&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consejo de Dirección de la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Illes Balears (AETIB), en la sesión celebrada en fecha 23 de junio de 2025, ha aprobado &amp;nbsp;a propuesta del director de la AETIB, los precios a cobrar por los servicios de homologación, reconocimiento y revisión de los planes de calidad y manuales de gestión ambiental que presta el personal del servicio de estrategia de producto de la AETIB de acuerdo con lo establecido en el Decreto Ley 4/2025, de 11 de abril, contra la oferta ilegal, de medidas transitorias para la oferta, y por la calidad turística de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Resolución dictada el 30 de agosto de 2012, (BOIB núm 133 de 8 de setembre de 2012) que publicaba los precios a cobrar por los trabajos en la implantación del sistema de calidad ha quedado obsoleta, por un lado por el tiempo transcurrido y &amp;nbsp;el desarrollo y avance en la implantación de los sistemas de calidad en nuestro territorio, especialmente en lo referido a la implantación del Sistema Integral de Calidad en Destino (SICTED) &amp;nbsp;y &amp;nbsp;por otro por las nuevas competencias que atribuye a la AETIB &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;desde la &amp;nbsp;publicación del Decreto Ley 4/2025, de 11 de abril, contra la oferta ilegal, de medidas transitorias para la oferta, y para la calidad turística de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos jurídicos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.El artículo 14 .1.m) del Decreto 18/2018, por el que se reorganiza, reestructura y regula la Agencia de Estrategia Turística las Islas Baleares (AETIB), establece que es competencia del Consejo de Dirección de la AETIB, aprobar los precios privados que correspondan por la prestación de los servicios en régimen de derecho privado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El artículo 23.2 del Decreto 18/2018, establece que la AETIB en la prestación de los servicios relacionados con las finalidades de la Agencia puede exigir los precios públicos o privados que se establecen. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La AETIB puede ser sujeto activo de las tasas que establezca la CAIB, de acuerdo con el artículo 4.3 de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, general tributaria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De todo lo expuesto, y de acuerdo con las facultades que tengo atribuidas, en cumplimiento del acuerdo adoptado por el Consejo de dirección de la AETIB de dia 23 de junio de 2025, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Autorizar el cobro de los precios por los servicios que el personal de la AETIB preste en relación a los trámites de homologación, reconocimiento y revisión de los planes de calidad y manuales de gestión ambiental en virtud de lo establecido en la adicional cuarta bis del Decreto Ley 4/2025, de 11 de abril, contra la oferta ilegal, de medidas transitorias para la oferta, y por la calidad turística de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Autorizar el cobro de los precios por los servicios que el personal de la AETIB preste en relación a la realización de las auditorías de los establecimientos y servicios adheridos al Sistema Integral de Calidad en Destinos (SICTED).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ambas autorizaciones según la propuesta elevada al Consejo de Dirección de la AETIB, haciendo constar que estos precios continuarán vigentes hasta que se aprueben y publiquen otros nuevos en próximos ejercicios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Dejar sin efectos la Resolución del presidente de la ATB de aprobación de precios del área de calidad en la implantación del sistema de calidad (BOIB num 133, 08.09.12)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- Acordar la publicación en el BOIB de esta Resolución y la relación de precios que se adjunta, para general conocimiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer potestativamente recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, en el plazo de un mes, o bien directamente recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de dos meses, de acuerdo con lo que establecen los artículos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;123 y 124 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de la Ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas,, y el artículo 10.1.a) y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
