El 16 de julio de 2015 se publicó, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 106, la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2019, subvenciones para inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias, modificada mediante las resoluciones de 17 de diciembre de 2015 (BOIB núm. 2 2 81), 26 de junio de 2018 (BOIB núm. 80), 14 de junio de 2019 (BOIB núm. 80), 2 de marzo de 2020 (BOIB núm. 28), 6 de mayo de 2020 (BOIB núm. 77), 22 de junio de 4 2021 (BOIB núm. 101), 19 de noviembre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 162), 1 de julio de 2022 (BOIB núm. 87)</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El 12 de abril de 2024, el vicepresidente en materia agraria del FOGAIBA dictó una Resolución de concesión de ayudas para Inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias, que se publicó en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears número 52, de 20 de abril de 2024, en la que figuraba una concesión a favor del interesado.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Dentro del plazo estipulado en el apartado undécimo de la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 10 de julio de 2015, antes mencionada, se presenta la solicitud de subrogación de la ayuda concedida en el expediente INEA 2021/128, con el GOIBE131371/2025, de día 26/02/2025.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. El gestor del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural, de acuerdo con la normativa reguladora y la documentación aportada por el solicitante ha comprobado que éste cumple todos los requisitos exigidos en el apartado tercero de la Resolución de convocatoria para poder ser beneficiario de la ayuda y que puede aceptarse la subrogación en todos los derechos y obligaciones.</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Fundamentos de derecho</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 10 de julio de 2015 por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2019, subvenciones para inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Orden del consejero de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio de 19 de febrero de 2015, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en el marco del Programa de Desarrollo Rural de las Islas Baleares 2014-2020.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Propuesta de resolución de modificación</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo ello, se informa favorablemente del cambio de titular y se propone al vicepresidente del FOGAIBA que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Aprobar el cambio del titular del expediente INEA 2021/128, ayuda concedida inicialmente a Lucia Reyes Fernández con NIF ***8644**, mediante la Resolución de concesión del vicepresidente en materia agraria del FOGAIBA, que se publicó en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares número 52, de 20 de abril de 2024, a favor de Cristian Reyes Fernández con NIF ***4172**, por el importe y con los términos detallados en el anexo de esta resolución, que es un total de 1 expediente, relativa a la línea de ayuda “Inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias” y que asume formalmente los compromisos adquiridos por el el anterior beneficiario de la ayuda. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Notificar esta resolución mediante la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears. </span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
