    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Mediante resolución de la Presidenta de la Mancomunidad Pla de Mallorca, de fecha 24 de junio de 2025, se han aprobado las bases y la convocatoria del proceso selectivo mediante concurso-oposición para la cobertura, como personal laboral fijo, de dos plazas de educador/a social de la Mancomunidad Pla de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las bases reguladoras del proceso, que incluyen los requisitos de participación, el sistema de selección, el desarrollo de las pruebas y la valoración de méritos, se pueden consultar íntegramente en la sede electrónica de la Mancomunidad: https://plademallorca.sedelectronica.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El plazo para presentar solicitudes será de 10 días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación del extracto de esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMERA.- OBJETO DE LA CONVOCATORIA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es proveer, por el procedimiento de concurso-oposición, dos plazas de personal laboral en régimen de contratación laboral fija vacantes en la plantilla de la misma y publicadas en la oferta &lt;/span&gt;pública&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; de empleo de &lt;/span&gt;2021&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estas plazas están encuadradas en el grupo A2 con las retribuciones correspondientes a este grupo según la legislación vigente y el convenio laboral vigente de la mancomunidad. Su dedicación, jornada de trabajo y retribuciones será de jornada completa de los/as educadores/as sociales de esta Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se aplicarán a estas pruebas selectivas la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, el texto refundido de la Ley del estatuto básico del empleado público, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, el R.D.L. 781/1986, de 18 de abril, Ley de la Función Pública de las Islas Baleares Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta plaza se rige por el convenio laboral de la mancomunidad, y en todo lo que no está expresamente previsto, por el régimen jurídico general de personal laboral. Estas plazas se encuentran incluidas en la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo y en el convenio laboral del personal laboral de la Mancomunidad Pla de Mallorca, que será de aplicación en materia de jornada, retribuciones, permisos, vacaciones y otras condiciones laborales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presente convocatoria se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica, en la página web de la mancomunidad, así como en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Las personas seleccionadas llevarán a cabo las funciones propias de su titulación, según el puesto de trabajo asignado, a desarrollar en los diferentes municipios que forman parte de la Mancomunidad Pla de Mallorca. Además, y con carácter general, bajo las órdenes y prescripciones técnicas dictadas por sus superiores jerárquicos, y de conformidad con lo que establece la vigente Relación de Puestos de Trabajo de la Mancomunidad Pla de Mallorca, tendrán que llevar a cabo las siguientes funciones y tareas concretas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Planificación, ejecución y evaluación de programas, proyectos e intervenciones específicas en el ámbito de educación social que les sean encargados por sus superiores jerárquicos (toxicomanías, mujer, personas mayores, infancia y juventud, discapacidad, personas inmigrantes, situaciones de riesgo, teleasistencia, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Detección de las necesidades, individuales, grupales o comunitarias, para un mejor conocimiento de las carencias socioeducativas, y programación de objetivos, proyectos y tareas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Recogida y estudio de la demanda individual, grupal y comunitaria con el fin de clasificarla, publicándola en sectores y áreas de necesidad. Valoración, información y/o asesoramiento sobre la demanda presentada por la ciudadanía con la finalidad de aplicar los recursos adecuados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Intervención socioeducativa con objetivos preventivos, paliativos y asistenciales, así como formación de promoción personal y social de las personas usuarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Información, documentación, gestión y tramitación de los diversos recursos, ayudas, servicios, subvenciones y prestaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Derivación de los casos, si procede, a los servicios sociales especializados, profesionales u otras redes asistenciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Coordinación dentro de la propia institución o con otros agentes, organismos o instituciones, para el desarrollo, supervisión y evaluación de los diferentes proyectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Diagnóstico de la problemática socioeducativa para una intervención óptima. Tratamiento de esta problemática para la aplicación de los recursos adecuados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Evaluación de la intervención socioeducativa para medir su eficacia o modificarla si es necesario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Asesoramiento en materia propia de su titulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Elaboración de informes, memorias, estudios o documentos relacionados con su ámbito profesional. Ejecución de las tareas administrativas derivadas de las actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Supervisión, seguimiento e inspección de los servicios contratados, recursos materiales y humanos dentro del ámbito de los programas asignados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Propuesta de actuaciones o medidas en relación con las necesidades socioeducativas detectadas en su área de actuación y dentro del ámbito de las competencias municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Relación con proveedores y empresas de servicios y suministros dentro del ámbito de los programas asignados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cualquier otra tarea de naturaleza similar que le sea encomendada por su superior jerárquico, así como las que eventualmente pueda asumir para suplir una vacante, ausencia o situación de baja de otro personal del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDA.- CONDICIONES DE LAS PERSONAS ASPIRANTES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para tomar parte en estas pruebas selectivas, &lt;/span&gt;las personas aspirantes&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; deberán reunir, en la fecha de expiración del plazo señalado para la presentación de solicitudes, los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Ser español/a o tener la nacionalidad de alguno de los restantes Estados miembros de la Unión Europea o de aquellos estados a los que sea de aplicación la libre circulación de personas trabajadoras, en los términos previstos en la Ley estatal que regula esta materia, con excepción de las plazas para las que en las bases específicas se limite el acceso de las personas aspirantes de nacionalidad española.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Haber cumplido los dieciocho años y no haber llegado a la edad de jubilación forzosa, ambas referidas al día en que finalice el plazo de presentación de instancias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Estar en posesión del título de grado o diplomatura de educación social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;No haber sido separado ni despedido, mediante expediente disciplinario, de los servicios de cualquiera de las Administraciones Públicas o de los órganos constitucionales o estatutarios de las Comunidades Autónomas, ni encontrarse en inhabilitación absoluta o especial para trabajos o cargos públicos por resolución judicial, para el acceso al cuerpo o escala de funcionario, o para ejercer funciones similares a las que desarrollaban en el caso del personal laboral,&amp;nbsp; en lo que hubiera sido separado o inhabilitado. En el caso de ser nacional de otro Estado, no encontrarse inhabilitado o en situación equivalente ni haber sido sometido a sanción disciplinaria o equivalente que impide, en su Estado, en los mismos términos el acceso al trabajo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;No estar sometido debido a incapacidad o incompatibilidad de las contenidas en la legislación local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Estar en posesión de carnet de conducir clase B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Estar en posesión del certificado de nivel B2, de conocimientos medios de catalán, de la Junta Evaluadora de Catalán, de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública u otro organismo reconocido al efecto en la legislación vigente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Haber abonado la tasa por derechos de examen, salvo en los casos de exención por desempleo, discapacidad o familia numerosa, debidamente acreditados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERA.- PRESENTACIÓN DE INSTANCIAS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las instancias para participar en las pruebas selectivas deberán presentarse, según el modelo oficial que consta como Anexo I de las presentes bases, en el Registro General de esta mancomunidad o en cualquiera de las formas previstas en la Ley 39/2015,del&lt;/span&gt; procedimiento administrativo común&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. El plazo de presentación de instancias será de diez días &lt;/span&gt;hábiles&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, contados a partir del siguiente al de la publicación del anuncio de la convocatoria en el BOIB. Si el último día de este plazo fuera en domingo o festivo, se &lt;/span&gt;prorroga&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; hasta el primer día hábil siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La convocatoria se anunciará en el BOIB y en la &lt;/span&gt;página&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; web de la Mancomunidad. A partir de este anuncio todos los demás se publicarán en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica y &lt;/span&gt;página&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; web de la Mancomunidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para ser admitidos/as y tomar parte a este proceso selectivo bastará con que las personas aspirantes declaren bajo su responsabilidad que cumplen los requisitos exigidos en la Base Segunda, aportará fotocopia del DNI. En ningún caso se tendrán en cuenta méritos posteriores a la finalización del plazo de presentación de instancias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTA.- DERECHOS DE EXAMEN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El importe de la tasa por derechos de examen es de 30,00 €. Este importe deberá abonarse a la siguiente cuenta bancaria de la entidad colaboradora con la mancomunidad:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Deberá presentarse la documentación acreditativa correspondiente en el momento de la solicitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTA.- ADMISIÓN DE PERSONAS ASPIRANTES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez expirado el plazo de admisión de instancias, la Presidencia dictará resolución en el plazo máximo de un mes, declarando aprobadas los listados de personas admitidas y excluidas. Dichos listados se expondrán en el tablón de anuncios de la Mancomunidad y de la página web. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El anuncio de esta Resolución recogerá el lugar, la fecha y la hora de inicio de los ejercicios o pruebas, otorgando un plazo de 3 días, para poder mencionar el defecto que haya motivado la exclusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las reclamaciones serán aceptadas o rechazadas por resolución de la Presidencia a la que se aprueba la lista definitiva, y se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica y en la página web de la Mancomunidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no hay reclamaciones, la lista provisional se considerará elevada a definitiva el día siguiente al de la finalización del plazo para reclamar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tribunal no podrá constituirse ni actuar válidamente sin la presencia de, como mínimo, la mayoría de sus miembros, sean titulares o suplentes, y será necesaria en todo caso la presencia de la presidencia y de la secretaría o, si procede, de quien los sustituya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SÉPTIMA.- ORDEN DE ACTUACIÓN DE LAS PERSONAS ASPIRANTES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El orden de actuación de las personas aspirantes será por orden alfabético.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;OCTAVA.- INICIO Y DESARROLLO DEL CONCURSO OPOSICIÓN.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El concurso oposición tendrá dos fases. Primeramente tendrá lugar la fase de la oposición y después la del concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fase de Oposición: Hasta un máximo de 60,00 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La fase de oposición consta de dos pruebas de carácter obligatorio. Las personas aspirantes serán convocadas por orden alfabético una única vez y las que no se presenten el día y hora señalados, quedarán excluidas de la oposición. El contenido de las pruebas viene especificado en los correspondientes anexos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Primer ejercicio.-&lt;/strong&gt; De carácter obligatorio, este ejercicio consiste en desarrollar por escrito en un tiempo máximo de una hora, un cuestionario de 40 preguntas con cuatro respuestas alternativas, de las cuales sólo una es correcta, propuesto o validado por el tribunal calificador entre los 32 temas que figuran en el Anexo III. Cada pregunta que se responda correctamente se valorará con 1,00 puntos. Las preguntas no resueltas no se valorarán. Las preguntas con respuesta errónea o si figura más de una respuesta se penalizarán con un cuarto del valor asignado a la respuesta correcta. La puntuación máxima será de 40 puntos. Para superar la prueba hay que sacar un mínimo de 20,00 puntos. Las personas que no lleguen al mínimo de 20,00 puntos de este ejercicio quedan excluidas del proceso de selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Segundo ejercicio.- &lt;/strong&gt;De carácter obligatorio, este ejercicio consiste en desarrollar por escrito en un tiempo máximo de una hora, un caso práctico, escogido de entre dos que propone el tribunal y relacionado con la materia propia de la plaza (se valorará entrega y discrecionalmente por el tribunal: máximo 20,00 puntos). Para superar la prueba hay que sacar un mínimo de 10,00 puntos. Las personas que no lleguen al mínimo de 10,00 puntos de este ejercicio quedan excluidas del proceso de selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Fase de Concurso: Hasta un máximo de 40,00 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Se valorarán exclusivamente los méritos y las condiciones personales que se relacionan en los anexos I y II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de sobrevaloración, la puntuación será corregida a la baja por el tribunal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de infravaloración, no se incrementará la puntuación autoasignada, aunque la documentación lo permita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los méritos presentados por las personas aspirantes se acreditará de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a) Experiencia Profesional: puntuación máxima en este apartado 30,00 puntos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Haber prestado servicios a administraciones municipales y/o mancomunidades realizando tareas de educador/a social, 0,30 puntos por mes, hasta un máximo de 20,00 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- Haber prestado servicios a administraciones públicas o a entidades del tercer sector social desarrollando funciones o tareas dentro del campo propio de la plaza de educador/a social, 0,15 puntos por mes, hasta un máximo de 10,00 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acreditación servicios prestados en Administraciones públicas mediante:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Certificación de servicios expedidos por la Administración Pública o Entidad del tercer sector social correspondiente o , donde se indique la relación funcionarial o laboral y el número total de años, meses y días de servicios prestados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;b) Formación: puntuación máxima en formación 10,00 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los méritos a valorar hasta un máximo de 10,00 puntos estarán sujetos al siguiente baremo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Titulaciones académicas (Máximo 3,00 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Título de Doctor/a en el ámbito de estudio de la Educación Social: 3,00 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Título universitario oficial de Máster, relacionado con el ámbito de estudio de la Educación Social: 2,00 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Otras titulaciones universitarias, diferentes de la requerida para participar en el proceso selectivo (por cada una): 1,00 punto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acreditación de la titulación: mediante la presentación del título, del resguardo de haber satisfecho los derechos para su expedición, o mediante certificación expedida por la Secretaría del organismo docente competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No se valorarán las titulaciones que hayan sido imprescindibles para la obtención de otras de nivel superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- Acciones formativas (Máximo 5,50 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Asistencia a cursos de especialización organizados por centros oficiales reconocidos, directamente relacionados con las funciones propias de la plaza convocada de una duración igual o superior a 20 horas. En el caso de que en el certificado conste número de créditos se computará a 25 horas por crédito. Este apartado se puntuará de acuerdo con el siguiente baremo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De 120 a 159 horas ............ 1,00 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De 80 a 119 horas .............. 0,75 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De 40 a 79 horas ............... 0,50 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De 20 a 39 horas............... 0,25 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Participación en Jornadas formativas relacionadas con las funciones de la plaza convocada impartidas por Instituciones Públicas u Oficiales, 0,10 puntos por Jornada, no se computarán las Jornadas de menos de 20 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acreditación de las acciones formativas, mediante: Presentación de título, diploma o certificación expedida por la Administración Pública, Universidad, Organismo o Institución que haya impartido la acción formativa o que sea competente para su expedición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los títulos, diplomas y certificaciones deberán contener la información siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Órgano o entidad que lo ha impartido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Denominación de la acción formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Materia de la acción formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Número de horas o créditos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fecha de realización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sólo se valorará la participación, como alumno/a, en acciones de formación o perfeccionamiento (cursos, seminarios, congresos y jornadas), sobre las materias siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las relacionadas con las funciones descritas en el apartado 2 de la Base Específica Primera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las relativas al conocimiento de la normativa aplicable en el ámbito de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Conocimientos informáticos, ofimáticos y nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Igualdad, no discriminación y prevención de la violencia de género.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Conocimientos específicos o de actualización en materia de salud laboral (quedan excluidos los cursos generales y obligatorios sobre prevención de riesgos laborales).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No se valorarán, en ningún caso:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los cursos integrados dentro de titulaciones académicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los cursos de doctorado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los cursos derivados de procesos selectivos cuya realización sea requisito previo necesario para acceder a un cuerpo o escala de funcionariado o una plaza de personal laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las ediciones sucesivas organizadas de un mismo curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los cursos sobre habilidades sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las acciones formativas que no estén cuantificadas en horas o créditos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los cursos sobre conocimientos de idiomas. (excepto catalán)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La asistencia o participación en acciones formativas de duración inferior a 20 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENA.- CALIFICACIÓN DEL CONCURSO-OPOSICIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La puntuación final del concurso-oposición será el resultado de la suma de la puntuación obtenida en la fase de oposición —integrada por la puntuación del examen tipo test y la puntuación otorgada por el tribunal al caso práctico—, más la puntuación obtenida en la fase de concurso (valoración de méritos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La lista se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica, en la página web de la mancomunidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DÉCIMA.- LISTADO DE PERSONAS APROBADAS Y FORMALIZACIÓN DEL CONTRATO.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez determinada la calificación de las personas aspirantes, el tribunal hará pública, en el tablón de anuncios de la Mancomunidad Pla de Mallorca, la relación de todas ellas por orden de puntuación, y se elevará propuesta de nombramiento a la Presidencia de la Mancomunidad de la persona seleccionada que haya obtenido mejor puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con la finalidad de garantizar la cobertura efectiva de las plazas convocadas, se requerirá la documentación acreditativa del cumplimiento de los requisitos de la convocatoria como mínimo a cuatro personas aspirantes, por orden de puntuación, con el fin de prever posibles renuncias o incumplimientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas convocadas dispondrán de un plazo de diez días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación de la relación de personas aprobadas, para presentar, los siguientes documentos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los documentos acreditativos del cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en la base segunda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La documentación justificativa de los méritos alegados en el anexo II (baremo de méritos). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las personas que no presenten la documentación dentro del plazo, salvo causa debidamente justificada de fuerza mayor, o que no cumplan los requisitos, quedarán excluidas del proceso y no podrán ser contratadas, sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades que pudieran derivarse por falsedad en la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la persona propuesta no cumple los requisitos de la base segunda o no presenta la documentación&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; acreditativa de reunir las condiciones, se contratará a la persona que, habiendo superado todas las pruebas selectivas, figure con mayor puntuación en las listas de calificaciones dadas por el Tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la documentación presentada es correcta, la Presidencia procederá a decretar la contratación y formalizará el correspondiente contrato laboral, en el plazo de 10 días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#434343"&gt;La contratación se formalizará mediante contrato laboral de carácter fijo, en el marco del convenio colectivo del personal laboral vigente de la Mancomunidad Pla de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;UNDÉCIMA.- INCIDENCIAS&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Tribunal queda autorizado para resolver las dudas y tomar los acuerdos necesarios para el buen orden del concurso oposición en todo aquello que estas bases no prevén.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DUODÉCIMA.- BOLSA DE TRABAJO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez finalizado el proceso selectivo, se creará una bolsa de trabajo con las personas que, habiendo superado todas las pruebas en la fase de oposición, no hayan sido seleccionadas para ocupar ninguna de las plazas convocadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta bolsa se utilizará para cubrir, por orden de puntuación, vacantes temporales, sustituciones, interinidades u otras necesidades temporales relativas a puestos de educador/a social dentro del ámbito de la Mancomunidad Pla de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas integrantes de la bolsa serán llamadas por riguroso orden de puntuación final, y deberán manifestar su disponibilidad en un plazo de 3 días hábiles desde el requerimiento por parte de la Mancomunidad. En caso de no responder o rechazar sin causa justificada, podrán pasar al final de la bolsa, según determine el órgano gestor de acuerdo con la normativa interna vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La vigencia de la bolsa será de cuatro años a contar desde su aprobación definitiva, sin perjuicio de que se pueda convocar un nuevo proceso selectivo que actualice o sustituya su vigencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas integrantes de la bolsa podrán solicitar, mediante instancia dirigida a la Mancomunidad, la suspensión temporal de su disponibilidad, por motivos debidamente justificados, como enfermedad, maternidad/paternidad, conciliación familiar, formación reglada o prestación de servicios en otra administración o entidad. Durante el período de suspensión, no serán llamadas. La suspensión no afectará a su posición en la bolsa, que se mantendrá intacta, y deberán comunicar expresamente su retorno a la disponibilidad con el fin de reactivarse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La no aceptación de una oferta o la no incorporación al puesto de trabajo ofertado sin causa justificada podrá conllevar la suspensión temporal de oficio o la pérdida de su posición en la bolsa, según el criterio del órgano gestor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
