Justificación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El artículo 44.1 de la Constitución española dispone que los poderes públicos promoverán y tutelarán el acceso a la cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consejo Insular de Ibiza (CIE), a través de su Departamento de Cultura, Educación y Patrimonio, en virtud de lo que establece el artículo 70.18 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears (EAIB), aprobado por Ley orgánica 2/1983, de 25 de febrero, modificado por la Ley orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, de reforma del Estatuto de autonomía, tiene competencias propias en materia de cultura y de promoción y animación cultura, de actividades artísticas y culturales, de fomento y de difusión de la creación y producción teatral, musical, cinematográfica y audiovisual, literaria, de danza y de artes combinadas, que ejerce des de que fue transferida la competencia mediante la Ley 6/1994, de 13 de diciembre, de atribución de competencias a los consejos insulares en materia de patrimonio histórico, de promoción sociocultural, de animación sociocultural, de depósito legal de libros y de deportes (BOCAIB núm. 159, de 29-12-94). Además, el artículo 73 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears le atribuyen el ejercicio de la actividad de fomento, sin perjuicio de la actividad que corresponde a la Comunidad Autónoma, en las materias que este Estatuto le atribuye como competencia propia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En este sentido, el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 467, de 28 de junio de 2023, de estructura del Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Ibiza y creación de Departamentos, publicado en el BOIB núm. 88 de 29-06-2023, prevé que el Departamento de Cultura, Educación y Patrimonio comprende, entre otras, “La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular en relación con las materias de cultura, actividades artísticas, educación, promoción y animación sociocultural, museos, archivos, bibliotecas, depósito legal de libros, normalización lingüística y patrimonio cultural, histórico y monumental (…)”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado todo lo anterior, el Departamento de Cultura, Educación y Patrimonio del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, quiere impulsar la creatividad cultural en el ámbito de la investigación, la pintura, la artesanía, la fotografía, el diseño gráfico y la música, a través de la convocatoria de estos premiso, los cuales están previstos en el Presupuesto general del Consejo Insular de Ibiza para el año 2025 (BOIB núm. 176, de 30-12-2023) y en el Plan estratégico de subvenciones 2023-2025, aprobado por acuerdo de Consejo Ejecutivo en fecha 23 de enero de 2023 y publicado en el BOIB núm. 12, de 26-01-2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El año 1997, el entonces llamado Consejo Insular de Ibiza y Formentera convocó la primera edición del Premio Vuit d'Agost de Investigación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con el mismo nombre, se añadieron posteriormente, el 2014, el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Premio Vuit d'Agost de Pintura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, para menores de treinta años y que, anteriormente, con las mismas características, había tenido el nombre de Premio de Pintura Joven Sant Miquel de Balansat entre 2000 y 2002, y posteriormente Premio de Tardor de Pintura Jove entre 2003 y 2010. Desde 2017 no está limitado a ninguna edad, por voluntad del Departamento y siguiendo la sugerencia del jurado de la edición de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El mismo 2014, el Premio de Artesania del Fang Joan Daifa, creado el 2005 y que se convocó hasta el 2010, pasará a llamarse &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Premio Vuit d'Agost d'Artesania del Fang&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por otra parte, el 2016 se sumó una nueva categoría: El Premio Vuit d'Agost de Fotografia Amateur, que, por recomendación del jurado de la edición de 2020, pasó a denominarse &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Premio Vuit d'Agost de Fotografia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; y que se abre así también a profesionales de la fotografía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El año 2017 se incorporó a estos premios el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Premio Vuit d'Agost de Disseny Gràfic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalmente, el año 2023 se incorporó una sexta categoría artística: el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Premio Vuit d'Agost de Música&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, que de alguna manera viene a ampliar el abanico de artistas de Ibiza que pueden optar a estos premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo. Objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objeto de los Premios Vuit d'Agost 2025 es seleccionar y premiar mediante la concesión de una cantidad económica los mejores trabajos de investigación sobre la isla de Ibiza, en los distintos ámbitos científicos, y la creación artística en la isla de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercera. Modalidades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los Premios Vuit d'Agost 2025 se divide en las siguientes seis modalidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Premio Vuit d'Agost d'Investigació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Premio Vuit d'Agost de Pintura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Premio Vuit d'Agost d'Artesania del Fang&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Premio Vuit d'Agost de Fotografia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Premio Vuit d'Agost de Disseny Gràfic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Premio Vuit d'Agost de Música. Esta modalidad se divide en cuatro categorías:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f.a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Folk/Jazz/Flamenc&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f.b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pop/Rock&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f.c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Experimental/Electrónica/Música Urbana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f.d) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Clásica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuarta. Participantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podrán participar en los Premios Vuit d'Agost todas las personas físicas mayores de edad, nacidas en Ibiza o que residan aquí, salvo el Premio d'Investigació en el que se podrán presentar investigadores/oras, que no hayan nacido ni residan en la isla, pero que hayan hecho su investigación sobre Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El hecho de participar en estos premios significa la aceptación plena de sus bases reguladoras, de manera que quedarán excluidos los y las participantes que no cumplan los requisitos que se establecen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada participante o grupo de participante podrá presentar una sola obra a concurso por modalidad, salvo de la modalidad de música que cada participante o grupo podrá presentar una sola obra a concurso por categoría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo, la participación comporta la aceptación de las decisiones de la comisión evaluadora, que serán inapelables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión de estos premios se ha de tramitar de acuerdo con los principios de publicidad, de objetividad, de transparencia, de igualdad y de no-discriminación, mediante el sistema de concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quinta. Créditos presupuestarios y cuantía de los premios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El importe total de estos premios es de 30.000 euros, provenientes de la aplicación presupuestaria 3340 48100 de los presupuestos del Departamento de Cultura, Educación y Patrimonio del Consejo Insular de Ibiza para este año 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El crédito presupuestario está distribuido de la siguiente manera entre las seis modalidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sexta. Plazo y lugar de presentación de los trabajos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se establece un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;plazo de presentación de los trabajos de veinte (20) días hábiles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que se inicia al día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria de estos premios en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los trabajos se han de presentar en la forma que se establece en la base octava de estas bases, para cada modalidad, en el Registro General del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, av. d'Espanya, 49, 07800, Eivissa; en la sede electrónica seu.conselldeivissa.es, o en las tras formas previstas en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Séptima. Publicidad de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez aprobadas las bases, el texto de la convocatoria y su extracto se comunicarán a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS), con el resto de la información que se requiere, y también se publicarán en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(BOIB), tal como establece la normativa vigente de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicada la convocatoria en el BOIB, estará accesible el procedimiento a través de la carpeta de trámites de la seu.conselldeivissa.es, en el catálogo de servicios dentro del ámbito de Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Octava. Forma de presentación de los trabajos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para garantizar el anonimato a la hora de que las diferentes comisiones evaluadoras valoren los trabajos presentados a concurso, en esto no ha de constar ningún dato (nombre del/la autor/-a, agradecimientos de ningún tipo, marcas, metadatos, etc), que pueda identificar de cualquier manera al/la autor/-a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los datos personales de los/las autores/-as figuran solo en los anexos previstos en estas bases y que servirán para la tramitación del expediente y en ningún momento se facilitará a los miembros de las comisiones evaluadoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las obras que se presentan a concurso tienen que ser originales e inéditas. No se pueden presentar obras que sean fruto de trabajo remunerado, ya publicadas o difundidas (en exposiciones, en redes sociales, en medios de comunicación…), ni premiadas en otros concursos o certámenes. Igualmente no se pueden presentar trabajos creados mediante inteligencia artificial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta las diferentes modalidades de los premiso, la presentación de los trabajos seguirá las siguiente indicaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modalidad A) Premio Vuit d'Agost d'Investigació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A.1. Características del trabajo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El trabajo habrá de ser inédito, escrito en catalán y tener una extensión mínima de 100 páginas de texto (letra formato doce e interlineado sencillo) y un máximo de 250 páginas, ilustraciones a parte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A.2. Forma de presentación de los trabajos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas participantes han de presenta rellenados el Anexo 1 y el Anexo 2 que constan al final de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de hacerse el registro &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;presencial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; se ha de aportar un lápiz de memoria con el trabajo en formato PDF (en dónde no figurará ningún dato identificativo de la autoría), que se devolverá una vez descargado éste archivo en el registro de entrada o enviar el trabajo, en un archivo en formato PDF, al correo electrónico premisvuitagost@conselldeivissa.es, junto al justificante de registro de entrada hecho previamente (Anexo 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si se hace un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;registro en la Sede Electrónica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;seu.conselldeivissa.es, paralelamente se ha de presentar el trabajo de investigación en un archivo en formato PDF (en dónde no figurará ningún dato identificativo de la autoría) al correo electrónico premisvuitagost@conselldeivissa.es, que se ha habilitado con esta finalidad, junto al justificante de registro de entrada electrónico hecho previamente (Anexo 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando se presente a concurso una obra grupal, la solicitud se ha de acompañar de la declaración responsable que figura al anexo 3 de estas bases, que contiene una relación nominal de las personas que integran el grupo, con la expresa designación de uno/a representante, firmada por los miembros del grupo, con indicación de la valoración económica de la participación asumida por cada uno/a de ellos/ellas, para qué, en el caso de que la obra sea ganadora, el Consejo Insular de Ibiza pueda hacer el pago del premio de conformidad con esta declaración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el Anexo 1 habrá de constar el nombre del autor/de la autora, el número de documento de identidad, la dirección, un teléfono y un correo electrónico de contacto. En el caso que se presente a concurso una obra grupal, en el Anexo 1 y 2 habrá de constar el nombre del/de la representante del grupo, el número de documento de identidad, la dirección, un teléfono y un correo electrónico de contacto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También, se tendrá que adjuntar copia del DNI o del pasaporte, acompañado en el caso de los participantes extranjeros, el Certificado de Registro de Ciudadano de la Unión, de la tarjeta de identidad de extranjero (TIE) o de cualquier otro documento que acredite la residencia legal en España.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo, es imprescindible que en este Anexo 1 se haga constar el mismo título del trabajo que se ha puesto en el archivo en PDF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modalidad B) Premio Vuit d'Agost de Pintura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.1. Características de la obra: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La temática de la obra y la técnica pictórica que se utilice es libre. Se entenderá que la manera como se presente la obra es la que el/la artista considere adecuada para su exposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para ser admitida a concurso la obra no podrá superar los 150 cm en su lado más largo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.2. Forma de presentación de la obra:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas participantes han de presenta rellenados el Anexo 1 y el Anexo 2 que constan al final de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo, es imprescindible que en este Anexo 1 se haga constar el título de la obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Además, se ha de adjuntar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;una ficha técnica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; en la que aparezca la técnica y el soporte utilizada y cualquier otro dato que el/la autor/-a considere importante sobre la obra que presenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También, adjunta al anexo, se ha de presentar una imagen en papel de la obra, sin ninguna marca que la pueda hacer identificable. La manera como se presente la obra en dicha imagen es la que el/la artista considera adecuada para su exposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La obra presentada se habrá de identificar, en la parte posterior, con el mismo título que aparezca en el Anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modalidad C) Premio Vuit d'Agost d'Artesania del Fang&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C.1. Características de la obra:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La temática de la obra de cerámica y la técnica que se utilice son libre. No se admitirán las obras de producción comercial ni industrial. En caso de haber otros materiales, el cerámico ha de predominar claramente. Se entenderá que la manera como se presente la obra es la que el/la artista considere adecuada para su exposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para ser admitida al concurso, la obra no podrá superar los 80 cm entre sus puntos más alejados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C.2. Forma de presentación de la obra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas participantes han de presenta rellenados el Anexo 1 y el Anexo 2 que constan al final de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando se presente a concurso una obra grupal, la solicitud se ha de acompañar de la declaración responsable que figura al anexo 3 de estas bases, que contiene una relación nominal de las personas que integran el grupo, con la expresa designación de uno/a representante, firmada por los miembros del grupo, con indicación de la valoración económica de la participación asumida por cada uno/a de ellos/ellas, para qué, en el caso de que la obra sea ganadora, el Consejo Insular de Ibiza pueda hacer el pago del premio de conformidad con esta declaración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el Anexo 1 habrá de constar el nombre del autor/de la autora, el número de documento de identidad, la dirección, un teléfono y un correo electrónico de contacto. En el caso que se presente a concurso una obra grupal, en el Anexo 1 y 2 habrá de constar el nombre del/de la representante del grupo, el número de documento de identidad, la dirección, un teléfono y un correo electrónico de contacto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo, es imprescindible que en este Anexo 1 se haga constar el título de la obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Además, se ha de adjuntar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;una fícha técnica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;en dónde se indique el tipo de barro utilizado, otros materiales, en su caso, y otros datos que el/la autor/a considere importantes sobre su obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También, adjunta al anexo, se ha de presentar una imagen en papel de la obra, sin ninguna marca que la pueda hacer identificable. La manera como se presente la obra en dicha imagen es la que el/la artista considera adecuada para su exposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La obra presentada se habrá de identificar, en la base, con el mismo título que aparezca en el Anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D.1. Características de la obra: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las fotografías tendrán que abordar la visión del/de la autor/-a respecto de algún elemento relacionado con el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;patrimonio cultural de la isla de Ibiza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Es decir, todo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;aquello que haga referencia a la realidad cultural propia de la isla de Ibiza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que tenga un especial interés histórico, artístico, etnográfico, arquitectónico, arqueológico, natural y social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se ha de presentar una colección de tres fotografías diferentes impresas en papel fotográfico (que tengan relación entre si en cuanto a temática) por participante, realizadas con cualquier dispositivo fotográfico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Han de tener una medida mínima de 20 cm y máxima 45 cm por lado. Las fotos se ha de presentar con un paspartú que sobrepasará en un mínimo de 5 cm las medidas de la fotografía, pero sin enmarcar; en el caso que no se cumplan estos requisitos, no se valorarán las obras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D.2. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La obra presentada se habrá de identificar, en la parte posterior, con el mismo título que aparezca en el Anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Además, se tendrá que adjunta &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;una ficha técnica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; en dónde se indique las especificaciones técnicas, el equipo empleado y otros datos que el/la autor/-a considere importantes sobre su obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modalidad E) Premio Vuit d'Agost de Disseny Gràfic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;E.1. Características de la obra: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El trabajo presentado en esta modalidad del Premio Vuit d'Agost consistirá en la elaboración del logotipo con el lema “Eivissa arqueològica”, que se utilizará en publicaciones, carteles, imágenes promocionales, turísticas y de identificación de las redes sociales, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se ha de presentar el original en formato digital (v. apartado E.”) y también impreso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Juntamente con este Anexo 1 se ha de presentar el diseño, en formato digital editable (al correo electrónico premisvuitagost@conselldeivissa.es), para que la gráfica se pueda adaptar a los formatos adecuados para su difusión por parte del Servicio de Diseño y Comunicación de este Consejo. Los formatos de entrega serán archivos digitales principalmente vectorial (AI, EPS, SVG) en perfil de color CMYK i RGB. También se aportarán archivos de imagen en formato PDF, JPG i PNG para su uso en plataformas digitales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El nombre del diseño original presentado ha de llevar el mismo título que se ha puesto en el Anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo, si el/la autor/-a lo considera adecuado, también se puede presentar un texto en el que explique su diseño a la comisión evaluadora en los términos que considere convenientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El diseño ganador supone la posterior entrega del material definitivo consistente en una carpeta digital que ha de contener al menos archivos en digital del logotipo a color, logotipo a un color en positivo y negativo, las tipografías utilizadas y un breve manual de uso de la aplicación correcta y restricciones del logotipo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;F.1. Características de la obra:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas participantes han de presenta rellenados el Anexo 1 y el Anexo 2 que constan al final de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando se presente a concurso una obra grupal, la solicitud se ha de acompañar de la declaración responsable que figura al anexo 3 de estas bases, que contiene una relación nominal de las personas que integran el grupo, con la expresa designación de uno/a representante, firmada por los miembros del grupo, con indicación de la valoración económica de la participación asumida por cada uno/a de ellos/ellas, para qué, en el caso de que la obra sea ganadora, el Consejo Insular de Ibiza pueda hacer el pago del premio de conformidad con esta declaración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el Anexo 1 habrá de constar el nombre del autor/de la autora, el número de documento de identidad, la dirección, un teléfono y un correo electrónico de contacto. En el caso que se presente a concurso una obra grupal, en el Anexo 1 y 2 habrá de constar el nombre del/de la representante del grupo, el número de documento de identidad, la dirección, un teléfono y un correo electrónico de contacto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También, se tendrá que adjuntar copia del DNI o del pasaporte, acompañado en el caso de los participantes extranjeros, el Certificado de Registro de Ciudadano de la Unión, de la tarjeta de identidad de extranjero (TIE) o de cualquier otro documento que acredite la residencia legal en España (y un certificado de residencia en Ibiza en el caso que en el documento de identidad no aparezca una dirección en la isla de Ibiza).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo, en este Anexo ha de aparecer el mismo nombre que se ha dado al archivo musical presentado a concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Partitura de la obra presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de hacer un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;registro de entrada presencial &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;en la Sede del Consejo de Ibiza, la composición musical, en las cuatro categorías, se ha de aportar en un lápiz de memoria con la obra en un archivo en formato MP3, wave o wma con el mismo título del archivo que el que ha hecho constar en el Anexo 1, que se retornará una vez descargado el archivo en el registro de entrada o por correo electrónico premisvuitagost@conselldeivissa.es , que se ha habilitado con esta finalidad, junto con el justificante de registro de entrada hecho previamente (Anexo 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si se hace un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;registro en la Sede Electrónica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;seu.conselldeivissa.es paralelamente se ha de presentar la composición en un archivo en formato MP, wave o wma en el correo electrónico premisvuitagost@conselldeivissa.es, que se ha habilitado con esta finalidad, junto con el justificante de entrada hecho previamente (Anexo 1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Entrada y retirada de trabajos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La entrada y la retirada de los trabajos serán por cuenta de la persona concursante, así como el seguro del transporte de las obras, en su caso, y no se podrá formular ninguna reclamación al Consejo Insular de Ibiza por posibles pérdidas o desperfectos que se puedan producir una vez que las obras estén en esta administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez se resuelvan los premios habrá un plazo de doce meses para retirar las obras presentadas no premiadas, presentando el anexo 4 rellenado, el cual se habrá de presentar en el Registro General del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, av. d'Espanya, 49, 07800, Eivissa. En caso que no se recojan durante este plazo, se entenderá que se han cedido al Consejo Insular de Ibiza, el cual no adquiere ningún compromiso de conservación y difusión.l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Décima. Comisiones evaluadoras&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La comisión evaluadora es el órgano colegiado al que corresponden las funciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Evaluar las obras presentadas, de acuerdo con los criterios establecidos en esta base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Emitir una acta con un informe que ha de servir de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La comisión evaluadora puede declarar desierto el premio o, si lo considera conveniente, dividirlo entre dos o más premiados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las comisiones evaluadoras para cada una de las modalidades de los Premios Vuit d'Agost 2025 estarán formadas por un/a presidente/a, elegida entre personas de reconocido prestigio de cada una de las seis modalidades, tres vocales, elegidas también entre personas de reconocido prestigio en el ámbito de la cultura de la isla de Ibiza, y un/a secretario/-a, que será personal del Departamento de Cultura, Educación y Patrimonio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para poder constituirse, la Comisión Evaluadora habrá de contar con la asistencia del presidente/-a, el/la secretario/-a y de al menos dos vocales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En todo aquello no previsto expresamente en estas bases sobre el funcionamiento de la comisión, serán de aplicación las disposiciones de la subsección 1ª de la sección 3ª del capítulo II del título preliminar de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.4. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De manera general las comisiones evaluarán la creatividad, el proceso de elaboración u otros aspectos que se consideren adecuados y calificarán las obras presentadas con los criterios técnicos establecidos en las bases respecto de su presentación y teniendo en cuenta, entre otros, los criterios particulares que a continuación se mencionan para cada modalidad:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Temática referente a Ibiza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Undécima. Obligaciones de las personas ganadoras&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez que la comisión evaluadora haya decidido los trabajos ganadores se comunicará el veredicto a la persona ganadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se deberá presentar también la solicitud de alta o modificación como acreedor del Consejo Insular a efectos económicos (hoja de domiciliación bancaria) a su nombre, debidamente cumplimentada, firmada y sellada por la entidad bancaria; en el caso de personas físicas, también pueden presentar declaración responsable de titularidad de datos bancarios de personas físicas, acompañada del documento de identidad de la persona declarante. Esta solicitud o modificación se hará a través de la sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (seu.conselldeivissa.es/Solicitud de alta o modificación como acreedor del Consejo Insular a efectos económicos) y se dirigirá directamente en la Tesorería de este Consejo. Sólo deberá presentarse si no consta en el Consejo o bien si se ha producido alguna modificación en la que ya consta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de que la obra ganadora sea una obra grupal, y para poder hacer el pago del premio de acuerdo con la declaración responsable del anexo 3, todos/-as los miembros del grupo habrán de presentar la misma documentación que en el párrafo anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona ganadora tendrá que cumplir los requisitos para obtener la condición de beneficiario previstos en el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, en relación con el artículo 10 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, que regula las prohibiciones para ser beneficiario de una subvención. Además, deberá cumplir con las obligaciones de los beneficiarios previstas en el artículo 14 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, en relación con el artículo 11 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También tendrá que estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares y con el Estado español, con la Seguridad Social y con el propio Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas ganadoras de estos premios se responsabilizan totalmente de que no existen derechos de terceros sobre los trabajos presentados y se hacen responsables de cualquier reclamación que pudiera surgir por derechos de imagen o cualquier otro derecho alegado por terceros. En tal caso, quedará sin efecto el acto de concesión del premio y, como consecuencia de la revocación, procederá reintegrar totalmente la cantidad recibida por la persona ganadora y, en su caso, la exigencia de los intereses de demora, que se realizará por el procedimiento establecido en el título II de la Ley general de subvenciones, en el que debe garantizarse la audiencia a las personas interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Duodécima. Instrucción y resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.1. Órganos competentes para la ordenación, instrucción y resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Departamento de Cultura, Educación y Patrimonio del Consejo Insular de Ibiza es el competente para instruir el procedimiento de concesión de estas ayudas, de conformidad con lo establecido en el apartado tercero.6 del Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2023000467, de estructura del gobierno del Consejo Insular de Ibiza y creación de departamentos (BOIB núm. 88, de 29-06-2023). Dentro de este Departamento corresponde a la consejera ejecutiva la ordenación del procedimiento, en virtud del artículo 33.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares y de conformidad con el artículo 72.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (publicado en el BOIB núm. 136, de 18-09-10; corrección en el BOIB núm. 148, de 14-10-10; modificación en el BOIB núm. 48, de 16-04-16)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cuanto a la competencia para aprobar estas bases y la convocatoria, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 28.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, es competencia del Consejo Ejecutivo aprobar las convocatorias de ayudas y subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cuanto a la competencia para resolver la concesión de los Premios Vuit d'Agost 2025, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 33.2.k de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, es competencia de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Cultura, Educación y Patrimonio resolver las convocatorias de ayudas y subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Con fundamento en las actas de las comisiones de evaluación y el informe técnico posterior correspondiente y de conformidad con el artículo 24.4 de la Ley 38/2003, el órgano instructor formulará la propuesta de resolución, debidamente motivada, que expresará la relación de personas para las que se proponen los premios y su cuantía. Los premios se concederán mediante resolución de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Cultura, Educación y Patrimonio, en la que también se expresará el nombre de las personas ganadoras así como el importe de los premios concedidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El órgano instructor podrá requerir, en cualquier momento de la tramitación del expediente, los documentos complementarios que se consideren necesarios a las personas que se presenten en el mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando deba realizarse alguna notificación personalizada, se establecerá como preferente la notificación electrónica mediante el correo electrónico de la persona solicitante, siempre que ésta la haya indicado en su solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; De acuerdo con el artículo 25.4 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, el plazo máximo para resolver y notificar el procedimiento no excederá de seis meses, contados a partir de la publicación del extracto de la convocatoria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La resolución concediendo estos premios se hará pública en la página web del Consejo www.seu.conselldeivissa.es/tablón de anuncios y edictos electrónicos, también en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y se notificará a las personas ganadoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.6. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez que ya se haya hecho público el veredicto de la comisión evaluadora y se haya concedido el premio, el artista ganador/a de cada una de las cinco modalidades artísticas (modalidades b, c, d, e y f) tendrá que firmar su obra, a fin de que se pueda garantizar la autenticidad de su autoría. Estas obras desde ese momento serán propiedad del Consejo Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decimotercera. Entrega de los premios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pago del premio a la persona ganadora se realizará por transferencia bancaria al número de cuenta indicado en la hoja de transferencia o en la declaración responsable, previstos en la base undécima de estas bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La percepción de los premios estará sujeta a las retenciones establecidas en la normativa fiscal vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consejo Insular de Ibiza convocará un acto público, en el lugar y fecha que se determinará con posterioridad, con las personas ganadoras de los premios, en el que se les entregará un diploma acreditativo de haber sido ganador/a de los Premios Vuit d'Agost 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Catorzena. Normativa aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decimocuarta. Normativa aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La convocatoria de estos premios se regirá por lo que disponen las presentes bases reguladoras, por la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre , que aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, por la Ley estatal 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y por el Real decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, en lo que sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Respecto de la protección y el tratamiento de datos de carácter personal para la realización de las actividades objeto de esta convocatoria deben observarse las prescripciones contenidas en la Ley orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales, en el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en lo que se refiere al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos y por el que se deroga la Directiva 95/46/CE (Reglamento general de protección de datos) (DOUE 4.5.2016), (DOUE L, núm. 119, de 4-5-2016, pág. 1-88), y en el resto de legislación vigente en materia de protección de datos personales que sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decimoquinta. Derechos sobre los trabajos ganadores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los autores y autoras que ganen el premio en cualquiera de las seis modalidades mantienen su derecho de autoría sobre la obra ganadora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el Premio de Investigación (modalidad a) el Consejo Insular de Ibiza tiene el derecho de publicación sobre la primera edición de la citada obra. Esta publicación será la del original entregado por la persona ganadora, y valorado por la comisión evaluadora, salvo alguna sugerencia de dicha comisión o del Departamento convocante respecto de la estructura de la obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En las otras cinco modalidades (b, c, d, e y f) la obra premiada, firmada por el autor/a, en la que la obra pasa a ser propiedad del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, esta Institución tendrá la potestad de reproducirla y/o de exponerla, entendiendo que si el autor/a quiere hacer uso de ella para cualquier manifestación cultural debe informar de ello al Consejo y hacer constar que esta obra ha ganado el Premio Vuit d'Agost en la categoría correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decimosexta. Régimen de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo que apruebe las bases reguladoras de estos premios y la resolución de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Cultura, Educación y Patrimonio para su concesión no agotan la vía administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con los artículos 112.1, 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y con el artículo 66, apartados 2 y 4, de la Ley 4/ 2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, en el plazo de un mes desde el día siguiente de su notificación, contra el acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo de aprobación de estas bases se podrá interponer recurso de alzada ante el Pleno del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, y contra las resoluciones de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Cultura, Educación y Patrimonio, recurso de alzada ante el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Ibiza. El recurso deberá resolverse en el plazo de tres meses, transcurridos los cuales sin que se haya dictado resolución expresa se entenderá desestimado y quedará abierta la vía contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Todo esto sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso o acción que se considere pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
