&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(…)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PROPUESTA DE ACUERDO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERO. APROBAR Y DISPONER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el gasto máximo de un millón setecientos catorce mil doscientos euros (1.714.200 €) en concepto de transferencia en el Ayuntamiento de Ibiza con NIF P0702600H, en cumplimiento de la Ley 16/2019, de 8 de abril, del Estatuto especial de la capitalidad de la ciudad de Ibiza anualidad 2025, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 9420 7620002 del presupuesto del ejercicio corriente, de conformidad con la cláusula tercera del Convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGUNDO. APROBAR Y SUBSCRIBIR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el Convenio de colaboración interadministrativo entre el Consejo Insular de Ibiza y el Ayuntamiento de Ibiza regulador de las condiciones que tienen que regir la aplicación de los fondos que se transferirán, por importe de un millón setecientos catorce mil doscientos euros (1.714.200 €), por mor de la Ley 16/2019 de 8 de abril, del estatuto especial de capitalidad de la ciudad de Ibiza para el año 2025 para la financiación de la ejecución de la obra «Ampliación espacio cultural Can Ventosa».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERO. APROBAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el carácter anticipado del gasto, a favor del Ayuntamiento de Ibiza por un importe máximo 1.714.200 €, correspondiendo al 100% del importe de la transferencia de conformidad con la cláusula tercera del Convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CUARTO. DESIGNAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; como representantes del Consejo Insular de Ibiza en la Comisión de seguimiento del Convenio de colaboración interadministrativo entre el Consejo Insular de Ibiza y el Ayuntamiento de Ibiza a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Maria Fajarnés Costa, consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos, que ejercerá las funciones de presidenta de la Comisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Concepción Rebollo Laserna, jefa de servicio de Presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUINTO. PUBLICAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el presente Convenio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en el Portal de Transparencia del Consejo (https://transparencia.conselldeivissa.es), de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 5.4 y 8.1 de la Ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEXTO. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PARTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vicent Marí Torres, presidente del Consejo Insular de Ibiza por nombramiento del Pleno reunido en sesión extraordinaria de 25 de junio de 2023, en nombre y representación de esta entidad, en virtud de las atribuciones que le confieren el artículo 21.1 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares; los artículos 34 y 41.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, que regula las bases de régimen local, y el art. 52 del Reglamento orgánico de esta corporación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Rafael Triguero Costa, alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Ibiza por nombramiento del Pleno de 17 de junio de 2023, en nombre y representación de esta entidad, actuando en virtud de las facultades previstas en el artículo 21.1.b) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ANTECEDENTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El día 26 de marzo del 2019, el Parlamento de las Islas Baleares, aprobó la Ley 16/2019, de 8 de abril, del estatuto especial de la capitalidad de la ciudad de Ibiza, que se publicó en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB n.º 48, de 13 de abril de 2019). El 14 de abril de 2019 entró en vigor con el objetivo de reconocer y regular el estatuto de capitalidad de la ciudad de Ibiza, como sede de las principales instituciones insulares &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la exposición de motivos de la Ley antes referida se reconoce que la ciudad de Ibiza soporta una serie de obligaciones, es decir, que la particular posición de Ibiza en la isla hace que la presión sobre el presupuesto municipal sea incomparablemente superior a la otros municipios de población similar que no tienen que asumir determinadas obligaciones que Ibiza sí soporta, y, por eso, la Ley tiene por objeto reconocer y regular el estatuto especial de capitalidad de la ciudad de Ibiza, como sede de las principales instituciones insulares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Así mismo, el artículo 7 de la mencionada Ley, dispone la creación de un Consejo de Capitalidad y señala el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«1. Se crea el Consejo de Capitalidad como órgano colegiado de carácter permanente, el objeto del cual es la coordinación entre el Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, el Consejo Insular de Ibiza y el Ayuntamiento de Ibiza en aquello que afecta las competencias y responsabilidades derivadas del hecho de la capitalidad de la isla de Ibiza, como también las competencias que se estimen de interés concurrente entre las tres administraciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Corresponderá al Consejo de Capitalidad el estudio y la propuesta de criterios de financiación y, si se tercia, de medidas financieras».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En relación con el financiamiento, el artículo 12 de la Ley mencionada dispones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«1. Sin perjuicio de los recursos que integran la hacienda municipal de Ibiza, se establece un mecanismo especial de financiación destinada a garantizar la cobertura de los costes económicos y sociales derivados de la condición de capitalidad de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Los presupuestos generales de la comunidad autónoma y los del Consejo Insular de Ibiza tendrán que incluir una consignación específica para inversiones territorializadas en el municipio de Ibiza. La cantidad total de la inversión anual se determinará conforme al estudio y la valoración de costes mencionada en el artículo 10.b) anterior, y se aplicará según los objetivos que se determinen en el seno del Consejo de Capitalidad».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En el Consejo de Capitalidad se determinan los acuerdos sobre los estudios y valoración de los costes que comporta la condición de capital de la ciudad de Ibiza y sobre los objetivos a los cuales se tienen que destinar las inversiones derivadas de la ley, correspondientes a cada anualidad y que se concretan a las sesiones celebradas al efecto, en cumplimiento de aquello establecido en la disposición adicional primera de la Ley 16/2019, de 8 de abril, del estatuto especial de la Capitalidad de la ciudad de Ibiza :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consejo de Capitalidad, en sesión celebrada el 9 de abril de 2025 (CSV 15706072457715173610), adoptó, por unanimidad, el acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«4.- Inversiones Consejo Insular de Ibiza año 2025 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprobar como inversión a financiar con la Ley de Capitalidad por parte del Consejo Insular de Ibiza para el 2025, con recursos propios y a cargo a los presupuestos de de 2025, con una aportación de 1.714.200 euros, la obra siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ampliación espacio cultural Can Ventosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Y para que así conste a los efectos del expediente, emito el presente certificado por orden y con el visto y aprobado del Sr. Alcalde, con la excepción prevista en el artículo 206 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, se expide la presente.» &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, en su artículo 36, establece que es competencia de las diputaciones o entidades equivalentes, como es el caso de los Consejos Insulares de acuerdo con el artículo 41 de la mencionada ley, la asistencia y la cooperación jurídica, económica y técnica en los municipios, así como la cooperación en el fomento del desarrollo económico y social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público, establece en su artículo 47.1 que son convenios los acuerdos con efectos jurídicos adoptados por las administraciones públicas, los organismos públicos y entidades de derecho público vinculados o dependientes o las universidades públicas entre sí o con sujetos de derecho privado para una finalidad común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; De lo contrario, en el marco de los principios generales que tienen que regir las relaciones entre las diferentes administraciones públicas de la mencionada Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, se dispone en el artículo 3 que las administraciones públicas, en sus relaciones, se rigen por los principios de cooperación, colaboración y coordinación, y en su actuación, por los criterios de eficacia y servicio efectivo a los ciudadanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares (BOIB n.º 88 de 7 de julio de 2022), en el artículo 102 de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sección 3.ª Competencias propias en relación con los municipios y otras entidades locales, del TÍTULO VII&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, establece como competencias propias de los consejos insulares, entre otros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«b) La asistencia y la cooperación jurídica, económica y técnica, especialmente a los de menor capacidad económica y de gestión &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(…)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) La colaboración en el desarrollo económico y social de los municipios, así como la planificación municipal» &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, en su artículo 117, sobre «Relaciones Interadministrativas», prevé que, los consejos insulares se relacionen con el resto de administraciones públicas de acuerdo con los principios establecidos en la legislación básica del Estado, y especialmente los de lealtad institucional, respecto a la autonomía, colaboración, cooperación y coordinación. Por otro lado, el artículo 120, establece en su apartado 1, que de acuerdo con la legislación básica del el Estado, los consejos insulares y sus entidades instrumentales pueden subscribir convenios con sujetos de derecho público y privado, sin que esto implique cesión de la titularidad de la competencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta todo lo anterior y, en observación de los principios de cooperación, colaboración y coordinación, y en su actuación por los criterios de eficacia y servicio efectivo a los ciudadanos, que tienen que regir las relaciones de las administraciones públicas, ambas administraciones, de mutuo acuerdo y en observación de la imposición de la Ley 16/19, de 8 de abril, del estatuto de capitalidad de la ciudad de Ibiza, acuerdan regular las condiciones que tienen que regir la aplicación de los fondos a percibir por el Ayuntamiento de Ibiza, provenientes del Consejo Insular de Ibiza a las actuaciones que conforman el objeto del presente convenio de colaboración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las partes se reconocen mutuamente la capacidad necesaria para formalizar este Convenio de conformidad con las siguientes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CLÁUSULAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- OBJETO DEL CONVENIO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objeto del presente convenio es regular las condiciones que tienen que regir la aplicación de los fondos a percibir por el Ayuntamiento de Ibiza, provenientes del Consejo Insular de Ibiza destinados a la ejecución de la actuación denominada “Ampliación espacio cultural Can Ventosa”, en el marco de la Ley 16/2019, de 8 de abril, del estatuto especial de la capitalidad de la ciudad de Ibiza y de los objetivos determinados en el seno del Consejo de Capitalidad el día 9 de abril del 2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- PERIODO DE VIGENCIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La vigencia de este convenio será hasta agotar la actuación que conforma su objeto, así como su justificación, con una vigencia máxima de cuatro años desde su formalización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- OBLIGACIONES DE LAS PARTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las partes nos comprometemos con carácter general a ejecutar los compromisos que seguidamente se establecen, de conformidad con los principios de buena administración, buena fe y de conformidad con la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1.- OBLIGACIONES DEL AYUNTAMIENTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) El Ayuntamiento tendrá que llevar a cabo las actuaciones y contrataciones de la obra descrita en el objeto del presente convenio (cláusula 1) y que fue determinada en el seno del Consejo de Capitalidad en la sesión celebrada el día 9 de abril del 2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Justificar ante el Consejo Insular de Ibiza la realización efectiva de las actuaciones y contrataciones del objeto del presente convenio, en la forma establecida en la cláusula quinta del presente documento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2.- OBLIGACIONES DEL CONSEJO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consejo Insular de Ibiza se compromete a realizar anticipadamente, la aportación económica de un millón setecientos catorce mil doscientos euros (1.714.200 €), que tendrá carácter de máxima, a favor del Ayuntamiento de Ibiza, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 9420.7620002 correspondiente al ejercicio presupuestario 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3.- PAGO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pago, se formalizará de forma anticipada en un 100% del importe máximo (1.714.200€), una vez realizadas las actuaciones administrativas correspondientes para efectuar el dicho pago &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- MECANISMOS DE SEGUIMIENTO DE LA EJECUCIÓN Y CUMPLIMIENTO DE LOS COMPROMISOS DE LAS PARTES. COMISIÓN TÉCNICA Y DE SEGUIMIENTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 49, apartado f), de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público, el seguimiento, vigilancia y control de la ejecución de este convenio de colaboración así como la resolución de los problemas de interpretación y cumplimiento que puedan plantearse, se realizará por parte de una comisión técnica y de seguimiento. En este sentido, cualquiera de las partes podrá promover una reunión de la comisión cuando así se estime oportuno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comisión estará integrada por dos representantes de cada una de las entidades que firman el convenio, siendo uno de los representantes del Consejo Insular el/la presidente/a de la Comisión técnica y de seguimiento, con el correspondiente voto de calidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Corresponde a la Comisión de seguimiento la valoración de las acciones derivadas del convenio, así como la resolución de los problemas de interpretación y de cumplimiento que pudieran plantearse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El funcionamiento de esta Comisión se regirá por lo que se dispone en este convenio y por las normas aplicables a los órganos colegiados de las administraciones públicas en la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comisión se podrá reunir para realizar el seguimiento de las actuaciones llevadas a cabo por cada una de las partes y determinará los posibles incumplimientos que puedan derivar en la resolución del convenio respecto a la parte incumplidora realizando los requerimientos que se estimen pertinentes. Así mismo, la Comisión podrá recavar asesoramiento externo en caso de considerarlo necesario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La comisión se reunirá, como mínimo, con una periodicidad anual para dar cuenta de la evolución de las actuaciones objeto de la transferencia, de la cual se dará traslado a la Intervención del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De las celebraciones de esta Comisión se extenderá un acta donde se hará constar el resultado motivado de sus valoraciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conformarán esta Comisión técnica y de seguimiento los miembros siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por parte del Consejo Insular de Ibiza:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las partes que suscriben este Convenio de colaboración se comprometen a intentar resolver en común las diferencias que puedan surgir en la aplicación y la interpretación del mismo y a resolver de manera amistosa cualquier desacuerdo que pueda surgir en su desarrollo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si esto no es posible, las cuestiones litigiosas que puedan afectar la interpretación y la ejecución de este convenio tienen que ser del conocimiento y de la competencia del orden jurisdiccional contencioso–administrativo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.- JUSTIFICACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ayuntamiento tendrá que justificar las actuaciones ejecutadas, que constituyen el objeto del presente convenio. La justificación de los gastos imputados se realizará mediante informe del interventor/a, certificado por el secretario/aria del Ayuntamiento, acreditando de manera detallada, los gastos realizados e incluyendo toda la documentación relativa en las actuaciones llevadas a cabo y, en cualquier caso, antes de la finalización de la vigencia del presente convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.- REVISIÓN Y MODIFICACIÓN DEL CONVENIO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los términos de este convenio podrán ser revisados y cualquier modificación de los términos del presente convenio, tendrá que ser aprobada por las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La sustitución de las actuaciones, contrataciones y obras incluidas en el presente convenio por otras tendrá que ser acordada en el seno del Consejo de Capitalidad y sometida a la valoración y autorización expresa, si corresponde, por parte del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.- RESOLUCIÓN Y EXTINCIÓN DEL CONVENIO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serán causas de resolución del convenio, además de la determinada por su vigencia, las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El cumplimiento del mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Transcurso del tiempo previsto como duración máxima del presente convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Denuncia del convenio por cualquier de las partes hecha con un mínimo de tres meses de anticipación a la fecha prevista de extinción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por acuerdo de las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por las causas generales establecidas por la legislación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El incumplimiento de cualquiera de las partes de las obligaciones establecidas en este convenio podrá ser causa de resolución del mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de divergencia sobre la interpretación y/o ejecución de las cláusulas de este convenio marco, las partes, renunciando a su fuero propio, si tuvieran, se someten a la competencia de los Juzgados y Tribunales de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.- REINTEGRO Y REVOCACIÓN DE LA AYUDA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1.- En el supuesto del incumplimiento de la obligación de justificar la finalidad de la aportación económica recibida a la que se refiere el presente convenio en la forma y los plazos establecidos a tal efecto, la Comisión de seguimiento determinará el grado de incumplimiento material e iniciará el correspondiente procedimiento de reintegro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2.- En caso de reintegro total o parcial corresponderá aplicar los intereses de demora que corresponda, de acuerdo con la normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El reintegro se realizará por el procedimiento regulado por las disposiciones generales sobre procedimientos administrativos contenidas en el título IV de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, en el cual se tiene que garantizar la audiencia a las entidades interesadas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.- RÉGIMEN JURÍDICO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El presente convenio no tiene carácter contractual sino que articula colaboración interadministrativa, y se tiene que regir por sus cláusulas, y en todo aquello no previsto en el presente Convenio, por la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público, la Ley 16/2019, de 8 de abril, del estatuto especial de capitalidad de la ciudad de Ibiza (BOIB núm. 48 de 13 de abril de 2019), y el resto de normativa que le resulte de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;El presente Convenio se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en el Portal de Transparencia del Consejo (https://transparencia.conselldeivissa.es), de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 5.4 y 8.1 de la Ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Como muestra de conformidad, ambas partes firman este convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
