&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Hechos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En fecha 19 de junio de 2025, se publicó en el BOIB número 77, Resolución del Presidente de la Oficina Municipal de Tributos de Calvià, mediante la cual se aprobaron las bases de los procesos selectivos para cubrir las plazas vacantes de personal funcionario de la Administración general y especial de la oferta de empleo público correspondiente al ejercicio 2022 de la Oficina Municipal de Tributos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. A fecha de hoy se ha detectado el siguiente error en la redacción del apartado 9.1.b) del Anexo I:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Donde dice: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez finalizada la fase de oposición con la publicación de las puntuaciones definitivas, dará principio la fase de concurso de méritos y se abrirá el plazo para acreditar documentalmente los méritos alegados en la declaración responsable en el momento de la inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Debe decir: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez finalizada la fase de oposición con la publicación de las puntuaciones definitivas, empezará la fase de concurso de méritos y se abrirá el plazo para autobaremarse y acreditar documentalmente los méritos alegados en la declaración responsable en el momento de la inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Así mismo se ha detectado que por error, en el punto 7.2 del Anexo I, se incluye el texto siguiente que debe suprimirse:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“Entre los vocales figurará un representante de la Comunidad Autónoma”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“A la sesión de constitución deberán asistir, presencial o telemáticamente, todos los miembros del tribunal, titulares y suplentes” &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas prevé que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«Las Administraciones Públicas podrán, asimismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de la persona interesada, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, esta Presidencia en virtud de lo que establece el artículo 25 de los Estatutos del Organismo Autónomo Oficina Municipal de Tributos de Calvià (BOIB núm. 129 de 11 de octubre de 2016) dispone la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Modificar la redacción del apartado 9.1.b) del Anexo I de las bases generales de los procesos selectivos para cubrir las plazas vacantes de personal funcionario de la Administración general y especial de la oferta de empleo público correspondiente al ejercicio 2022 de la Oficina Municipal de Tributos que queda redactado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez finalizada la fase de oposición con la publicación de las puntuaciones definitivas, empezará la fase de concurso de méritos y se abrirá el plazo para autobaremarse y acreditar documentalmente los méritos alegados en la declaración responsable en el momento de la inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entre los vocales figurará un representante de la Comunidad Autónoma”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la sesión de constitución deberán asistir, presencial o telemáticamente, todos los miembros del tribunal, titulares y suplentes” &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercera.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicar esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
