&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Mediante un acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de abril (BOIB núm. 52, de 20 de abril), se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2024-2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La Dirección General de Estrategia Digital y Desarrollo Tecnológico (Consejería de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación) ha instado la modificación del mencionado anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones, concretamente dentro del punto 5 («Digitalización y I+D+i») del objetivo I («Estímulo de la economía balear») en el sentido de modificar la línea I.5.17. Esta línea fue introducida en el anexo del Plan por Resolución del consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación de 10 de abril de 2025 (BOIB núm. 45/2025, de 12 de abril), con la finalidad de posibilitar la convocatoria de ayudas para impulsar el inicio y la extensión de las emisiones de la radio digital terrestre. Sin embargo, la Dirección General de Estrategia Digital y Desarrollo Tecnológico considera más adecuado destinar estas ayudas a incentivar la evolución tecnológica de la radiodifusión sonora digital terrestre de ámbito local en las Illes Balears hacia la tecnología DAB+ en sustitución de la tecnología DAB, por lo que se procede a modificar esta línea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El apartado tercero del mencionado acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno establece que las eventuales modificaciones del anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones se delegan en la persona titular de la consejería competente en materia de hacienda, de acuerdo con el artículo 25 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. Corresponde, por lo tanto, al consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación modificar el anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. De acuerdo con el apartado 9 de la Resolución del consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación de 27 de julio de 2023 de delegación de competencias y de delegación de firma en determinados órganos de la Consejería de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación, otras consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, de la Agencia Tributaria de las Illes Balears y del Servicio de Salud de las Illes Balears, y de suplencia de los órganos directivos de la Consejería de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación, se delega en la secretaria general de la Consejería de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación la firma de las resoluciones de modificación del anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Los artículos 25 y 31 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El Decreto 6/2025, de 2 de junio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Decreto 9/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se dispone el nombramiento de los miembros del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, en el que se nombra al señor Antoni Costa Costa consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Modificar el anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2024-2026, aprobado por un acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno el 19 de abril de 2024, en el sentido de modificar la línea I.5.17, que pasa a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;tener la siguiente redacción:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Convocatoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; anual (2025)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Incidencia sobre el mercado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; sin incidencia sobre el mercado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
