    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Sr. Alcalde, mediante Decreto núm 2491/2025, de 19 de junio de 2025, ha adoptado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Expirado el plazo de presentación de instancias de solicitud de admisión para formar parte del procedimiento selectivo, por turno libre, de una plaza de INGENIERO DE CAMINOS, CANALES Y PUERTOS, personal funcionario de carrera, mediante el sistema de concurso-oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con las bases aprobadas junto con la convocatoria por la Junta de Gobierno Local, de fecha 15 de abril de 2025, publicadas en el BOIB núm 53, de 29 de abril de 2025 y en el BOE núm. 115 del 13 de mayo del 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Examinados los requisitos y condiciones presentados en sus solicitudes por las personas interesadas para tomar parte en el proceso selectivo y en cumplimiento con lo establecido en las bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. &lt;/strong&gt;OTORGAR un plazo de DIEZ DÍAS HÁBILES, contados desde el día siguiente a la publicación de la presente Resolución &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) y en el Tablón de Anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Sant Antoni de Portmany&lt;/span&gt;, para que las personas interesadas presenten las alegaciones que consideren oportunas y sean subsanados los errores. Transcurrido el plazo otorgado, en el caso de que no se presenten alegaciones a la lista provisional, ésta se elevará a definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
