&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ASUNTO: NOMBRAMIENTO ALCALDE ACCIDENTAL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que debo ausentarme del municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, junto con la primera teniente de alcalde, por asistencia a un evento en Madrid, el día 18 de junio de 2025, de conformidad con el artículo 47 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Que el día 18 de junio de 2025, me substituya en todas mis funciones, el segundo teniente de alcalde, Sr. Vicente Juan Torres Ribas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Así lo dispongo, que se notifique al Sr. Vicente Juan Torres Ribas, que se dé cuenta en el próximo Pleno a celebrar i se publique en el BOIB, sin perjuicio de su efectividad a partir del período antes señalado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
