a coll”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La caza del zorzal por el sistema tradicional de&lt;em&gt; “filats a coll”&lt;/em&gt;, como procedimiento selectivo y no masivo, se autoriza al ámbito territorial de la isla de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.2.A. Limitaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es obligatorio soltar inmediatamente cualquier ave capturada que no sea una de las cuatro especies de zorzales permitidas o el estornino común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez acabada la campaña de caza con &lt;em&gt;“filats a coll”&lt;/em&gt;, es obligatorio presentar el documento de control de capturas correctamente cumplimentado antes del 28 de febrero. La no presentación de esta documentación, su presentación fuera de plazo o incompleta, podrá ser motivo de sanción y suponer la inhabilitación por esta modalidad durante la próxima temporada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las &lt;em&gt;“filats”&lt;/em&gt; de caza, podrán estar en los “colls de caça” con un máximo de 2 días de antelación al inicio de la caza de esta modalidad, teniendo que ser retirados en un plazo máximo de 2 días después del cierre del periodo hábil, y tienen que llevar el precinto reglamentario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las cañas de sujeción de las &lt;em&gt;“filats”&lt;/em&gt; tienen que tener una longitud máxima de 7 m.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En los “colls” que se encuentren en desuso, se tendrán que retirar los elementos dispuestos y restituir el lugar en las condiciones naturales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.2.B Periodo y días hábiles de caza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) El periodo hábil empieza el 12 de octubre hasta el 31 de enero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Los días hábiles de caza del zorzal con &lt;em&gt;“filats”&lt;/em&gt; son: los lunes, miércoles, viernes, sábados, domingos y festivos de carácter nacional o autonómico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El documento de capturas por las modalidades de &lt;em&gt;“perdigot amb bagues”&lt;/em&gt; y &lt;em&gt;“filats a coll”&lt;/em&gt;, se considera como documentación preceptiva que el cazador tiene que llevar encima durante la actividad cinegética. Las capturas se tienen que anotar en el momento y el lugar donde se han producido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los puntos de captura de zorzal con &lt;em&gt;“filats a coll”&lt;/em&gt;, se tendrán que incluir en la cartografía presentada para la aprobación o renovación del Plan Técnico de Caza, si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.3 Caza de conejos con canes sin escopeta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el caso de los cotos, se puede cazar con un máximo de 12 perros por cazador y con un total de 14 cuando sean 2 o más cazadores. Solo se pueden capturar 6 piezas por cazador y día. De manera excepcional el Consejo Insular podrá aumentar el límite máximo de capturas por sobre población de la especie.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el caso de los terrenos cinegéticos de aprovechamiento común, el número máximo de perros permitido es de 8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con el fin de promover la raza autóctona de «Ca de Conills de Menorca», el número máximo de perros permitido se podrá aumentar en dos más, siempre que se cace, al menos, con dos perros de esta raza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El número de perros máximo establecido no se puede superar en ningún caso, incluso si no se está practicando la caza, allá donde es permitida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Previa petición de la persona titular de los derechos cinegéticos y autorización del Servicio de Caza se podrá alargar la modalidad de caza de conejos con perros sin escopeta hasta el 12 de enero siempre que no haya motivos que lo desaconsejen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.4 Caza de conejos con perros y escopeta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se autoriza la formación de grupos de cazadores para cazar conejos, con un máximo de 10 perros y 4 escopetas. Estos no se pueden juntar con otros grupos de cazadores y, como máximo, se pueden cazar 6 conejos por grupo y día.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con el fin de promover la raza autóctona de "Ca de Conills de Menorca", el número máximo de perros permitido se podrá aumentar en dos más, siempre que se cace, al menos, con dos perros de esta raza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tanto en las modalidades de caza indicadas a los puntos 2.3 y 2.4, así como en la práctica de cualquier otra modalidad de caza con can, no se podrá realizar con crías de menos de 3 meses de edad o con otras sin la identificación y vacunación correspondientes según la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.5 Caza con hurón&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.5.A. Es permet la caça de conill amb fura en els vedats de caça sempre que es tingui l'autorització prèvia de la persona titular, expressa i escrita, per a aquesta pràctica cinegètica. És podrà autoritzar l'ús de la fura en tot tipus de terrenys amb la sol·licitud prèvia de la persona propietària o titular, en les excepcions previstes a la normativa. En qualsevol cas, qui utilitzi la fura haurà de disposar de la llicència C3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.5.B. Limitaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los complementos al hurón permitidos son los perros y/o escopetas y las aves de cetrería, pudiendo el titular del coto limitar a una de estas dos prácticas su autorización. No se permite la utilización simultánea del hurón y de los senderos, salvo que se tenga expresa autorización del Departamento competente en materia de caza del Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.5.C. Periodo y días hábiles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El periodo y días hábiles de caza son los de la caza menor en general en los cuales se permite la caza del conejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por la modalidad de hurón y sendero, se requiere autorización excepcional del servicio de caza del Consejo Insular de Menorca. Una vez acabada la campaña de caza con hurón y sendero, es obligatorio presentar el documento de control de capturas correctamente agasajado antes del 28 de febrero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La no presentación de esta documentación o su presentación fuera de plazo, podrá ser motivo de sanción y suponer la no expedición de permiso por esta modalidad durante la próxima temporada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.6 Cetrería&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.6.A. Para practicar la cetrería se tiene que tener la licencia preceptiva y la credencial de Cetrería expedida por la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma, en la cual consta la especie, el sexo y la anilla de las aves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.6.B. Entrenamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Durante todo el año las aves se pueden entrenar con señuelo o con la suelta de piezas en los cotos, con la autorización de la persona que sea titular, o en los terrenos de régimen cinegético común con la autorización de la persona propietaria. Será obligatorio que las aves de cetrería vuelen con un transmisor que permita su localización en todo momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.6.C.- Periodo y días hábiles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El periodo de caza es el de caza menor en general. Así mismo, el conejo se puede cazar a partir del día en que se permite la caza del conejo con canes y/o escopeta. Los días hábiles de caza son lunes, miércoles, viernes, sábados, domingos y los festivos de carácter nacional o autonómico. Se excluyen las fiestas de carácter local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.7 Caza menor con arco&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para la práctica de esta modalidad de caza se tendrán que cumplir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Estar en posesión de la tarjeta T2, o documento equivalente de otros países, en caso de cazadores extranjeros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Contar con la autorización expresa expedida por el titular del coto para la práctica de esta modalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Se usarán arcos recurvados y de poleas con potencia superior a 40 libras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Flechas de caza y puntas tipos de impacto, de corte y de arrastrada. Quedan prohibidas las puntas tipos ‘&lt;em&gt;field&lt;/em&gt;' y de arpón.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Los tipos de flechas para la caza al vuelo tendrán que ser del tipo ‘&lt;em&gt;flu flu&lt;/em&gt;.'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Cada flecha y arco tendrá que ir identificada con el DNI o pasaporte del cazador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No está permitida la caza con arco en terrenos de aprovechamiento común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.8 Caza sembrada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.8.1. Tendrá la consideración de caza sembrada la suelta controlada de piezas de especies cinegéticas provenientes de granjas, en terrenos cinegéticos o en zonas delimitadas dentro de estos, para la finalidad de su caza de forma inmediata en periodo hábil de caza, con perro de muestra y/o arma de fuego, aves de cetrería, arco u otras modalidades adecuadas. Para la liberación destinada a la caza sembrada, se requiere obligatoriamente, que los ejemplares cumplan con las previsiones legales en materia sanitaria y genética.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.8.2 Terrenos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) La caza sembrada podrá ser practicada en cotos con plan técnico de régimen general, especial e intensivo, de acuerdo con las limitaciones establecidas en el plan. Podrá practicarse así mismo en los campos de adiestramiento de perros, con las limitaciones que establezca la autorización del campo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Es necesaria autorización para practicar la caza sembrada en terrenos cinegéticos de aprovechamiento común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Para la caza sembrada dentro de espacios de relevancia ambiental (Espacios naturales protegidos o Red Natura 2000), se estará al que prevea el PORN, PRUG o plan de gestión correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.8.3. Periodos hábiles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Cotos de régimen general: el periodo hábil será el mismo que con carácter general, para la especie en cuestión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Cotos con plan técnico de régimen especial: el periodo hábil será el mismo que con carácter general, para la especie en cuestión, excepto dentro de los campos de adiestramiento de perros que contengan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Cotos de Régimen Intensivo: el periodo hábil será el establecido en el plan técnico de régimen intensivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Campos de adiestramiento de perros: el periodo hábil será, con carácter general, para cada especie, ampliado con el plazo que figure en la autorización del campo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Los días en que se realicen pruebas y campeonatos de caza sobre caza sembrada autorizados de acuerdo con lo que prevé el artículo 6 de esta resolución, tendrán la consideración de hábiles en el lugar y fecha para la modalidad cuando se desarrollen dentro de cotos de caza o campos de adiestramiento de perros autorizados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Prohibiciones por razón de la localidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.1.- Queda prohibida por razón de localización la práctica de la actividad cinegética en cualquier modalidad en islotes, acantilados costeros, zonas húmedas, sistemas dunares y otros bienes de dominio público marítimo-terrestre, acantilados interiores, fondos de barrancos y en el ámbito de los elementos protegidos como patrimonio histórico. En toda clase de terrenos cinegéticos, se prohíbe cualquier modalidad de caza con arma de fuego a menos de 50 metros de dichos espacios, excepto con autorización expresa por Resolución del Departamento competente en materia de caza del Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.2.- En cualquier caso, para practicar la caza en el resto de espacios de relevancia ambiental (Espacios naturales protegidos y Red Natura 2000) se tiene que estar a aquello que dispongan los correspondientes PORN, PRUG o plan de gestión correspondiente y a la Ley 5/2005, de conservación de los espacios naturales de relevancia ambiental (LECO).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 4. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Control de poblaciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Departamento competente en materia de caza del Consejo Insular de Menorca a petición de los interesados, puede autorizar de forma excepcional, motivada y por causas justificadas mediante resolución del Consejero ejecutivo, la captura de especies propias de las Islas Baleares, distintas y/o en condiciones diferentes a las indicadas en esta resolución o normativa vigente en materia de caza, con excepción de las especies catalogadas a nivel autonómico o estatal que corresponde a la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En las zonas con presencia de especies protegidas, especialmente aquellas incluidas en la categoría de amenazadas (en peligro de extinción o vulnerables), no se podrá llevar a cabo este control durante la época de nidificación de estas especies, respetando las distancias mínimas recomendadas de tranquilidad alrededor de los nidos y/o dormideros, a no ser que, por causas justificadas y bajo los controles y condiciones que se establezcan, así lo considere el Servicio de Caza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La solicitud de autorización excepcional para el control de especies, se tendrá que presentar mediante modelo oficial facilitado por el Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 5. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Adiestramiento de perros&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El consejero competente en materia de caza del Consejo Insular de Menorca podrá autorizar campos de adiestramiento de perros de un máximo de 8 ha de superficie, en cotos de más de 300 ha y, sin este mínimo de superficie, en los cotos de sociedades de cazadores y clubes deportivos, para hacer actividades y prácticas deportivas de caza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.1 Los campos de adiestramiento de perros tendrán que señalizarse perimetralmente cada 50 metros, con las placas identificativas que figuran en el anexo II, colocadas mirando al exterior, y siendo visible desde una señal siempre la siguiente. Para campos para perro ibicenco que funcionen antes del 1 de junio, podrá exigirse el cierre total o parcial, si concurren circunstancias fundamentadas que así lo aconsejen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.2 Los campos de adiestramiento de perros tendrán que estar cerrados cuando estén dedicados a perros de muestra. Cuando estén dedicados a perros de razas a la carrera o de rastro, tendrán que estar cerrados hasta una altura de 1,75m. A partir de día 1 de junio y hasta el cierre de la temporada de caza menor, no será necesario el cierre del campo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.3 Se autorizan 500 piezas anuales por campo, entre perdiz, codorniz o conejo, todas provenientes de cría en cautividad y con la correspondiente guía sanitaria. Tendrán que notificarse las especies, fechas y cantidades de cada suelta al Consejo Insular de Menorca, cada tres meses. Estas piezas no computarán a efectos de sueltas en el coto según Plan Técnico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.4 La autorización de los campos de adiestramiento estará vigente mientras lo esté el Plan Técnico del coto, en el supuesto de que este sea necesario por no estar adherido al régimen general, y está condicionada al pago de la tasa correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.5 En tiempo de veda, y durante el recorrido en el interior de terrenos cinegéticos por accedido al campo de adiestramiento, los perros tendrán que circular atados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.6 El mal uso de un campo de adiestramiento de perros de caza podrá dar lugar a la anulación de la autorización del mismo y, de acuerdo con el que prevé el artículo 74.10 de la Ley 3/2013 de 17 de julio, de modificación de la Ley 6/2006, Balear de Caza y Pesca Fluvial, y modificada por la Ley 6/2007, de 27 de diciembre, de medidas tributarias y económico-administrativas, cuando se perjudique la correcta ordenación del recurso cinegético de un coto, multa de entre 451 y 1200 €, y accesoriamente, la suspensión temporal de la caza o la anulación del coto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.7 La delimitación de los campos de adiestramiento, se tendrá que incluir en la cartografía presentada por la aprobación o renovación del Plan Técnico de Caza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.8 El consejero competente en materia de caza del Consejo Insular de Menorca podrá autorizar, de forma justificada, campos de adiestramiento en otros terrenos cinegéticos de superficie diferente, sometidos a condiciones diferenciadas de las establecidas en los apartados anteriores, en función de los objetivos y de las características específicas que tengan, siempre que estén dedicados a alguna de las siguientes actividades: fomento de razas de canes de caza propias de las Islas Baleares, fomento de modalidades de caza, competiciones oficiales, preparación de estas competiciones o actividades formativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 6. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Pruebas y campeonatos de caza&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.1 El Departamento competente en materia de caza del Consejo Insular de Menorca podrá autorizar durante todo el año, en terrenos cinegéticos y campos de adiestramiento de perros, al corriente de pago, pruebas y campeonatos de caza, avalados y controlados por la federación correspondiente, en las condiciones que considere oportunas. Concurrentemente, tendrá que disponerse de la autorización de las autoridades competentes en materia de campos de tiro en los casos de modalidades propiamente del ámbito del tiro (recorridos de caza y tiro al plato). En los terrenos inhábiles, se podrán autorizar pruebas y campeonatos en modalidades sin arma de fuego con la autorización expresa del titular de los terrenos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.2 Atendida la naturaleza y circunstancias de las pruebas y campeonatos de caza que se autoricen, podrán participar cazadores de las Islas Baleares proveídos de la correspondiente licencia federativa y de la licencia de caza de su isla de residencia, que se considerará válida en Menorca por estas pruebas y campeonatos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 7. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Suelta de especies cinegéticas para repoblación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las repoblaciones y las sueltas de especies cinegéticas autóctonas que quedan autorizadas en los cotos que se acojan en el régimen general son las siguientes: sueltas para caza, en total por temporada cinegética y por especie hasta un máximo de 0,7 piezas por hectárea de superficie del coto, así como sueltas para cría en los meses de febrero y marzo por razón de hasta 0,4 piezas por hectárea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En los cotos acogidos al régimen intensivo o especial para la repoblaciones de especies cinegéticas, mediante la liberación durante el periodo inhábil de caza y con motivo de mejorar los efectivos reproductores de la especie objetivo, se tendrá que disponer de un plan de repoblación y liberaciones previsto en el plan técnico de caza correspondiente. En caso contrario se tendrá que pedir autorización presentando un informe de viabilidad con la justificación de la necesidad de repoblación, protocolos a seguir, localización, periodo y medidas para asegurar el éxito de la repoblación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se requerirá de forma obligatoria por la liberación destinada a la cría y la repoblación, certificado veterinario que acredite el origen y garantice el estado sanitario de los ejemplares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las piezas soltadas para repoblación y para la caza sembrada de especies cinegéticas autóctonas se tendrán que comunicar a la memoria anual de capturas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 8. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Cartuchos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Se prohíben las escopetas semiautomáticas o automáticas el cargador de las cuales pueda contener más de dos cartuchos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) El cazador está obligado, a recoger las vainas de los cartuchos utilizados durante la caza, a continuación de haber disparado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Queda terminantemente prohibido el uso en la caza de cartuchería destinada al control de la procesionaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 9. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Lugares fijos de caza de zorzales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se considera un lugar fijo de caza aquel desde donde el mismo cazador hace más de 10 tiros seguidos, o en que permanece a la espera más de 15 minutos. Estos puntos no pueden estar situados a menos de 100 m. de las viviendas o lugares de cuellos para la caza de zorzales con alambradas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 10. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Captura de tórtolas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La caza de esta especie únicamente se podrá llevar a cabo mediante autorización exprés previa, emitida por la autoridad competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El procedimiento para la solicitud de la autorización es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las solicitudes se tienen que presentar por registro de entrada, mediante instancia genérica, entre el 14 de julio y el 3 de agosto de 2025, ambos incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las únicas fechas autorizadas para la caza de la tórtola europea serán los días 24 y 31 de agosto de 2025, exclusivamente con autorización previa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Se tendrán que comunicar las capturas el mismo día de la caza al servicio de caza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En la solicitud se tiene que indicar obligatoriamente el nombre completo y DNI de la persona solicitante, así como el coto donde se llevará a cabo la actividad cinegética.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La cuota de capturas se asignará de manera equitativa entre las solicitudes recibidas por registro de entrada, garantizando un mínimo de dos capturas por cazador autorizado mientras haya cuota. En función del número total de solicitudes registradas, se podrá incrementar proporcionalmente la cuota individual autorizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se recuerda que la tórtola turca (&lt;em&gt;Streptopelia decaocto&lt;/em&gt;) no se una especie cinegética.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 11. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Memoria de capturas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las disposiciones de esta Resolución se aplican con carácter general a todos los cotos. El plazo para librar la memoria de capturas es hasta día 28 de febrero por parte de todos los cotos, aunque no se realice actividad cinegética o no haber hecho capturas, indicando esta situación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 12. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Documentación para el ejercicio de la caza&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Durante el ejercicio de la caza, los cazadores tendrán que llevar la documentación preceptiva para el ejercicio de la caza exigida por la Ley 6/2006, Balear de Caza y Pesca Fluvial y la Ley 3/2013 de 17 de julio, que la modifica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que la licencia de caza es una licencia balear, expedida de forma insular, serán válidas en la isla de Menorca las expedidas por otros consejos insulares para sus respectivos residentes, y viceversa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además, si practican la caza dentro de un coto privado, los cazadores tienen que llevar una autorización escrita del titular del coto correspondiente. Este documento, en que los titulares autorizan la caza dentro de su coto, tiene que contener como mínimo los datos que figuran en el modelo que se establece al anexo I de esta Resolución. Las sociedades de cazadores podrán sustituir el apoyo de la autorización mediante carnés u otros formatos que se hayan dado a sus socios, siempre que previamente notifiquen al Consejo insular de Menorca una lista completa de los cotos donde practicarán la caza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los propietarios están igualmente obligados a cumplir la normativa aplicable en materia de registro, identificación y vacunación de los canes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 13. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Cesión de piezas de caza&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de cesión de piezas de caza entre cazadores será necesario llevar un documento que acredite la cesión, en que consten al menos los siguientes datos: nombre, apellido y DNI de las personas interesadas, fecha, la especie y número de piezas que se ceden. Este documento únicamente será válido acabada la acción de caza, dado que durante esta, cada cazador podrá llevar únicamente sus piezas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 14. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Recuento de becadas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Departamento competente en materia de caza, a petición de los interesados mediante registro, podrá autorizar el recuento de ciegas sin escopeta (sin muerte) con perro de muestra del 11 de enero hasta el 31 de enero, durante los días no hábiles de caza. El permiso que se expida a tal efecto estará supeditado a la autorización del titular del coto para llevar a cabo esta actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los datos obtenidos del recuento se tendrán que comunicar al Servicio de Caza del Consejo Insular de Menorca, antes del día 01 de febrero. Con los datos aportados, se podrá solicitar una prorroga de las autorizaciones hasta el 16 de febrero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El hecho de no aportar los datos antes de la fecha indicada, implicará la no autorización para la próxima temporada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 15. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Planes Marco de ordenación de la caza en los terrenos cinegéticos de aprovechamiento común (libres)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Se establecen los planes marco en el ámbito territorial de la isla de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Los ayuntamientos que se quieran acoger al Pla Marc lo tendrán que notificar de forma fehaciente al Consejo insular de Menorca. Los ayuntamientos y las sociedades de locales de cazadores pueden gestionar cinegéticamente terrenos de su ámbito de actuación para su aprovechamiento común mediante un plan técnico aprobado o bien acogiéndose al plan marco publicado en el orden de vedas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) La cartografía de los terrenos libres de cada ámbito municipal sobre la que se establece el Plan Marc será generada y actualizada de oficio por parte de la administración competente en materia de caza, y comunicada a los ayuntamientos. El Consejo Insular de Menorca podrá excluir las zonas inhábiles que se consideren oportunas por razones de seguridad o coherencia de ordenación y aprovechamiento cinegético. Esta información tendrá carácter público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) El contenido del Plan Marco, de acuerdo con el que figura al anexo III, es:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. especies cinegéticas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. calendario de caza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. días hábiles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. limitaciones horarias si procede&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. límite máximo de capturas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. modalidades de caza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Están autorizados a ejercer la caza dentro de los terrenos gestionados de aprovechamiento común adscritos a un Plan Marco, los cazadores que cuenten con la documentación que habilita a la caza en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) El Consejo Insular de Menorca ejercerá la tarea de vigilancia de la actividad cinegética, gestión y seguimiento administrativo y de aplicación del Plan. Aun así, podrá ceder la gestión cinegética de los terrenos al ayuntamiento o a la sociedad de cazadores local con consentimiento del ayuntamiento, previa petición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En todo caso, las entidades que gestionen estos terrenos tendrán que tener un plan técnico correspondiente o acogerse al régimen queneral que se marca al orden de vedas. Las actuaciones de gestion que se desarrollen sobre el territorio, como por ejemplo repoblaciones, colocación de jaulas trampa para el control de especies, colocación de abrevaderos y comedores entre otros, deberán contar, además de con las autorizaciones que se procedan, con el permiso exprés del propietario del terreno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) La vigencia de los Planes Marc es de un único periodo anual hábil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 16. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Refugios de fauna&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Los refugios de fauna tienen la condición de terrenos no cinegéticos, quedan sustraídos al aprovechamiento cinegético y se encuentran regulados por la ley balear de caza y el Decreto 72/2004, de 16 de julio, por el cual se regulan los Planes Técnicos de Caza y los refugios de caza en las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) La declaración se podrá hacer de oficio, a iniciativa de la administración competente en materia de caza, o a instancia de la administración competente en protección de especies, de la administración competente en materia educativa, de entidades científicas legalmente constituidas, de organizaciones no gubernamentales con finalidad cinegética científica, medioambiental o educativa, de los ayuntamientos o de la propiedad. En todos los casos será necesaria la conformidad expresa de la propiedad, excepto cuando se tramite de oficio por parte de la administración por razones de conservación de la fauna, que tendrán que quedar debidamente acreditadas al expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Los refugios de fauna tendrán que señalizarse perimetralmente, con las placas identificativas, colocadas mirando al exterior, y en las condiciones que figuran al anexo II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 17. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Infracciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las infracciones a todo lo que dispone esta resolución se tienen que sancionar conforme con lo que exige la legislación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposición adicional primera.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Control de la procesionaria con escopeta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Entre el 15 de noviembre y el 31 de enero, dentro de los terrenos cinegéticos, podrá dispararse a las bolsas de procesionaria con escopeta, para el control de esta, los días hábiles de caza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Entre el 1 y el 28 de febrero dentro de los cotos que lo hayan notificado con antelación al Consejo Insular de Menorca con indicación del día, hora, localización exacta de la actuación y persona responsable del uso del arma de fuego, podrá procederse al mismo control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En los terrenos cinegéticos que se encuentren incluidos dentro de espacios naturales protegidos, el control previsto en los puntos 1 y 2 de esta disposición queda condicionado a la autorización del organismo competente en materia de espacios naturales protegidos, si se tercia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Fuera del plazo establecido en los puntos precedentes, dentro de cotos, será preceptiva la autorización del Director Insular de la Administración General del Estado en Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. En otros tipos de terrenos, durante todo el año, será preceptiva la autorización del Director Insular de la Administración General del Estado en Menorca en zonas forestales, y en zonas urbanas también la de la Policía Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Se prohíbe el control de procesionaria con arma de fuego en las zonas húmedas, sin autorización expresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposición adicional segunda.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En aquello que no regula esta resolución, se aplica lo que dispone la Ley 6/2006, Balear de Caza y Pesca Fluvial, la Ley 3/2013 de 17 de julio, de modificación de la Ley 6/2006, Balear de Caza y Pesca Fluvial, y modificada por la Ley 6/2007, de 27 de diciembre, de medidas tributarias y económico-administrativas así como también al referido a caza de la Ley 42/2007 de Patrimonio Natural y Biodiversidad, y la legislación que la despliega.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposición final&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta resolución entrará en vigor el día siguiente de haberse publicado en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, en calidad de resolución anual de Vedas de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
