    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A los efectos de aquello dispuesto al artículo 126.3 del Real decreto legislativo 781/1986 de 18 de abril por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de las disposiciones vigentes en materia de Régimen Local se hace público para el general conocimiento, que esta Corporación en sesión plenaria celebrada en fecha 29 de mayo de 2025,&amp;#xa0; acordó la aprobación inicial de la modificación de la relación de puestos de trabajo y anexo económico del personal funcionario consistente en integrar la valoración de los fines de semana como un factor fijo dentro del complemento específico de la Policía Local del Ayuntamiento de Inca. El día 7 de junio de 2020 se publicó en el BOIB n.º 72 el anuncio de exposición pública de esta aprobación inicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 169.1 del Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, una vez finalizado el plazo de exposición pública y no habiendo reclamaciones o alegaciones, la aprobación inicial ha acontecido definitiva con los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- Aprobar la modificación &lt;/strong&gt;de la relación de puestos de trabajo y el anexo económico de personal, consistente en integrar la valoración de los fines de semana como un factor fijo dentro del complemento específico, en los términos expuestos en este informe, y con efectos retroactivos al 1 de enero de 2025, y en consecuencia, incorporar las modificaciones efectuadas a la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Reconocer y hacer efectivo&lt;/strong&gt; en la nómina del mes de julio de 2025 de los oficiales y policías que, conforme a la unidad a la que están adscritos, realicen fines de semana, los importes del complemento específico actualizado tal como se ha expuesto en el punto de acuerdo anterior, con efectos desde el 1 de julio de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;AUTORIZAR Y DISPONER (AD)&lt;/strong&gt; el gasto por importe de &lt;strong&gt;122.185,25 €&lt;/strong&gt;, correspondiente al complemento específico actualizado a percibir de de día 1 de julio a 31 de diciembre de 2025, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria &lt;strong&gt;03.13200.1210100&lt;/strong&gt;, y de &lt;strong&gt;44.096,65 €&lt;/strong&gt; en concepto de seguridad social a cargo de la empresa, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria &lt;strong&gt;03.13200.160000&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Reconocer y hacer efectivo&lt;/strong&gt; en una nómina complementaria de los oficiales y policías que, conforme a la unidad a la que están adscritos, realicen fines de semana, los atrasos por la diferencia dejada de percibir entre el complemento específico percibido y el complemento específico actualizado entre el 1 de enero y el 30 de junio de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;AUTORIZAR Y DISPONER (AD) &lt;/strong&gt;el gasto por importe de &lt;strong&gt;122.185,25 €&lt;/strong&gt;, correspondiente a los atrasos del período comprendido entre el 1 de enero y el 30 de junio de 2025 por el concepto de la diferencia dejada de percibir entre el complemento específico percibido y el complemento específico actualizado, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria &lt;strong&gt;03.13200.1210100&lt;/strong&gt;, y de &lt;strong&gt;44.096,65 €&lt;/strong&gt; en concepto de seguridad social a cargo de la empresa, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria &lt;strong&gt;03.13200.160000&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO.-&lt;/strong&gt; El complemento específico no es consolidable, de manera que si en algún momento las funciones y/o características del puesto de trabajo, que ahora motivan el incremento del complemento específico, dejan de estar asignadas al puesto de trabajo que ahora se modifica, supondrá una nueva modificación del complemento específico para adaptarlo a las nuevas funciones, aunque esto suponga una disminución de dicho complemento. Es decir, se hará una nueva valoración de las funciones del puesto de trabajo y una reclasificación del mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Del mismo modo, la percepción del correspondiente complemento estará condicionada por el hecho de que el funcionario esté adscrito al puesto de trabajo que tenga asignado dicho complemento. En consecuencia, un cambio de puesto de trabajo a una unidad distinta implicará dejar de percibir el complemento específico del puesto de origen y pasar a percibir el complemento específico del puesto que ha pasado a ocupar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Que la anterior modificación del anexo económico de personal del Ayuntamiento de Inca se exponga al público de acuerdo con la normativa vigente a efectos de posibles reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OCTAVO.-&lt;/strong&gt; En caso de no haber reclamaciones, los acuerdos adoptados quedarán elevados a definitivos y tendrán efecto de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 169.4 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, de forma que estos acuerdos entrarán en vigor una vez publicada su aprobación definitiva en el BOIB. De los acuerdos definitivamente aprobados se remitirá copia a la Administración del Estado y a la Administración Autonómica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
