    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Resolución del director general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados de 10 de marzo de 2025, convoca las pruebas selectivas de acceso al cuerpo de inspectores de educación de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 32 de 13 de marzo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La base 13.1 de la convocatoria mencionada anteriormente, indica que como consecuencia del procedimiento del concurso de oposición regulado en esta convocatoria y en la convocatoria inmediatamente anterior, se debe generar una lista de reserva de aspirantes a inspectores accidentales en comisión de servicios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Mediante Resolución del director general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados de día 19 de junio de 2025 se publicó la lista de reserva de aspirantes a inspectores accidentales en comisión de servicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La base 13.5 de la Resolución del director general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados de 10 de marzo de 2025, establece que el director general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados debe dictar una resolución con la adjudicación en comisión de servicios y la fecha de toma de posesión, a propuesta del jefe del Departamento de Inspección Educativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El nombramiento de inspector accidental debe realizarse por un curso escolar, prorrogable a un segundo curso, previo informe de evaluación positiva emitido por el jefe del Departamento de Inspección Educativa, salvo que la vacante se provea antes mediante los procedimientos de concurso oposición, concurso de traslados o reincorporación de la persona titular de la plaza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En fecha 23 de junio de 2025, el jefe de Departamento de Inspección Educativa envió la propuesta a la que se refiere el apartado anterior, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la base decimotercera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Aprobar y hacer pública la lista de adjudicaciones de plazas en comisión de servicios a puestos de trabajo de la Inspección Educativa como inspectores accidentales, con indicación de la sede territorial adjudicada y la fecha de toma de posesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Señalar que el nombramiento de inspector accidental tendrá efectos económicos y administrativos desde la fecha de toma de posesión en cada una de las plazas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Informar que el cese debe producirse de acuerdo con lo establecido en la base 13.5 del anexo 1 de la Resolución del director general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados de 10 de marzo de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Publicar esta Resolución y su anexo en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el director general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación de esta Resolución, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas,&amp;nbsp; y con los artículos 25.5 y 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación de esta Resolución, de acuerdo con los artículos 8 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
