El 2 de junio de 2025, la directora general de Movilidad informó </span>de la necesidad de iniciar el procedimiento para la cuantificación de las tarifas de referencia del servicio de transporte público discrecional de viajeros en vehículos de turismo de la isla de Mallorca por la vía de urgencia.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">2. El 3 de junio de 2025, el consejero de Vivienda, Territorio y Movilidad ordenó el inicio del procedimiento de urgencia para la cuantificación de las tarifas de referencia del servicio de transporte público discrecional de viajeros en vehículos de turismo de la isla de Mallorca y designó a la Dirección General de Movilidad como órgano responsable de la tramitación del procedimiento.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">3. El 5 de junio de 2025, se elaboró la primera versión de la memoria económica para la cuantificación de la tarifa de referencia del servicio de transporte de viajeros en taxi en la isla de Mallorca, que se sometió al trámite de audiencia a las asociaciones de personas consumidoras y usuarias integrantes del Consejo de Consumo de las Illes Balears y a las entidades representativas del sector del taxi.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">4. El 17 de junio de 2025, se elaboró la versión definitiva de la memoria económica para la cuantificación de la tarifa de referencia del servicio de transporte de viajeros en taxi en la isla de Mallorca, en la que se propone la siguiente tarifa de referencia:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">— Precio por kilómetro recorrido en día laborable: 1,20&nbsp;€</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">— Los servicios que se desarrollen los lunes, martes, miércoles, jueves y viernes laborables en el periodo comprendido entre las 7.00&nbsp;h y las 21.00&nbsp;h tendrán la consideración de día laborable.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px;
